"Ahh,damnit! It's raining again!" Kyo whined,making Yuki angry a bit. "Well,it's not our problem." Yuki replied,a little sass in his voice.

Kyo built his hand into a fist. "you damn rat!" Kyo hit Yuki on the head,which led to an all out brawl. "You stupid cat!" "You dense rat!"

Kyo and Yuki both looked in tohrus direction. "Hey tohru! Who's more-?"

They noticed that tohru wasn't there anymore.
Instead,she was watching some boys around a corner

"Why mess with a stupid animal?" "Let's take her home instead of beating her here. People could be watching!" "Great idea bro!" One of them had blonde hair with pink eyes.  The 2 others had black hair with lilac eyes,which meant they were twins.

Yuki and kyo got up as fast as they could,reaching the stone wall to look. The boy with blonde hair had,what looked like,a gray wolf in his hands. It was bleeding. Badly. In the torso.

Tohru,kyo,and Yuki all gasped,which caught the attention of all 3 boys. "Who's there?" The blonde asked,caution lingering in his voice.

Kyo jumped from around the corner first. "Yo!" Kyo yelled,causing all the boys to jump and glare. They held onto the wolf tightly,making it whine and whimper. "Get away from us!" The twins yelled,taking out knives.

"Oh,so you wanna play that game?" Kyo said,popping his knuckles. "Put the damn wolf down,and we won't have to fight." Kyo insisted,smirking.

Yuki popped out and tohru followed right behind.

He put the wolf down,but it didn't move. Kyo walked up to the man,punching him right in the jaw. "Don't abuse animals,man!"

The twins disappeared,before appearing right behind kyo and kicking him in his back.

This triggered Yuki. Yuki ran up to the twins,grabbing each one of there legs and throwing them at the wall. The knives were knocked out of there hands. Kyo got up,rubbing his neck.

"Stupid kids!" They got back up,but were knocked back down by kyo kicking them unconscious. The blonde slowly got u before grabbing one of the knives and taking ahold of kyo's neck.

He place the knife above kyo's torso,about to stab him but it was ruined by the wolf. It attacked the blonde,biting his leg and clawing his stomach.

"Growl!" The wolf growled will doing its business. The man let go of kyo.

Kyo body slammed the blonde to the ground,which led him to unconsciousness.

"Now that was a fight!" Kyo said,stretching his muscles. Tohru ran up to kyo,examining him. "You aren't hurt,right kyo?" Tohru asked,checking his shoulders,stomach,legs.

This annoyed kyo. "I-I'm fine! Quit looking at my body!" Kyo yelled,pushing her away slightly.

Yuki walked over to the hurt wolf,ignoring tohru and kyo.

Yuki kneeled down to it,seeing it was not breathing fine. He picked it up carefully,petting it.

"Come on. Let's get home. We need to care for this wolf." Yuki said,walking away from the little place they were at.

Kyo and tohru nodded,following right behind.

They safely made it home. Of course,shigure was whining on how he was hungry.

"Oh my sweet tohru! Could you please make dinner for this hungry dog?~" he whined. Tohru smiled kindly. "Of course! But let me get some food for the wolf-" shigure jumped right up. "Wolf? What kind of wolf? What fur color and what eye color?"

Tohru was confused,but regained her smile. "Oh! It's a girl,she's a normal wolf,has grey fur,and beautiful turquoise eyes!" Tohru exclaimed,her eye sparkling form the beauty of the wolf.

Tohru walked into the room next to the kitchen,which lade the grey wolf. Tohru picked her up slowly and carefully. Her weight was quite heavy for the tiny tohru.
She walked back into the he kitchen,letting shigure see her.

Shigure's eyes had a tint of sadness. "Tohru,tell kyo and Yuki that they are in charge of taking care of the wolf."

Tohru was saddened that the boys were given the job to take care of her,but she smiled her famous cute smile. "Of course!" She exclaimed. She walked out of the kitchen and up the stairs to where Yuki and kyo were.

"Yuki,kyo! Your in charge of looking after the Wolfe!" Tohru yelled at them. Kyo turned around,looking at the grey wolf. "I ain't looking after no stupid wolf! I ain't the one that took it here!" Kyo hollered.

Yuki hit kyo on the head. "Oww! What was that for you damn rat?!" Kyo yelled,a tick mark on the right side of his head.

Yuki had his eyes closed,his face full of no emotion. "But you also saved the wolf. If your given the job,you do it-" yuki opened his eyes,looking sharply at kyo. This made kyo a bit scared. "With no complaining." Yuki finished.

Kyo gulped,but regained his angry form. "Stupid Yuki. He's always trying to be smart.." Kyo said under his breath.

Tohru sighed. "I'm laying her here." Tohru set her beside kyo,who looked very annoyed.

'This wolf.....gives me chills...' Kyo said in the deep part of his mind.

Tohru gleamed with happiness. "What are we gonna name her?" Tohru asked.

"How about rayne?" Yuki asked in his soothing voice. "Since we found her in the rain,why not just name her rayne,but spell it differently?"

Tohru jumped in glee. "That's a perfect name Yuki!" Kyo looked the other way. "I guess it's alright..."

Tohru grinned. "Alright then! Let's welcome rayne in the sohma house!"

All three teenagers looked at the wolf,now named rayne,and saw that she was awake.

The three all smiled at the wolf,making it bark.

The wolf got up on all fours,looking at them.
