For a mirror always lies,

Can be seen from the outside.

It doesn't show you what I see,
When you're just being you.

How your eyes light up,
When you talk about something you love.

It doesn't capture your amazing smile,
That you only flash for me,
And your reflection can't tell you,
How much you mean to me.

For it only shows your skin,
