Two cops shown dragging one man who is handcuffed, they throw the man in jail(prison)cell and then his face shown he is Sanskar Kapoor

who is tagged with the reputation of an mastermind thief according to his past deeds but no one knows the important part of his past, the past which stole his heart....

After two days sanskar's court hearing has come and his brother arranged a lawyer for him . His lawyer come to them and when sanskar see his lawyer's face he became shocked. 
There stood his past in front of him, the girl whose heart he broke two years ago, the love of his life Ragini..

Both see each other their eyes met and the wave of emotions ran through their bodies...

Ragini remembers the past memories in which sanskar left her with the blame of robbery which he cover up for his partners.  The memories in which she thrown away the greeting cards, locket and dried red rose which she kept safe in her diary..

Sanskar remembers the scene of ragini crying bitterly over her father dead body thinking all happened becauseof sanskar not knowing that he is himself stuck in all mess.

Ragsan come out of the memories lane and ragini asked to sanskar

Ragini: so you are claiming that you are not involved in the robbery and kidnapping of that seven year old girl?

Sanskar: yes I didn't do anything and all this crime is done by Rohan, who is escaped from the place and police blaming me for all this .

Ragini: why only you?

Sanskar: because rohan keep calling me and blackmailing me for money but they think that I'm working with rohan and his gang in all their plans and police arreste me on the suspicion of my involvement in the robbery and kidnapping.

Ragini: Ok let's go inside the courtroom so that you can give your statement in front of Judge and I try to  take your bail order or the nearest date for next hearing.

Sanskar nodded and they go in courtroom.

Defense lawyer say in front of the Judge

Other lawyer: Yourhoner Sanskar Kapoor and his partners robbed my client Mr Rakesh Gupta and kidnappedhis seven year old daughter from his house and all this is witnessed by the watchmen and housemaid of Mr Gupta's house and their written statements copies are also attached with the file of our case.

Judge: Mr. Sanskar Kapoor you have any defence for your case?

Ragini: Yourhoner I am Mr. Sanskar defence.
(She passed her file to Judge and started cross questioning)
Ragini: Yourhoner according to the time of robbery my client Mr. Sanskar  was at his brother's house and has nothing to do with robbery and kidnapping.  We have Mr. Sanskar's brother here to give his statement.
Yourhoner my client is innocent and police arreste his on the basis of suspicion.

Judge: Defence.

Other lawyer: Yourhoner my fellow lawyer sayingthat her client is innocent but may I ask that why she didn't say he is innocent when two years ago Mr. Sanskar Kapoor blames her father for stilling banks money.
In that case also Mr. Sanskar were involved with his partners who works in the same bank in which the robbery happened that time she not talked in his favour so why now she so confident about his innocence?

The question shattered both as now they reminding their past

Both rememberedtheir happy moments when they asked ragini's father for their marriage and he gladly accepted their love but then ragini and sanskar had a huge fight because of the misunderstandings created by sanskar's friends.

Kahin baaton hi baaton mein mukarna bhi zaroori tha..,
Teri aankhon ke dariya ka utarna bhi zaroori tha..,)
And they parted ways from each other.

Both remembers thattime and tears skipped from their eyes which they wipes away and ragini say

Ragini: Yourhoner there is no connection between both cases as it's proved that my father was innocent and so as sanskar.  The only culprits were Rohan , Ajay, Sunil and Sunny who are now responsible for the loss of Mr Gupta.
So I request to you my lord to grant my client bail.

Judgeafter hearing both defences said

Judge: I grant Mr. Sanskar Kapoor bail for five days but if police couldn't find those four people in these five days then Mr.  Sanskar have to surrender himself to police and after that only a solid evidence can save him.
Court is dismissed.

Ragini and Sanskar come out of court and sanskar says to ragini

Sanskar: ragini thank you for everything and also coming on short notice.

Ragini: hmmm
And she started leaving but sanskar holds her hand stopping her and said

Sanskar: ragini I swear I didn't kidnap anyone neither stole anything trust me ragini.

Ragini: wrong you stolen things, you are a theif.  A cruel theif .

Sanskar : but ragini I didn't , they stole the money and..
He got interrupted by ragini as she say

Ragini: you stolen my heart , you stolen my breath, you stolen my only hope of love, you stolen my smile at the time you left me all alone, you stolen my caring and loving fiance from me for those friends and new girl in your life and most of all you stolen my soul too sanskar...
You stole everything from me sanskar.. everything..
She is crying saying all those words and so as sanskar by listening all thisfrom the love of his life.

Sanskar: ragini I am terribly sorry for all the misunderstandings.  I didn't cheat on you, it was all planned by rohan to frame me but when I got to know about the innocence of your father it was too late and you shut me out of your life.  But I promise ragini if you give me, give our love one last chance.  I will never fails your trust ever again. Please ragini please I love you more than my life.  Just one last chance.
He plead to ragini for their love by kneeling down in front her.

Ragini can only see love in his eyes, the pure love which was stolen by the time and situations.

Ragini kneel down to his position and say
Ragini: I love you too.  Yes I will give our love another chance..

Sanskar smiled widely and hugged her like to never letting her go...

After their confession sanskar and ragini helped police to terrace rohan and his gang who got arrested by police and rohan confess his crimes that he do all the robbery and kidnapped the girl to sell her for higher prices.  Rohan and his gang got punishment of imprisonment for 20 years..

Ragini and Sanskar after all the difficulty and problems became one.

RAGSAN = Ragini +Sanskar.

They are not fairy tale couple(as in the couple without any problems and misunderstandings)
They are not filmy couple(as in heavy outfits and with lot of money)
But they are two bodies with one soul, one heartbeat.
They are ragsan.
It said that problems, changes and hardship are necessary for a strong and unbreakable relationship..
It was necessary for them to overcome all this pain, tears,sorrows and time to become one...
