I kept running until I hit my head on a tree.

"Ok, OWW!!" I looked at the communicator then looked up. "We're here." I groaned to the others.

"You remember the plan?" Robin asked us. We nodded.

I morphed into a fly and flew through the vent. I got to a big room with nothin' in it but a machine with Raven inside it and the Swami standing near a panel. Raven was inside an orange tube which had another thin tube leading to a canister with some dark ooze in it.

What is that stuff?

I buzzed around to see the front of the machine. I think Raven saw me because she looked straight at me. But her eyes darted back as to not draw attention to me.

"Raven, this is taking too long. I'm going to crank it up a notch. Would you like that?" He asked her. I don't think he really cares. Raven seemed too weak to do anything about it. She was leaning up against the side of the tube. But her eyes were opened and her hood was off.

He pushed a button and the tube leading to the canister lit up, and Raven screamed an ear piercing scream. Then the canister with the black ooze filled up a little more. It was half full now. When the lights stopped Raven slumped down onto the bottom of the canister like a rag doll. She just laid there. Unmoving. Then the Swami walked away and Raven looked up at me and she nodded. That was my signal to tell the others.

I flew out of the vent I came in and the others looked at me wide eyed as I morphed back into a human.

"Was... that the scream of Raven?" Star asked hesitantly. I nodded without saying a word.

"She sounds like she was in a lot of pain." Robin said.

"He's taking her powers." I said in between gritted teeth. I clenched my fists.

"Really?" Cy asked. I nodded again to them.

"That must be why the Swami wanted her in the first place. What now Robin?" Star said.

"Beast Boy, is the Swami in there?" Robin asked me.

"No. He left when I left." I answered quietly.

"Star." Robin pointed at the wall. Starfire carved a doorway with a starbolts beam.

"Titans GO!" Robin yelled. We went through the doorway and saw Raven just as I had left her, with the Swami nowhere to be found. Good. She was facing away from us. I don't think she has the energy to turn around. We ran around to the front of the tube. From what I could tell, Raven was very pale. Any paler and she'd be white.

"Raven!" Star whispered. She was able to give us a small smile. I think she is too weak to actually say anything. I checked the dial and it said Raven was almost completely drained. Only a couple more go-rounds and...I don't want to think about that.

Right when we tried to get her out is when the Swami came back in. Figures.

"How did you 4 get in..." He saw the hole in the wall.

"Oh. Well you can't get her out anyway!" We watched him run over to the panel.

"No!" I yelled. Raven's eyes went wide. Really wide. She's genuinely scared. That's never good. He pushed the button and the machine fired up again.

"Get it out of the way!" I yelled. We all moved back and watched Raven get drained again. She screamed so loud. It was shrill. When it was over, for now, she passed out.

"Now let me show you why I'm doing this." He ran over to the canister and hooked a tube to the bottom and hooked the other end to his...hat? He laughed evilly and then shot Raven's dark beams at us.

"He's using her powers!" Cyborg yelled. We charged at him but it was useless. I've had enough. I want to go home.

I transformed into the Beast and attacked the dude. I knocked him back, which unhooked the tube. Star and Cyborg shot the control panel and it exploded. This deactivated the whole thing and the barrier dropped. I grabbed Raven by the hood in my teeth and ran out with her and the canister with her powers in it.

I set her on the ground and morphed back. Then I set the canister down.

"Raven?" She didn't answer me. I think that last one got it all because this canister is full. At least I've got them both though. I guess we can...put them back in when we get back to the tower?

Whatever. At least we have her. The others finally came out with the Swami all tied up. His hands bound so he couldn't teleport away.

"How is she?" Robin asked.

"Pale...er than usual, but she's still warm."

"Let's head back to the Tower." Robin said. We jumped into the T-Sub. I kept Raven on my lap and propped her head up against the window.

"Beast Boy, you sure you can maneuver around her?" Robin asked.

"Hey, somebody has to watch her." I said. As we took off I looked at her.

Raven is passed out on my lap. Always wanted this, but never in this way
