REX
(Y/N)-Your Name

Today, you and Rex are at the lab where his parents work. You have been visiting the lab with them for sometime now. Let's just say, Rex really loves having you around and he figured that maybe he invites you from time to time to hangout.

"Are you sure this is fine?" You asked him in a worried tone. He brought his football with him and he started to run and kick it. "Of course!" He said confidently. With a sigh, you just let him do what he does, hoping that he won't knock down anything. As you were walking, you two came across a tall man with long black hair. Since you are walking behind a running Rex, you saw the man look at Rex's direction in a rude way. When he turned to look at you, he returned to his normal serious face. 'Well that was weird.' You said inside your head.

When you went to turn around, Rex was gone.

'Oh nu.'

You ran a bit in his direction but at the end of the corridor, the path split into three. You have no idea which he took.

Timeskip to an hour and a half later...

"(Y/N)!!!" Rex shouted, it echoed through the whole corridor. "Hermano! Wait up!" Caesar said, running after a very worried Rex. It was just then that Rex realized you were missing when his family asked him where you were.

Both brothers frantically searched for you. Caesar might have been the only one who needs to catch his breath every now and then. On the other hand, Rex kept running, shouting, and checking every room. He even almost went inside the girl's bathroom but good thing Caesar was there to catch him right on time. A female worker gazed at them with a questioning look when she exit the bathroom. Caesar just gave her an awkward smile as he pushed Rex in another direction.

"Slow down, Rex." He started as he went down to his level. "We'll find her. Just calm down..." He reassured him. It's still visible on Rex's face that he is worried sick. He doesn't want anything bad to happen to you.

Another hour passed and there is still no sign of you. They already went to different floors and rooms but you were not there in either of them.

"We should head back now Rex..." Caesar said. Rex shook his head. "No! What if something bad happens to her..." His voice began to trail off.

"We'll just head back a bit and rest. Then we'll continue searching for her, is that okay?" Rex looked at his brother and wiped the tears brimming on his lower eyelids. He then nodded slowly and just followed his brother. They do need to take a break for at least a few minutes of nonstop looking. As they both walk and reach their parents' office, Rex's head was lowered all the way.

"Why do you look so down in the dumps?" His eyes lit up as his head shot up. He couldn't believe his eyes. You were spinning around in his dad's office chair for five minutes now. You actually just got there for like 10-15 minutes ago. Rafael, Rex's dad, stopped your chair from spinning after noticing your dizzy state. Even while spinning, you got good eyes to see Rex's expression. "B-but- How-?"

"One of the workers spotted her and brought her back." Violeta explained, looking at the same tall guy with long hair that you happened to pass by earlier. Rex didn't care at some point because he's relieved that you are safe. "I guess I better leave and continue my work." The guy said, heading out the door. "Make sure your son doesn't knock over other people's work again." Then he closed the door.

Everyone looked at Rex as he put on an awkward smile while scratching the back of his head. His family crossed their arms at him while sighing. You giggled a bit at his situation when Caesar pinched his cheek. He looked at you all flustered seeing him like that.

I guess the reason why they would invite you too to the lab was to check on Rex so that he won't mess things up.

Timeskip again ahu

"Where did that guy find you?" Rex asked you on the way home.

"Hmmm..." You started, trying to remember where again. "The last thing I remember was waking up at the rooftop. He woke me up and accompanied me back."

His parents look at me a bit at the backseat with a questioning look. "But no one is allowed to go up the rooftop... Nor does anyone know how to get there..." Violeta said, worried.

"The guy said that he was scanning around the place for anything suspicious. When he saw that the locked door to the rooftop was opened, he checked and saw me." You explained. "But... I don't remember how I got there in the first place..."

After that, there was silence.

You would notice Rex's dad would give short gazes at you from the mirror.

SIX
(F/F)-Favorite Food

"We would've succeeded if it wasn't for you!"

"It's your fault in the first place!"

"What would happen if they exposed us, The Six?! Mercenaries can't be exposed!"

And that fight lasted for a few more hours.

This is what you remembered a few years ago.

After a failed mission in Malaysia, a fight broke out between the members during the flight and even when they got home. Sensei One was not able to let you join in the mission. He didn't tell you any reason why but you just respected his decision anyways. Of course you whined in your head before because you were used to being on missions with them. But what made you whine more is that until now, you still don't have a number assigned to you.

After the argument, the group decided to split up the next day. Other than being sad from the disbandment of the team, you were also not there in the last mission as a full team and...

Until now, you still miss your best friend.

'I wonder where he is right now... I hope he's safe at least...' Even if he said it before that he will find a way to stay in contact with you, it has been years ever since his first and last call. Then you never heard from him again. And slowly somehow the memory of his voice began to fade. Even you can't remember his scent anymore. It's not as if you were a creep to remember scents. It was said before that people tend to remember those most especially from people they are close to.

"We'll stay in contact right?" You asked him. Sadness was visible in your tone as you stare at him from the entrance of his room.

"Of course we will." He replied, taking a moment to look at you from his 'packing' (even though all that he's bringing with him was his wallet and katana). "I may not have my own phone but when I get the chance to find any source of communication, I always have your number memorized."

You sighed at the memory of it because who were you kidding, of course you hoped that you two would still talk to each other. You expected that he would keep his words because you know Hoshi -ehem- Six always keeps his words. As you slump back on a bean bag inside your apartment, you checked your phone once again only to see other messages from random men on social media. Reading these messages made you think, "How desperate are they?"

You threw your phone on the bed and sighed more. That is until...

Ting!

A new notification!

You hurriedly went to your phone, tripping over in the process, just to realize that it's not worth your face hitting the floor.

'Good evening beautiful. Maybe you're hungry tonight for some snack? ;)'

That's what it said.

