King Min was finally forgiven.

His soul finally felt at ease, after entreating his brother and his lover with the rightful apology they deserved. The resolutions and purpose that their souls made in their past lives were finally complete.

Min cried in front of his brother, apologizing again, for everything, that of what he could do at the moment. He admitted how his anger took over his mind and how things easily fell out of his control.

An apology was required at the moment but what required more importance was the commitment towards freedom and especially acceptance of things.

Their distance and awkwardness were not matters to be solved overnight. Of course, they needed a lot of time to express themselves to each other and like how time flew steadily, things began to fall into place.

Yoongi accepted Jungkook for his brother, well aware of their strong connection. Taehyung and Jungkook together were unbelievably unbreakable and Yoongi was genuinely happy for them.

As they say, change continues to be the only constant in life, shaping our decisions and happiness we embark from it.

In places of hectic work schedules were trips to farms, fishing, and barbeque parties and in each and every trip there was Yoongi, accompanying Taehyung as his older brother, as his family.

Their relationship which rattled, ready to break was slowly patched together amidst the small cracks here and there. The brothers lived together, under the same roof, the relationship firmer and happier now.

Jungkook without saying remained by his side, like always, loving and cherishing the man he grew to be fonder of.

Taehyung tried ways for Yoongi and Jungkook to communicate further as he wished them to bond together, like a family.

The idol soon succeeded in his attempt of bringing them closer because Jungkook was no longer just Taehyung's personal bodyguard. Jeon Jungkook now stood amongst the important staff of the company, counting in as the producer's closest employees.

Min Yoongi thought this as a better way to overcome his guilt and Jungkook genuinely appreciated his gesture by agreeing to it.

Jungkook's keen knowledge in music didn't go unnoticed by staffs of the company as he helped in the production and as if it was all planned from the beginning, Taehyung found out about the truth about his music covers on YouTube through Seokjin on a late dinner night in Taehyung's penthouse.

Jungkook became all shy and embarrassed, trying to deny the fact he could actually sing and everyone on the table disagreed, encouraging him to sing for them. Jungkook wanted to shrink and disappear from the table, the immediate attention was always a weakness.

"C'mon baby, won't you sing for me?" Taehyung requested, blinking his eyes cutely, a hand rubbing Jungkook's thigh under the table softly.

Could Jungkook deny? Could he?

"B-but Tae..."

"Please...Do it for your baby."

Jungkook obviously fell for the request and chose to sing one of Taehyung's songs, catching everyone off guard because he sounded so fucking good.

Taehyung was fully mesmerized by Jungkook's voice, hands clasped together below his chin as he admired the love of life singing.

My Jeonie is so amazing. This boy is doing things to my poor heart.

While Taehyung was busy admiring Jungkook with his heart eyes full of love and awe, everyone else around swayed their bodies to the melody, making Jungkook smile through his singing at a warm gesture.

Jimin and Hoseok literally stood up, slow dancing together while Seokjin hiccupped and laughed as he sipped on his drink, watching the two.

Namjoon stared at Seokjin a little amazed, a little wonderstruck and then looked away before the worldwide handsome would notice his long gaze. He then elbowed Yoongi trying to get his attention, who too was taken aback by Jungkook's voice.

"You should hire him Min, else I might." Namjoon teased.

"Don't you dare. Keep your eyes on that Seokjin alone." Min Yoongi said deadpanned.

"Huh? W-What? Min... You know I-"

"Yeah, I know. I know how you are shamelessly ogling him."

"Let a man breathe..." Namjoon mumbled to himself, eyes obviously falling back onto Seokjin.

As soon as Jungkook finished the last line, his attention turned towards Taehyung who got up from his chair squealing, jumping onto Jungkook's arms.

"OOHH! Jungkookie! Oh my my my! Seriously....Baby, you sound so good." Taehyung gushed, making Jungkook's cheeks bloom cutely.

Taehyung pressed a soft kiss onto Jungkook's cheek who smiled timidly, not forgetting to wrap his hands around Taehyung's waist.

"Thank you baby."

