In the previous theory, I made a note that the Cluster won't be as hideous as gem mutants. Because Steven helped the shards of the Cluster bond, they'd probably form into one huge gem as if it was one being. In other words, the billions of shards in the core are probably going to act as a whole fusion if it formed now as compared to what it could've formed an episode ago.
