Chapter 3- Same Mistakes
Third Person POV
Louis has lied stretched across his bed, uncomfortable in every position he had managed to find.
"Why can't I just get some sleep?" he yelled from under his breath. He didn't want to wake anyone up, especially this late at night. He could call up Niall if he had wanted, but wouldn't know what to say to the Irish boy who was probably asleep anyways.
He could always head down to Harry's room, but he wasn't allowed near his room unless Harry had called him there.
How is a boy who shies away from any living thing, ever going to call me over to him? It would be a miracle if he even spoke my name! Louis thought to himself, as he huffed out in defeat at the idea of getting any 'sleep'.
Harry, on the other hand, wasn't asleep like Louis had been thinking. He as well had not been able to get any shut eye. What's wrong with me? Am I sick? Usually I can get as much sleep as I want! Harry complained inside his head.
"Ever since that boy, 'Lewis' or whatever his name was came into my family's house, I haven't gotten any sleep!" He was practically shouting out to his room, hoping no one had heard him, especially Louis. It's not that he didn't like the boy, it was the fact that he had been catching his attention lately, and Harry didn't like that.
Louis had been almost following the boy around everywhere he went. Not that Harry didn't mind, it was his job as Harry's 'butler', or whatever his mother had called it. Though he wasn't keen on the idea of having to slave around the older, especially him.
Louis had been trying to get the younger boy's attention for the past two weeks, but he never even spares him a glance. Louis had gone from making attempt at talking to him, to almost planting signs into the floor by Harry's door saying 'Notice Me Harry Senpai'! Imagine how much this was annoying Louis, as to how much work he has put into getting the attention of the younger male.
Still, Harry paid him no attention.
As the next morning seemed to take forever to get here, Louis got up to start making breakfast as he usually had to do.
As he made breakfast, Mrs. Styles came downstairs as well and strutted over to the fridge as she grabbed herself a crystal clear bottled water, and drank some for herself before putting it back and shutting the fridge door. Only then did she take notice of Louis in the kitchen.
"Oh, Louis dear, I didn't know you were awake already. You're cooking quite early, aren't you? It's only five in the morning." she asked him, amused at the fact he got up so early already.
"Oh, Mrs. Styles, I didn't think you would be up this early either."
She smiled to him as she leaned her back against the counter and watched him flip the eggs ever so perfectly.
"Well, Louis, I wanted to talk to you...about school..."
Harry's mother knew he had to leave school when they moved in, there wasn't a way for him to make it to his school. He also never took thought into joining school again. Besides, what would such a poor boy do at a school for rich and well educated kids? Louis just nodded for her to continue, and she did.
"Well, you see, I was thinking of getting you a uniform like Harry's, but I don't know your size."
Now he was confused. What would she need his size for?
"I need you to come with me before Harry wakes up so we can get you a uniform like his. I already signed you up an-"
"Wait," he interrupted her before she could say anything else. "what did you sign me up for that I would need a school uniform to go to?"
She smiled a little as the corner of her lips lifted slightly upward, waiting for him to catch on that he would be going to school with Harry Styles, son of the business owner of many companies in the city.
"Are you telling me that you're sending me to school with him? But....what have I done wrong?"
She smiled down at the 18 year old boy.
"Louis, you didn't do anything wrong. I just feel bad that you have to stop your education just to come here to help us out. So, I thought, why not just send you to school with my son?"
Louis was surprised at what he was hearing. Him? Going to school with Harry Styles? This was almost impossible...was he hearing things right? No, he must have heard her wrong.
But instead, he was proved otherwise two hours later as he stood in front of the bathroom mirror, looking up at himself in his navy blue button up shirt with a red tie to match, and navy blue dress pants, black shoes to top of the whole outfit. He was told to style his hair up, and so he did as was said.
He held onto the red straps of his bag as he breathed in before sighing heavily to himself, checking himself one last time, before heading out into the hallway.
From the top of the stairs, he could hear Harry and his mother talking downstairs.
"But mother, this isn't fair! Why do I have to show him around the school? It's not my job to make sure he makes it around! He can find out himself, or ask the office for a map!"
He felt a tinge of hurt in his chest as he listened to Harry argue with his mother about Louis going to school with him. He tried holding it all in as he softly jogged down the stairs and turned to see them standing there, his mother immediately shushing Harry and shooing him out the front door along with Louis.
"You boys have a good time at school! Oh, and Louis, Harry is showing you around!" After that statement she quickly shut the door before Harry could start arguing again.
Harry let out a sigh and looked over at Louis.
"Find someone else to help you, I have time for other things to do." And with that, he walked his own way to the bus stop and hopping on, leaving Louis by himself before he caught up to the bus as well, taking a seat far from Harry.
Might as well give up on him now, seeing as I don't have any other choice...besides, there's other people to get to know anyway now!
Just as that thought came to his mind, a young blonde boy took a seat next to him.
"Hello, are you new here? I ain't never seen ya before.." said the blue eyed boy.
"Ah, yea, I'm Louis..I just came here today, actually."
The boy nodded and smiled at him. "Well, Louis, I'm Niall, and I hope we become great friends." The boy smiled and so did Louis as they joked around the rest of the bus ride.
Only, one person wasn't smiling. A boy with dark hair and one blonde strip up the middle sat far in the back of the bus, watching as Louis talked with the Irish lad. He didn't like the fact that the new boy was taking Niall from him, his best friend. He grimaced at the idea of them getting close.
"Hey Zayn, whatcha lookin' at?" said a high pitched voice that he knew all too well. It was his one of many female friends, Eleanor. He was about to ignore her, but suddenly had an idea. A great idea that would get that blue eyed boy out of here.
"Hey, Eleanor...you see that new boy there..?"