"But you are such a meanie... I'm kinda disappointed, you know?.... You could have at least sung to me once!" Taehyung pouted.

"There's a lot that you still have to learn about his fanboy days, Tae. He was a brat." Seokjin confessed, not sure of the choice of words because he was drunk but luckily all of them were drunk too.

"Don't worry baby, I'm all yours to know." Jungkook said softly.

"Aww, my Kookie baby." Taehyung cooed, grabbing Jungkook's cheeks, landing his ass on Jungkook's lap, kissing his face in front of everyone.

"Okay, Tae. That's enough, get back to your seat now." Yoongi said with a blank face and Taehyung chuckled.

"Hyung, your possessiveness is showing." Taehyung teased and everyone on the table laughed.

"He's right. Some of us are still single here, Tae. " Hobi teased. "Yeah! Stop rubbing it on our faces. Geez, go get a room!" Jimin yelled.

"Shut up you both!"

"And Hyung? You are hiring him, right? I wasn't asking, by the way." Said sassy Taehyung, making Jungkook shake his head embarrassed.

"Uh- no. I'm not that good."

"He had 457k subscribers under the name of singer bunny." Seokjin said cackling. Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise as a giggle erupted.

"Singer bunny? Kookie! Oh my God, that's so cute!" Taehyung gushed and Jungkook glared at Seokjin who simply shrugged his shoulders.

"Oooh... Now I know how I need to get the deets.... Jin Hyung we're having lunch together tomorrow." Taehyung said, winking at Seokjin who winked right back.

"In return for your gratitude, I'll enlighten all of you here with another dad joke then!" The said sentence made everyone groan except Namjoon who remained unfazed.

"Go ahead Jin, they are simply jealous of you..." Namjoon encouraged, his tipsy self in no control, making Seokjin blush.

"How do you get to make a squirrel like you?...." Seokjin asked, his laugh barely controlled.

"I sense a headache on its way already." Jungkook mumbled, making Taehyung giggle. The air was dead silent, waiting for Seokjin to finish.

".....Simple. Act like a nut." It was not even a second until they began laughing out loudly. The happy sounds sending warm and pleasant chills to their drunk selves.

"The cat should be going to sleep now, else he's gonna be a grumpy grandpa in the morning." Hobi whispered to Jimin, betting on when Yoongi would go to sleep.

"Hobi Hyung! You are getting it all wrong.... Min Yoongi is already a grumpy grandpa."

"I'm right here, Jimin."

"Oops!"

"Whatever. Jeon, I want you in the studio tomorrow. Now, excuse me everyone, I'm heading to bed." Min Yoongi got up from his chair and everyone cheered in joy, knowing what it meant.

Jeon Jungkook, the new singer of BigHit, was ready to end people's careers.

"Night lil' meow meow." Jimin cooed when Yoongi walked away, making everyone laugh again and Yoongi wouldn't deny a small smile forming on his lips either.

The spark of the past life between Jungkook and Yoongi cooled down, bringing only joy and comfort between them.

With Min Yoongi's suggestion, Jungkook sang an acoustic version of Taehyung's song with the idol himself. As soon as it dropped on the internet, it went viral and people simply couldn't get enough of their intense stares, singing together gracefully.

Min Yoongi didn't release any statement about Jungkook, keeping quiet about his new launch because the suspense was what would attract people.

Taehyung and Jungkook too didn't make any statement about their relationship but the media and fans believed that they two had something brewing.

Taehyung's fans were already crazy over the ship- the couple now being the trending news in the industry.

Jeon Jungkook was now known as the hidden star of BigHit because he was yet to debut despite being seen around with Taehyung many times.

Some believed him to be one of the producers as he attended the award shows alongside Taehyung but what no one could have ever imagined was that Taehyung's Jeonie was his bodyguard back then and now his boyfriend.

The couple finally decided to end the suspense, planning to release the news of their new single which would set the records on fire, on their 1st anniversary.

Time did fly.

The idol had his own ways of announcing things which was to record a cute video with his boyfriend beside, to tease and reveal about their new collaboration on Taehyung's social media.

