"Who died?" Taehyung asked in horror,as his eyes fell onto the bloody dress shirt that Yoongi just handed to him.

"..what?"

"Whose shirt is this Yoongi? Did someone die?" He asked once again,looking worried.

"Taehyung, oh my god. Nobody died, This is your costume" Yoongi explained to him, making Taehyung's face fall in annoyance as he sat back down.

"Really Yoongi,You fucking scared me. What kinda costume is this??? bloody dress shirt!?!"

"It's not just dress. There's also a coat and pants.You have a full three piece suit that has splashes of blood all over it and a real gun" He took the gun out of his back pocket and gave it to Taehyung.

"Don't tell me..."

"Yes,You are going as yourself. A Gang Leader!! but nobody else has to know that. Put it on, you would look cool" Yoongi said as he tied his Hanbok together.

"So you get to have a blonde long haired wig,This traditional Hanbok and all these fancy accessories to be a king,look all cool and shit and I get to be a boring old gang leader!? this is unfair" Taehyung complained to him.

"That's a weird way to compliment me but thank you. Also I didn't have a lot of options to choose from okay,My other option was a vampire but I feel like half of the people there are going to come as a vampire. Pretty suitable to their real self too,Just some blood sucking parasites" Yoongi cursed at the rich people who would be attending this party.

"Whatever,Is Hobi hyung coming?"

"Nah,I asked him to come as my plus one but when he heard it was a halloween party he told me to grow up. So yeah,Jimin is coming as your plus one though" He told Taehyung who was now busy changing in the same room as Yoongi. He doesn't really care if Yoongi sees his naked body,they have reached that level of comfortability.

"Yeah I know. He sent me so many photos of his costume and how alluring he felt in it. Will we just meet at Venue?" He questioned Yoongi,Now that he was putting his pants up and Buttoning them.

"Mhm,I am ready so just come downstairs when you are" . With that yoongi went outside of his room and his place too leaving the concerned boy alone.

Once he was done with wearing his coat,he left it unbuttoned so you can see the blood on his shirt. Also unbuttoning some buttons of his dress shirt too. A bit of chest showing just makes him sexier.

He took the lip balm first and then red tint out of his drawer and applied it on his lips. It made them look bloody but also luscious and...inviting. Pressing his lips together so they are smeared properly. Wiping off the excess and just smiling as he admired himself in the mirror. He was looking crazily hot. Putting on even perfume...he has been surprising himself by the amount of effort he has been putting into himself...all because of a certain someone coming back to his life.

Glancing to the gun that was now sitting on his side table. It's been a long time since he grabbed a gun if he's being honest. He used to have monthly gun practices so he won't lose his skills but he hasn't even gone to those for a long time now.

Just looking at the gun makes him remember what his life used to be. He really was quite miserable. He still kind of is but He was more miserable because his job gave him this huge amount of guilt that fell on him. Even though he does get in some kind of trouble regarding their rivals,He still tries not to indulge into fighting with them. His guards and Yoongi who is with him everywhere he goes-business related- protects him so he doesn't even need to lift a finger.

Sighing, Grabbing the gun and putting it in the inside pocket of his coat so it's easier to take out if needed. It's just supposed to be a prop for tonight but he doesn't want to take it out if he's being honest for any reasons. Taking the other essential things and exiting his apartment when he's done.

Soon enough they are rolling into the driveway of Hajoon's Mansion. It was as huge as he remembers the last time coming here for a party. Hajoon does love to throw a lot of massive lavish parties.

They pulled up towards the main gate and there were just vallets standing in front of the entrance,taking keys away from Yoongi and getting in the car to park it somewhere. Taehyung walked inside the mansion,greeted by just different scents of perfumes. There were people in every corner and they weren't even in the main lounge yet.

"I told you everyone was coming" Yoongi nudged Taehyung who was too busy staring at other people's costumes.

These rich people do know how to use their money because all of their costumes were so unique and screamed that they were rich enough to afford this. Not everyone was in vampire costume like Yoongi said and the ones that even were,were dressed like they were king reborn as a vampire.

Going inside the main lounge and immediately everyone started to greet him Hearing "Mr.Kim"s just flying all over him,many voices. He just nodded in both of his directions in respect and trying not to be rude.

He did feel people staring at him longer than usual though. Some gasps were heard when he walked past a group of ladies and low murmurs talking about how handsome he is. It was really boosting his ego to the roof. This might be the only reason he likes coming to these parties.

Even Yoongi was getting stares,A lot more than usual because if he is being honest, Yoongi looks the best here. He looks like a real king, he could have fooled Taehyung he time travelled to modern day if he didn't know him.

"Kim Taehyung!! You finally made it" A voice was heard when he felt a hand going around his Shoulder. He turned around to greet Hajoon,The host of the party.

"Hajoon-sshi, I have been looking everywhere for you. This party is amazing, you never really miss it when it comes to that. I don't want to leave" Taehyung was lying to flatter the middle aged man who laughed at his compliments.

