Steven had been waiting for a while before a man in armor walked in and Steven looked up. Steven then glared at the man and curled up more, he had been quietly crying while he waited and now he wanted to do nothing more than leave.

"Let my friends go," Steven hissed and didn't move from his spot.

"Come with me or your, "friends", won't be much used in pieces," the man stated calmly.

Steven glared but complied and stood up, he had a feeling they knew he couldn't poof and he would be the only one to get him and his friends out of this place.

The man stood aside to let Steven out of the room, Steven thought they were letting him go but he reminded himself that they were trying to hurt him and his friends, they wouldn't let him out that easily.

He went to the door and right as he was about to step out cuffs were put on him, they looked to be powered by a gem, the worst part was, it was Sapphire powering the cuffs. His eyes widened and he looked scared, "what...WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!" He yelled in panic and tried to get the cuffs off, only for them to get tighter and feel like Sapphire was freezing his wrists and his hands were now icy blue.

The armored man stopped Steven before be could do any more damage, "don't fight them, boy. It will only freeze your hands off if you struggle too much."

Steven looked shocked at the man then glared at him, "why make sure I don't hurt myself? Why do you care?"

The armored man stood straight and looked ahead with the gun in grip, "She wants you in perfect condition. My orders are to not harm you in any way unless absolutely necessary."

Steven's heart fell and he looked down as he scoffed, "figures, no one here cares about the safety of gems or half gems."

The armored man glanced at Steven then looked ahead, "move forward, please."

Steven huffed and went forward out of the room, leaving the place he called home for the last...he didn't even know how long he was there. He knew he'd have to get them out one way or another. He knew he'd have to save his friends again if he wanted them and himself to live through this.