"Hey, my baby tigers! I hope that all of you are doing great today.... I have some exciting news!! It's been under cover the whole time! However, my boyfriend Jungkookie will be telling you what it is for you all!" Taehyung announced, his face visibly delighted.

He pulled Jungkook closer on the bed who appeared on the screen with a cute smile on his face, chin resting against Taehyung's shoulder.

His biceps and tattoos on display, back hugging his boyfriend tightly. (all taekooker's dream pls)

"Hello everyone! It's Jungkook here! Our new single, 'Still With You' is dropping this Friday on all digital platforms. Me and Tae have sung it together...I hope you send us lots of love and support for it!" Jungkook spoke and Taehyung cooed, turning his head to face him, squeezing his cheeks between his fingers.

"Did I mention that this is my baby's debut single? I can't wait for you all to listen to it! Don't forget to check our new single releasing on Friday guys! Love you lots!" Taehyung announced, the video reaching its end.

"Thank you so much! Bye!!" They exclaimed in unison and before Taehyung could press the stop button, Jungkook stole a kiss from him and Taehyung didn't care to edit before posting.

They might look like couple with too much PDA but do they give a fuck about it?

No.

As soon as the video dropped, it went insanely viral, shippers going frenzy, happy as their claims came to be true. Everyone was more than just happy to see the new, cute celebrity couple.

Taehyung felt freed from his clouds of thoughts, from his miseries and anxiety but there was something that he personally missed all this while- Jungkook as his cute bodyguard a.k.a. his secret boyfriend.

They two wanted to spend some time alone in the beach manor before the comeback and also to celebrate their one year of togetherness.

Taehyung turned off his phone and threw it to the bed before jumping on Jungkook, showering him with kisses. Jungkook caught Taehyung in his arms, helping him to his lap.

"You like Hyungie being mad at us, don't you?" Taehyung asked, flicking Jungkook's chin with his index finger.

"It's not my fault that you are too irresistible. Don't worry baby. Once I debut and get him the money, he won't be mad anymore." Jungkook said and Taehyung rolled his eyes playfully.

"Seems like someone's going to forget me after becoming famous." Taehyung teased.

"Who said that?" Jungkook asked, raising his eyebrow.

"Your boyfriend."

"Boyfriend who?"

"The fuck? Min Taehyung, who else?"

"I don't think so..."

Taehyung frowned and untangled his arms away from Jungkook's neck with an annoyed pout.

"What-" Taehyung began.

"Let's become something more than boyfriends, baby." Jungkook whispered into Taehyung's ear who had no clue of what Jungkook was saying.

Taehyung was puzzled as Jungkook picked him up in his arms, taking him out into the living room. Jungkook stood by the casement window to the beach. The Sun was a few minutes away from setting.

"Happy one year anniversary to us baby. A year passed by but what can I say? With you, everything is perfect. "

"When did you become this romantic Jeonie?"

"Cause you stole a 'pizza' of my heart."

"Just when I thought you got romantic...."

"I have one more! It's the best baby!!"

"What is it?"

"Ahem. I just wanted to say that.....You are pre'TAE' cute and I love you berry much."

"Aww my baby...That was cute Kookie...."

"Look out of the window for me, angel?" Jungkook whispered into Taehyung's ear, surprising the idol further because of his boyfriend's actions, eyes wandering to the beach where Jungkook had written some words on the sand.

Will you stay mine, forever?

"JEON JUNGKOOK! ARE YOU PROPOSING TO ME?" Taehyung shrieked, turning around to look at Jungkook.

He was gone?

Taehyung looked all around, calling out Jungkook's name but his boyfriend was far gone from his sight.

"Woohoo! Baby, look out here!" Jungkook yelled, catching Taehyung attention.

Jungkook stood inside the heart that he traced in the sand with a trail of petals for Taehyung to walk in.

To walk into Jungkook's heart.

"K-Kookie..."

Taehyung gasped, covering his mouth with his hands as he stepped out of the casement, running to Jungkook's side who spread his arms to catch him.

