Sorry the past few have been short, I haven't had a lot of time, and im just trying to publish what I can. Hope you enjoy the chapter!

Studying the person opposite them.

Although, her gaze was more careful than his. He got the feeling that she was watching him cautiously, analyzing his strengths and weaknesses. Lia turned to rest of now standing family. "Follow me" she whispered and Fitz was again struck of how she reminded him of someone but he wasn't sure who. Lia quickly lead them down the stairs and behind the stage to meet with a group of figures dressed as Lia was, cloaks cowl and all. "The inner circle of my guild" Lia said, using the same hushed tone as before. "You have your own guild?" The awe was obvious in Sophia's voice. Lia chuckled, "Well it's not mine, but I'm the leader, the Mentore. And as Mentore, I need to go lead my fighters against the Neverseen. Our scout said they'll be here in about two minutes. We need to get you out. Now." Biana blinked in evident confusion. "But.... Aren't the Neverseen gone?" It was hard to tell with the masks but it looked like Lia and her inner circle were exchanging glances. One of them with a deeper voice, probably male, grumbled, "How we all wish that were true." Another member, this one female based on her figure, smacked his arm and scolded him in another language, "Bodoh! Anda seharuenya berbicara bahasa Inlandian!" (Idiot! You were supposed to speak Inlandian!) The man held his hands up palm facing the person who had hit him in a symbol of peace and replied, "Maaf! Maaf!" (Sorry! Sorry!) "Wran-ha! Brynne!" Lia interjected. The two mumbled an apology, to which she crossed her arms. "I want you two to escort the Vackers somewhere safe. Actually take them back to Inlandia. The Neverseen won't find them there." With that, she turned on her heel, signaled the rest of her inner circle to follow her, and marched out from behind the stage. Leaving Fitz and his family with Wran-ha and Brynne. As Lia left he realized who she reminded him of: Sophie Foster. . . Who was supposed to be dead.
