But now, some lady came out saying he "attempted rape" 36 years ago while they were in highschool. While Kananaugh was completely wasted (drunk as hell)

They pulled this same thing to Roy Moore [R- AL], a former candidate in the special election in Alabama. Now, what is interesting is that the charges were dropped when the race was over and his Democratic opponent won.

I think they are pulling the same thing here. But, as a hearing hadn't happen I can't know for sure. But like always, Innocent til proven Guilty...
though this is a case involving sexual matters so in the eyes of the SJWs it's "guilty until proven less guilty"