You groaned in disappointment as you blocked yet another random guy. These texts would have been appropriate if you downloaded a dating app. But you didn't. As you turned off your phone completely, you looked at the ceiling before you drowned yourself in your own deep thoughts.

What if he's dead?

No, that won't happen.

What if he just doesn't want you as his friend anymore?

That's Hoshi we are talking about, he promised.

What if he replaced you with someone else?

Now that's a possibility.

C'mon, people still tend to get hurt when their close friend finds a new bestie.

Without second guessing, you pinched yourself. A small tactic to stop your thoughts from getting worse. But even with that, your mind still keeps on adding more questions. You groaned more and slammed your body on your bed. You just hope and pray that things will get better soon...

Timeskip to Next Day...

You were at the supermarket, picking out some fresh ingredients to use for your dinner later. 'I guess I'll make (F/F) for dinner. It's been weeks ever since the last time I made it.' You thought as you reached for the counter and paid for it. Where did you get the money you asked? Well, magic~ Dejk. You tend to have a lot of part-time jobs which help you accommodate with the stuff you gotta pay to survive.

As you walk to your first job for the day, you were reading your phone on the way. And that is when a familiar scent and vibe struck you when a person walked past you. It almost made you drop your phone because of shock. You turned your back only to see a lot of people walking by. It took you a few seconds to slap back to reality before you shook your head and started walking again. Although, at some point it still bothers you even if it happened just a few minutes ago. 'Was it him...?' You started to question what you felt. 'But I didn't see him when I turned around...'

Still bothered, when you reached your workplace, you got confused why you can't open the door. You have been pushing it many times already only to notice that you are pushing a ''pull'' door. Mentally facepalming yourself when you saw many people staring at you, you sighed and just went inside to start your shift.

CAESAR
(Y/N)-Your Name
(F/F)-Favorite Flowers
(F/R)-Favorite Restaurant
(F/P)-Favorite Pizza

College passed by in a jiffy and now you finally graduated and are still in search for a job. I mean, who says getting a job is easy? Though after your interviews, you would usually visit Caesar at his workplace which is the lab where his parents worked.

"(Y/N)!!!" Rex shouted after seeing you walk in, carrying 2 boxes of pizza. He had his arms up as he ran up to you before giving you a hug. "Hi Rex, how are you? Is Caesar here?" You asked him as he nodded his head. He grabbed your hand and guided you to see Caesar working on some kind of machinery. Rex continued walking up to him as he whispered something to his ear that at some point made him all flustered. "Shhh! Quiet hermano." Caesar scolded him as Rex just gave him a grin before leaving the two of you at his workspace.

(A/N: What did you tell him Rex?
Rex: I told him that his girlfriend is here
A/N: Ayieeee~ *pokes reader-chan*)

"Hey (Y/N)!" He greeted you with a smile. "Hey, I hope I am not bothering you too much." You greeted back with a nervous smile. "No, no. I actually appreciate your presence here. It takes away my tiredness as if I didn't just have an all-nighter for a couple of days." And he was right. You noticed the eye bags on his face and the empty cups of coffee piled on another desk. "I highly suggest resting Caesar... I know all of what you are working on are important but your health comes first." He heard the worry tone on your voice as a frown replaced his smile from earlier. He knows that you are always looking after him from time to time and he is very lucky to have someone like you. So he sighed before clearing his large desk, getting and putting down the pizza boxes from your hand, and plopping down on a chair. "Then I guess I should take some breaks whenever you would visit me." This made you smile and squeal like a child as you swear to visit him most of the time just so he can rest which he found both funny and cute (and unnecessary, but hey, if it's you then he's fine with it).

You gazed at the graduation photo of you and Caesar in a picture frame, standing on his desk. That was a great time and it was taken outside, right after the ceremony. The picture shows you with a bright smile, holding a bouquet of (F/F), while Caesar had his arm around your shoulder. Looking at it made you smile.

Flashback to Graduation Day...

All of the fresh graduates had received their diplomas and tossed their caps in the air. Since you and Caesar are in different courses, he told you that he will find you outside once the ceremony is over (but if your chosen course is the same as his, you will still meet up with him outside because it is filled with people at the venue).

And he did find you.

"(Y/N)!" You heard Caesar called you as you saw him waving a bouquet of fresh (F/F). "Congratulations on graduating!" He gave you a big hug as you returned the favor before he gave you the bouquet. "I heard you love these so I thought of giving you one as my graduation gift." He says, his face all flustered and red. "Aww~" You started. "That's very thoughtful of you Caesar. Thank you." You said as he smiled at your reaction to his gift.

"Hey you two!" His parents called out to the both of you, his dad raising a camera. Both of you knew what he meant as you guys got into position as he took a picture. You couldn't help notice that Caesar was hesitating a bit earlier whether or not to put a shoulder around you, but he managed to do it anyways.

With that, both your families decided to celebrate this wonderful day together by eating at (F/R).

End of Flashback

He motioned for you to sit at the swivel chair right in front of him as you did what you are told before opening up the two boxes of pizza. One is his favorite, which is the pineapple and salmon pizza, while the other one is your favorite, which is (F/P)/(customized pizza with all your favorite toppings). "Remember you told me that one day we should give a try to each other's' favorite pizza?" He nodded, already munching and savoring a slice. "Well... why not now? I mean, I already bought them." Although you completely disapprove of the idea, you know how much Caesar tends to bring this subject up so you really think it will make him happy if you at least tried a bit.

He instantly gave you a slice while he got one for himself to taste. You were hesitating a bit whether or not you made the wrong decision as you first watched Caesar devour a slice of your favorite pizza. It's good to know he liked it and now, both his eyes were on you as he anticipatedly waited for you to take a bite. 'Okay (Y/N), it's now or never.' You said to yourself before taking a bite.
