Time is ticking away and soon, I'll have to let you go

"Let's go quickly. We don't want anyone to see us, now do we?" The couple had finished eating and were now, on their way to a shopping center. "But I'm in no hurry. The wedding date hasn't even been planned yet and I haven't even met the bride. Why are we shopping for tuxedos already?" Taehyng asked while Jimin dragged his arm to the car. 

"I just want to help you prepare for your wedding. It's the least I can do as your current boyfriend." Jimin said as an excuse. The real reason why he wanted hurry and buy Taehyung's tuxedo was, because he wanted to be mentally ready for the day he had to give Taehyung's love away. He wanted to have no regrets and no sad feelings, though that'd be impossible. He wanted to feel as if he worked hard, getting Taehyung ready to be the husband of a woman he didn't love yet. A woman he was bound to fall for.

The couple got in the car with Taehyung in the drivers seat and Jimin in the passengers seat. They played light music on their way to the shopping center. Upon arriving, they got out of the car heading towards the direction of the nearest tuxedo store. "Does this one look good?" The taller asked, stepping out of a dressing room. Taehyung asked for Jimin's opinion a lot when shopping. Not because he didn't trust his own fashion sense, but because he wanted me make sure Jimin liked what he wore. Taehyung didn't think he was changing himself forJimin, but rather making sure he was perfectly Jimin's type.

"It looks good, but then again, everything looks good on you." Jimin answered smiling and brushing off anything that could be on the tuxedo. He looked at Taehyung fondly before leaning in for a short kiss. "You're so handsome." He said admiring Taehyung's face. 

Butterflies erupted in Taehyung's stomach, he felt shy and looked away. Even after all this time of dating, Jimin still never failed to make Taehyung feel nervous or flustered and the same went for Jimin. "Should we get this one?" Jimin asked, pulling lightly on the sleeves. "Yeah, let's go with this one." Taehyung agreed.

"Are we going home now?" Jimin asked after the two paid. "Hmm, we came all the way to this shopping center..let's do one more thing before we go." This time it was Taehyung dragged Jimin to a store. They stopped infront of a jewelry store. "Let's get a couple item. It could be a bracelet, or a necklace, or rings, or something." Taehyung suggested. "What about a necklace?" Jimin asked, leaving Taehyung's side to take a closer look at a necklace that he already spotted. 

Taehyung followed after him, looking at the necklaces Jimin was admiring. His vision quickly moved to the side where he found matching couple necklaces. It may be kind of childish, but Taehyung also found it cute. Each necklace had half a heart, one with "His One" engraved in it and the other with "Her Only". 

"Baby, how about these?" Taehyung asked, gesturing towards the necklaces. Jimin had an unreadable expression on his face. "Could we change the text by any chance?" Jimin asked. "Excuse me, can we get this custom made?" Taehyung asked a nearby employee.

 "Yes you can. We just need you to write the text you want and give us your adress and phone number." The employee smiled. "Is your girlfriend here with you today?" The employee suddenly asked, looking around the store. "Uh, boyfriend." Taehyung corrected the employee. "I'm sorry?" The employee looked around the store again. "I'm actually here with my boyfriend." Taehyung said. "Oh." The employees said awkwardly. 

He cleared his voice. "Well then could you bring him here? Here is the paper work you need to fill out." The employee forced a smile. Taehyung felt a little bit uncomfortable with the employees behavior, but he's experienced that ever since he came out, so he was also kind of used to it. He was a little worried about Jimin though, because he knew that his boyfriend could get sensitive towards these thpe of things.

Taehyung went back to where Jimin was. "Babe, we can get them custom made, we just have to do some paperwork." Taehyung informed the shorter. "Oh, okay." Jimin smiled. "But.." Taehyung trailed off, feeling uneasy. Jimin's eyes went dark, since he could sense what was coming. "The employees not very accepting are they?" Jimin asked quietly. 

"Well, I try not to judge, but there's a chance that he isn't." Jimin frowned at his boyfriends response. Jimin took a deep breath. "Let's go." He held Taehyung's hand for security and they filled out the paperwork agreeng to go with "Jimin's One" and "Taehyung's Only".

The two left the shopping center and got back in the car.

Your love is slipping through my fingers. Why are you giving me away so easily?