"You really know how to flatter an old man. You look amazing by the way. A Gang Leader right? That suits you a lot. Secretary min,you never miss either you stole the spotlight i fear. I just wore my usual shit with this hat and this sword. My assistant said I looked like a musketeer" He pointed at himself.

"You still look good" Taehyung told him with a sarcastic smile. The old man just laughed again,he was too happy of a man.

Before the man could say anything,the woman that was standing next to him nudged him. Taehyung didn't even notice she was standing there all this time. "Daddy!" She whispered in a low voice,Making her dad avert his attention to her. Oh,She's his daughter.

"Ah sorry,Baby girl. Taehyung,you have met my princess before. She finally finished her overseas project and came back from the UK last week. She has been eager to meet you" He introduced his daughter to Taehyung.

She moved forward and batted her eyelashes at him as Taehyung shook her hand and kissed the palm of it. He is just glad he said his daughter's name because he really didn't remember it.

"Lily, your dad talks about you a lot. I am glad I got to meet you in real life" He said to her as his eyes fell on her costume and it did look like she was trying too hard.

She was dressed as Jessica rabbit. The red body con dress fitted her perfectly,with red stilettos and the purple gloves to the red hair and on spot seductive make up She actually looked great. But the problem was she is trying to impress Taehyung and that isn't going to work because his heart only opens for an individual named Jeon Jeongguk.

"Pleasure is all mine. I hope my father said all good things about me. However I do have to say you look really hot tonight"

"Oh please, Lily-sshi. You flatter me,you look so much more amazing than me. This costume really suits you a lot" He complimented her. She chuckled softly, making eye contact with Taehyung basically undressing him with her eyes.

"Thank you,I'm glad I got the eye of my target audience. My purpose for tonight is fulfilled" Her fingers lingered on Taehyung's chest as she rolled it down.

Giving him bedroom eyes and he felt uncomfortable but what can he even say when she's being this bold in front of her own father and Yoongi. Well maybe not Yoongi because he went to get some drinks the second his conversation with Lily started.

"Am I interrupting something here?" A familiar voice came,that came between him and Lily. Forcing Lily to move away.

Taehyung smiled at his Knight in shining armour as he can recognise this back of the head from anywhere.

"Yes,You are interrupting mine and Taehyung's private moment,Mr. Jeon. But however I believe I don't want to be in the presence of someone like you anymore" She huffed,rolling her eyes at Jeongguk.

Taehyung was taken back by how rude she was to Jeongguk, do they know each other?

"Dad,I am going to go talk with my friends. Taehyung-sshi,I'm afraid our time came to an end because of him but if you want to talk to me,you know where to find me,bye handsome" She winked at Taehyung and blew him a kiss.

He was confused. What does she mean by that? because even if he wants to talk to her, where can he find her? He just shrugged it off because it's not like he is going to seek out for her.

He was now looking at Jeongguk,Who looked too hot,Taehyung could faint at the sight of him. He was wearing this full black look. This black top that had one side of the sleeves chopped off and showcasing his buff muscled arms that made him feel things inside him. The leather harness decorating his chest,The leather gloves were like a cherry on top. The pants hugged his thighs so perfectly,The earrings and a fake scar on his forehead just pulled his look together. He looked jaw dropping hot. He came as a biker boy or a bad boy in general he doesn't know but he does know Jeongguk looks fine.

After shamelessly Checking Jeongguk out he pulled himself out of the dreamland and focused on what was happening. Jeongguk, who was hugging the old man with a smile on his face. They seem quite acquainted too. Hugging and already joking around. He wonders how long they have been doing business together.

"Taehyung-Ah,Meet my nephew,Jeongguk. He is the CEO of my sister in law company now. He's still new but he has changed the trajectory of her company ever since he came. You might have heard of them,The han's?" Hajoon tried to familiarise them but only if he knew how much of history they have together.

"Ah,We already know each other, Uncle. Me and Taehyung-sshi are working on a product together" Jeongguk told his uncle who was surprised by the answer. Taehyung and Jeongguk made eye contact for a brief second but when the flashbacks of their night spent together came into their minds,they both looked away.

"Oh really? That's amazing. You both are really one of the best business men I know. This product will be huge,can't wait for it to be released. If you need any help please tell me"

"Thank you for the offer but I think we are quite content with everything as of right now. Although I'm honestly shocked Jeongguk is your nephew, Should have introduced me to this young talent before you know" Taehyung is just thinking about if Hajoon brought this up before he met Jeongguk in the meeting. Maybe they could have been in better circumstances now.

"It never came up. I mean even I didn't know my nephew was this talented until his mother told me how she would be retiring soon enough and Jeongguk will take over. Gotta say I was shocked because his mother really doesn't tell us a lot but I don't blame her. His father really put us in this awkward situation" Hajoon kept on speaking and Taehyung could see how uncomfortable Jeongguk was because of the mention of his father.

"Let's not go there on this fine night,Uncle" Jeongguk stopped his uncle with a smile who nodded. "You are right,where is your boyfriend though? I want to meet my nephew's future husband," he said to Jeongguk.

