PROLOGUE

With another swift, the person was dead.

Yet another case closed but it didn't satisfy Zera. With a look around she went out of the building calling on the phone for the backup team to clean up the mess.

Her beige dress was now red due to blood which wasn't hers. Without giving a single glance to the chaos and people running here and there she made her way towards her supposedly best friend's groom and grabbed him by the neck.

"Rose, what are you doing? That's derrick, not an enemy." Her supposedly best friend, Lia spoke as she tried to free her groom-to-be.

"You can fool everyone but not me, I knew you were working for him all the time. Why else would you think that I became the bimbo's best friend."

The man, Derrick's eyes widened at this realization that he was screwed but thinking of coming up with an escape plan he spoke, "Rose, I don't know who you are, and I have no clue what you are talking about."

"You don't?" Zera looked at him like a confused little girl who didn't know 2+2=4 giving him the satisfaction of thinking he was safe, but before anyone could say anything, she sliced her knife against his neck and said, "Well, you have to be a better liar than that to fool me and anyways what gave you the feeling that I wanted to talk to you."

Gasping for air, Derrick tried to grab zera but failed and fell. Lia was screaming and crying saying repeatedly what have you done, why would you do this...... Zera blocked out the rest.

The backup team was finally there, and the wedding chapel was looking more like a funeral hall with all the dead bodies, but they were used to this whenever Zera was involved.

Giving no damn to the world she made her way to her car but not without saying, "Lia, this was all a setup, and I was just doing my job. The other agents will explain the rest of the details."

With a single nod, she started her car and drove away.
