~Stevens Pov~

Peridot has been in the bathroom for a long time now, what's going on with her, is there something I need to know about her? I dunno, I'll shrug it off for now.

I start watching dog copper for 3 hours strait. And I didn't hear a peep come from Peridot. I decided to go check on her.

"Peridot?" I asked, no response. "Dot you okay?" I asked again, no answer.

I opened the door to find a sleeping Peridot. I chuckled.

"She must be tired, and cramped in here. I'll place her in my bed, she seems comfortable there." I picked her up making sure I don't move her injured shoulder and layed her on my bed covering her up.

I heard mumbles from her, "please...chance...love?..." she questioned that last word. I chuckled again.

"Hope she understands it one day." I smiled and went to get a nightly snack.

"What should I get, huh...maybe I'll get a cookie cat. Just to set my stomach." I looked back at Peridot. "Huh, she hasn't even tried food before, wonder if she'd like it?" I question myself.

I soon ate the cookie cat and layed down beside Peridot. "Goodnight..." I said and I slowly fell to sleep.

~Peridots Pov~

I woke up to find my surroundings has changed, I wasn't in the bathroom no longer, I was in Steven's room. I looked down and found out Steven left again...geez.

I heard shuffling from down below and saw the purple gem, Amethyst.

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"Just chilling for the day." She took a deep breath.

"How do you 'chill' for the day, I don't get it." I said confused.

"Ya know relaxing." She said.

"O-h okay..." I stuttered. "I just with I had my limb enhancers..." I sighed.

"You really do?" She asked.

"Of course I want them back, what's a gem that doesn't have anything to fight with or...do anything." I stared down at my feet.

"Woah dude, can't you just get it from your Gem?" She asked again.

"I-i...I r-really.......don't know how." I flustered looking away.

"Well...I don't know what to say man just, try to be more happy." She smiled suggesting.

"...Thanks...Amethyst..." I sighed.

"No problem, and is your arm better, try moving it." She said looking at my arm.

I slowly moved it but I could move it, it slightly hurt. It was still injured. I smiled walking to Stevens bed and layed down.

The warp pad then glew revealing Steven. "Hey Peridot!" He smiled.

"Hello..." I sighed cause I was bored.

"I was wondering if you'd like some food?" He ask while holding out the food.

"Uh...s-sure..." I really wasn't sure....seriously.

He placed it down and I just poked it.

"Ehehe! You're not supposed to poke it, you need to eat it!" He laughed.

"Hey, I'm new at this!" I defensively snapped back causing him to walk backwards.

"Like this!" He showed me how to do it, it was an amazing taste.

"One more please!" He and I laughed.
