"Carmen, we have a huge problem at ACME!" Said chief as he appeared behind them on the wall of VILE. "I'm busy, Chief." Replied the former pirate as she was looking at the map in front of her. "Anastasia and Maria have been injured!" Instantly, Mary turned around, her eyes widened to face the chief. "If this is your idea of a joke.."

"No joke! Anastasia and Maria were saving Tatiana and got themselves badly injured!" Mary was shivering with worry and anger along with Sara, who was planning to tell Maria how she felt. "Their at ACME and-" the chief noticed that Mary and the others were gone. "How in the world do they always do that?" He said, sighing. It had been a few weeks since the wedding in Italy and it seemed that Mary and Anastasia weren't going to be separated ever again like their deaths long ago. He knew that Anne Bonny was resurrected as Ivy and Mary Read was resurrected as Carmen due to the two pirates having feelings for the two grand duchesses of Russia before their respective deaths.

Mary walked through the halls of ACME, immediately finding her wife getting patched up by Tatiana who had a bandage on her nose. She was using a cotton ball soaked in iodine as she was lightly scolding Anastasia. "You shouldn't have taken all those cuts and stab wounds for me, sis. Heaven knows what might have happened if Anne didn't knock him out." She was saying as Anastasia frowned. "That b****d was going to shoot you, Tatiana! Did you think I was going to stand there and let him hurt you!?" She said, not caring there was a bandage on her arm. "Anastasia, you have got to stop risking your life for one of us! Especially since you have to tell Mary about what is going on with your body!" Now, this intrigued Mary. What did her princess have to tell her? "I know, Tatiana, I know! I just.. don't know how to tell her."

Tatiana finished patching up Anastasia and went to patch up Maria. Mary walked over to Anastasia and placed her arm around her shoulder protectively and possessively. "Ana, what even happened to ya, lass?" She asked as Anastasia scowled. "Some freaking jerk had Alexei held hostage. Had a bunch of henchmen holding knives and guns.. one of them called you a coward and I would have kicked his a** if Maria didn't stop me. you can see the proof after I unarmed them." She said simply. Mary sighed, knowing her wife would have killed anyone for her with a big smile on her face. "Still, I got worried after I heard what happened! I thought I lost you again.." she added, caressing her cheek.  "You'll won't lose me, Mary. I promised that on our wedding day, that you will never lose me again."

Mary smiled softly at her beautiful wife. "What did Tatiana mean by something going on with your body?" She asked as Anastasia blushed. "You know how we been using the artificial insemination to have a child of our own, correct?" She softly asked. "Yes, we had four failed attempts last week and we planned to see if the 5th one worked next week, right?" Anastasia nodded her head. "That's right, Mary. When I went to the doctor's last week, they found a second heartbeat." She said, watching as Mary took off her hat, something she knew was a habit when they both were alive. "Love.. you can't be serious!" Mary was slowly freaking out as Anastasia held up one ultrasound picture. "I am." Mary was crying tears of joy that day as she lifted her wife up and spun her around.

"I'm gonna be a mum!" She said, tears going down her face. "We're both going to be mums, love.. I can't believe it.. after all these years, we finally got our happy ending.. one we both rightfully deserved after years of being separated.." she whispered against Anastasia's lips. "Agreed. and for once, we either have a boy or a girl pirate or vile leader on the way.. one that we both wanted for so long.. and this time, no one can separate us.. ever." They both kissed that very day as Mary gently set Anastasia on the ground. They both pulled away, Mary putting a hand on Anastasia's stomach. She felt a gentle kick on her hand.

"This is such a blessing in disguise, Anastasia.. thank you for coming into this second life of ours.." said Mary as she held the former grand duchess in her arms. "Mary, it's you i should thank. Had it not been for you, I would have been drowned by maelstrom and risk the two of us being separated again." She said, her cornflower blue eyes meeting Mary's hazel brown ones. Her hand went and joined Mary's on her stomach. "Let me guess, your going to steal baby stuff just to reveal to your henchmen about the news?" Asked Anastasia as she gave a knowing smile towards her wife.

"Aye, love. I can definitely do that." Mary said as she kissed her wife's cheek. "For now, I'll have one of my henchmen escort you home while I think of a plan on what things to steal. Just wait for one of them to come out and I'll be with you soon, ok?" Anastasia nodded her head and went to wait outside the doors of ACME. Mary called over Al loy over to her. "Make sure Anastasia is brought back home safely and not a single scratch is on her. Don't ask me why, just do it." She said as he nodded. "Yes, boss." He said before he joined Anastasia outside and took her home.

That night, Anastasia was looking at the ultrasound picture with fondness. She rocked herself in a rocking chair she had gotten from Alexei before she got herself hurt. She stroked her stomach softly and looked up at the stars. This was the most calming night she had ever gotten. She noticed that the baby inside of her was getting tired so she began to rock herself back and forth. She placed the picture back into a manila folder and placed it back into a drawer. After closing the drawer, she stood up from the rocking chair and went into her bedroom where she stopped. Sitting on a chair was her wife, her legs crossed and arms resting on the armrests. "Hi, Mary." She said as Mary stood up.

"Ana.. I missed you so much." She said, gently wrapping her arms around her waist and settling her left hand on Anastasia's stomach. "I still remember that time you turned redder that your sister's dress in Nassau." She said as Anastasia turned away. "You still remember that!?"

(Flashback!)
"What do you and Anne plan to with the money we'll get from killing the sage?" Asked Edward as Mary and Anne were there with their respective girlfriends. Anastasia looked beautiful in her simple yet elegant purple dress.

Her blonde hair was down and pinned back with a lavender silk bow tied behind her head. Her makeup was light with peach colored lipstick, a single white gold necklace with a heart shaped blue sapphire rested against her globes as same color earrings resided in her ears and white gladiator sandals adorned her feet. Tatiana wore a elegant red dress, looking like her sister.

Her auburn hair was braided with gold, her makeup was also light but with deep red lipstick, a pure gold necklace with tahitian pearls, moonstone and rubies rested on her globes along with same colored earrings resided in her ears, and red flats adorned her feet. "Well, Kenway, me and Anne plan on getting our own ships, get houses and our own crew, and all that." Then Anne chimed in as hers and Mary's voices dropped to a seductive and low growl into their girlfriends's ears.

"With whatever's left, we intend on buying Anastasia and Tatiana rocks so big and stunning, that any other noblewoman would be jealous of it." She said as Anastasia and Tatiana blushed childishly. "You both intend to marry us?" Asked the Russian princesses. "Yes, we do." Anastasia giggled as she looked at Mary.

"Ok, love. Just to let you know that when you get us those rings, we will say yes."

(End of flashback!)

Anastasia giggled as she stared at her wedding band. "I still remember that." She said. The two women cuddled next to each other as Mary rested her hand on her wife's left one. "I love you, Anastasia."

"I love you two, Mary.." the women fell asleep as their wedding bands glittered under the moonlight. They both had sad deaths, but that led to them being reunited in their next life. They both suffered heartache for each other after their respective deaths, but in their eyes, that did not matter. All that mattered was that they were both safe and happy in their current life.
