Altair was offered to Astennu in marriage to please her, and prevent her from starting a war with Kuvira.

Altair then died from "mysterious" causes.

Chandrakala was convinced that Astennu was the one who killed her older brother, and infiltrated her palace, planning to kill Astennu for herself.

Chandrakala fought off most of her men, but as she was making her way towards Astennu's living quarters, someone put their hand on her shoulder.

Having deadly reflexes, she turned around and without a second's thought, she shot the person in the head.

The person was actually her sister Kamala and she died immediately.

Because of this, Chandrakala slipped into a deep depression, leading her to overthink all of the really terrible things she has done and how she would never be able to justify these things.

Due to this, she ended up committing suicide.