Taehyung jumped on him, straddling his waist and Jungkook caught him easily.

"Kookie~~~" Taehyung whispered, eyes getting teary.

"Couldn't let this one year end so simply....So I thought I should surprise my baby with something."

Jungkook put Taehyung down whose eyes twinkled with tears of joy.

"You know, I always had this dream of you wearing a certain necklace...." Jungkook trailed.

"For my beautiful baby, I have a beautiful gift." Jungkook said and then knelt down, pulling out a blue velvet box from his pocket.

Smiling through his actions, Jungkook opened the box. It was a pair of crisp cut crescent Moon pendants with a star adorned, suspended inside.

The shine of platinum was clean and the embedded star of white and gold stones added elegance.

It was indeed the moon necklace.

Taehyung stepped back in shock, hands covering his mouth, eyes watering immediately at the well chosen precious gift.

"Baby? Hey..." Jungkook stood up, in worry.

"OH MY GOD! It's perfect!" Taehyung squealed happily making Jungkook's lips tug up for a shy smile.

"So... you like it?"

"I love it, I freaking love it!"

Taehyung couldn't contain his happiness because this chain was something he had seen in his dreams too.

Taehyung couldn't express in words how perfect it was for him.

Taehyung knew that he didn't have to tell Jungkook anything about it. Their connection of feelings required no words in exchange.

Jungkook stepped closer, pulling out the moon-star pendant out of the box.

Taehyung's smile was widest with tears on the edges of his eyes as Jungkook hung the chain around his neck, leaving a peck on Taehyung's forehead after.

Taehyung closed his eyes at the feeling of it and Jungkook smiled at him, handing him his locket which Taehyung gladly helped around Jungkook's neck, curling up his arms around Jungkook's waist for a hug.

The sense of satisfaction was beyond.

"This is so beautiful Kookie... Thank you so much." Taehyung whispered and Jungkook smiled softly.

"Didn't want to bound you with rings too soon baby, and I always wished to see you in this."

"In this? By that you mean in only this?" Taehyung whispered seductively and Jungkook rolled his eyes playfully, shaking his head.

"We are not doing the Jack and Rose scene, baby."

"What? Why not?"

"Cause, I'm not a good sketcher." Jungkook whispered, Taehyung burst out into laughter and pressed his lips against Jungkook's.

"You are making me fall for you more and more, every day." Taehyung whispered after breaking the kiss, Jungkook slightly lifted Taehyung up in his arms.

"Don't worry baby, I will catch you always, safely into my arms."

"I believe in you Jeonie, that's why I'm still here, still with you."

"I love you so much, my beautiful moon, my flower. My Taehyung. I will love you and only you as long as I breathe. Always and forever."

"I love you so much Jungkook. As much as the stars in the sky, as long as my heart beats."

The voices that had always been resonating inside their heads finally came true. They were still there with each other, bearing the unbreakable promise that they made to each other.

Like a perfect scene

From a movie screen

"I love you, Tae."

"I love you, Kookie."

Taehyung sat on the sand with Jungkook back hugging him, eyes supposed to be on the beautiful view in front but their eyes were each other's views.

"Tae?"

"Mhmm?"

"You look so beautiful baby..."

"I do?"

"....You are the finest, loveliest and the most beautiful person I have ever known. Every time you put your arms around me, I feel safe, I feel home and as cheesy as it will sound, Taehyung, I love you to the moon and back."

We're a dream come true

"I love you too Kookie. To the moon and back."

Taehyung said and leaned closer and Jungkook caught his lips as they kissed passionately in front of the sunset, waves roaring and reaching the shore; dancing with joy and radiance.

That day, the sky was different, an unseen picture appeared in the sky, right above where they sat, pouring love and affection to each other with their lips connected.

It was Master Jeon and Prince Taehyung, looking down at their own souls.

Master Jeon looked at Prince Taehyung, one of his hands grazing the gifted moon necklace as the other touched the Prince's cheek.

Master Jeon Jungkook, warrior of the dragons smiled, eyes brimming with small tears as the words fell off his lips in complete ease.
