Hidden half gem that's not with the Crystal gems.

You knew what your mom was, and you knew how much she loved you. You also saw the Crystal gems often and admired them for what they do and did, but sadly you knew you could never be one of them. They were all so great and strong, while you were weak and pathetic. Even little Steven was better than you! You were an embarrassment to your mom, dad, and yourself, and that's why you always kept it a secret that you were a half gem like Steven. You haven't even told your boyfriend, Jamie, because you were unsure of his reaction. You sigh as you take off your shirt and trace your gem that was on your lower right hip. You barely look at it, and you always tuck in your shirt, or a t-shirt so no one will ever notice.

Unfortunately this was the wrong time to do this because your boyfriend walked in and froze when he saw your gem. "(Y-Y/N)?" He said your name slowly not looking away from the gem making you panic and throw your shirt back on.

"Jamie, it's not-! I'm not! This is just-!" You didn't know what to say but he shook his head.

"You're a Crystal gem..." He said but you shook your head.

"No, I'm just a gem. I'm not with them..." You say quietly.

"Why not?" He asks and you shrug. He then walks over and takes your hand before leading you out the house.

"Where are we going Jamie?" You ask nervously hoping that he wasn't taking you to the gems.

"You and I both know I'm taking you to the temple." He says sternly and you sigh in defeat before following him while quietly sulking.