Taehyung winced at the words. Husband? Is he being serious right? it bothered him so much more than he thought it would. How can he call Jake Jeongguk's husband when It was him who was in Jeongguk's arms just last night. He was even physically upset that even Jeongguk noticed.

"Husband? Jeongguk, do you have someone in your life that is close to you?" Taehyung asked him on purpose.

"Uncle is just bluffing. We are not that close yet,Uncle. He is barely my boyfriend. there he is,Jake come here" He shouted his boyfriend name who caught his attention and walked over to the bunch.

He decided to look at Jake too and saw how he was dressed into a stereotypical angel outfit. He looked quite basic,the only thing making him stand out was the White Big wings and the halo headband.

He came over and immediately pecked the side of Jeongguk's lips. Hugging his- he can't even say boyfriend because that's not what they are according to Jeongguk himself. It did sometimes feel like Jake was with Jeongguk because of the idea of the younger boy. Not for dating him but just showing him off. Who wouldn't show someone like Jeongguk off? He snatched the youngest bachelor.

"Ah,Jake. I am glad you came,I feared my nephew would come alone again" Hajoon talked to Jake. It seemed like they had met before too. It confused Taehyung,if he and Jake aren't serious than why does everyone in Jeongguk's life already know jake like they are so fucking close.

"Aw uncle,You know I won't do that. Especially in such a big party like this, what if someone snatches him away?" Taehyung made eye contact with Jake,Making him feel offended because Jake was making it too obvious he was threatened by Taehyung's presence.

"True,True. With that saying, have you seen my wife around?" Hajoon joked,making them all chuckle.

While Taehyung was staring at Jake,throwing daggers at him and throwing his stares,he suddenly looked away to see Jeongguk eyes on him- well specifically his body- Just giving him the same eyes Lily was giving him. It makes him a bit annoyed because how dare he look at him like that when he has his arms wrapped around Jake's waist so tightly,slightly looking away to glance at Jake..giving him the same eyes.

Taehyung raised his eyebrow at the boy who shamelessly checked him out in front of his supposed boyfriend. Instead of saying or doing anything, Jeongguk just smirked and winked at him.

Suddenly feeling his cheeks heat up,he broke eye contact. He really is acting like a teenager. This is embarrassing. What is Jeongguk trying to do?

The other woman enchants her clothes with French perfume
The other woman keeps fresh cut flowers in each room
There are never toys that's scattered everywhere

He won't let Jeongguk make him do that, yes he has done unfair things to younger one but he doesn't want to be treated like a mistress. He has more self worth than that at least..right? Does he really? It pains him because he let himself lose control and he did spend the night with Jeongguk like some cheap side piece,knowing he is seeing someone.

And when her man comes to call

He took the glass filled with champagne that the waiters were serving around the hall. Taking a big sip to forget his sorrows. He doesn't know what he should do, he loves Jeongguk but he doesn't want anything with him if it means he has to be at the side. It's hard though, It's hard to stay away, it was already so hard to live so far away but now that their paths have crossed again he doesn't want to lose him again.

He saw Jeongguk pecking Jake's lip right in front of him, making both of them giggle. They look happy...so happy. Isn't it a bit selfish to still want Jeongguk when Taehyung barely brought him any happiness? He now has a normal relationship,he shouldnt interfere and ruin something so beautiful despite his heart wrenching so tightly everytime he looks at him.

But the other woman will always cry herself to sleep

And as the years go by the other woman

He is the other woman in this scenario,he fears he has no place here. So with that,he quickly puts the glass back on the table next to them. Excuses himself from Hajoon and the couple,saying he is going to go get some air. On his way towards the balcony,he bumps into Jimin,who looks concerned when his eyes fall on Taehyung who looks seconds away from crying.

Grabbing his arms to make him face him. "Hey,are you okay? Did something happen? I saw you with Jeongguk and Jake,did he say something?" Jimin bombarded him with questions,making him furrow his eyebrow.

"I am fine,Jimin really. It was getting a bit suffocated there so I am going out for a while. Can you do me a favour and talk with people who are a valuable connection to us while I'm gone? Yoongi would be mad if he realises i bailed off" He chuckles at the mention of grumpy yoongi. Jimin laughs too and nods.

"Don't worry about that,I got you. You go out and relax,ok? I am here just call me if you need anything" He patted his shoulder,letting him know he's here..he always will be.

After walking past Jimin,he went upstairs towards the balcony,thankfully he remembered the layout of this big ass mansion. He specifically remembers coming to this certain balcony because the view leads to his huge garden and it's all really pretty. Since it is night, it's pretty dark and he can't see anything. It is just him and the moon here.

He feels his heart back at ease. It is nice to be alone here. Away from all the crowd and loud chats all around him,the laughing and the music. Too loud inside, peaceful outside, He feels relaxed.

But his alone time was interrupted by the door opening and he didn't even had to look to see who entered as he immediately felt arms around his waist.

sorry for angst i was just listening to a really sad playlist. This chapter was going go to be longer but I cut it short because well it has been over a week since I updated and also because i realised I can't make the 50th chapter last chapter because Jeongguk and Taehyung need more chapters to get their shit together so I divided this chapter into 2 parts.
