-Pearl's POV-

The Diamonds have graciously gave their pearls the day off, so I was with both of them.

"Hello, fellow pearls." Yellow Pearl says. Blue Pearl smiles shyly and waves, and I say, "Hello. How are you both?"

"I am very good, thank you, New Pink Pearl." Yellow Pearl says. She calls me that because White Pearl and I actually used to be swapped. I was White Diamond's pearl and she was originally Pink Pearl. I'm not sure why we switched...

"So, what do you want to do on our 'day off'?" Yellow Pearl continues. Blue Pearl then speaks up saying, "Maybe... Do you guys like to dress up?" she asks us.

"Dress... Up...?" I say,  a little confused by this question. She nods. "You know, when you dress up as your favorite character. It's called cosplay." she explains.
"Hmm... Well, that does sound at least mildly interesting. Okay, I'm in." Yellow Pearl says.

I agree as well, so we all decided to dress up as the "Sailor Guardians" from a cartoon show.
I dress up as the main character by demand of Yellow Pearl, while she dresses up as Sailor Venus and Blue Pearl dresses as Sailor Mercury.

-Blue Pearl's POV-

I would never say so around my Diamond or any other Diamond, but I like to do a lot of things. But now that it was my day off, I could introduce my sister pearls to some of my favorite things to do.

We were cosplaying as the Sailor Guardians, and I thought it best to dress as Mercury, the blue one.
Yellow Pearl dressed as Venus and Whi- Pink Pearl dressed as Sailor Moon.
I'm still used to calling her White Pearl; it hasn't been that long since she was, after all.

"Hey, I don't look half bad..." Yellow Pearl says, looking in the mirror. Pink Pearl blushes, but she obviously likes the outfit.
"I'm glad you like it!" I say, more happy than usual. "Now, how about we do something you two enjoy?" I suggest.

"Can we keep these on?" Yellow Pearl asks. I giggle and nod.
"Great! Okay, I like posing, so maybe we could have a pose-off?" she says. Me and Pink Pearl agree.

Afterwards, it was Pink Pearl's turn to suggest something to do.

-Yellow Pearl's POV-

I was enjoying my time with Blue Pearl and New Pink Pearl. It was now New Pink Pearl's turn to decide what to do.

She blushed, taking me by surprise.
"I... I'm not sure you guys would... Agree..." she says. I share a look of confusion with Blue Pearl and say, "What do you mean, New Pink Pearl?"

"...My hobby... Is fusing..." She mumbles. As a Pearl, my duty would be to report this to my Diamond, but I care about the Pearls more than anyone else...
I look over to Blue Pearl and we nod at each other.

"New Pink Pearl, we are aware this is against the rules, but we would like you to introduce us to this. After all, we are the same gem type." I tell her.
She looks shocked and then greatful. "Thank you, Pearls. Who wants to go first?" she asks.

Obviously, I volunteer.

She shows me how to dance and I learn quickly. Then we get ready to try for real.
Her gem started to glow, and she told me that's how you know the other gem is ready. I let my gem glow as well, and we try this.

We dance very elegantly, since we're pearls. I somehow become the 'dominant' one and when I dip her, that's when I think we fused.

-Blue Pearl's POV-

I sat back and observed for when it was me dancing, and then they fused righting front of me. They became a little bigger and they were still yellow, but a golden yellow.

I was aware that my mouth was agape, but I couldn't help it. I'd never seen this before.
"Wow! You guys became like a... Golden Pearl! That's sooo cool!" I say.

The new gem looks at herself in awe. "So this is fusion..." she says. I was still so surprised and happy.
"Can... Can I have a turn?" I ask. Golden Pearl looks at me and nods before unfusing.

I first fuse with Pink Pearl, and we become what I assume is Silver Pearl. We were a light grey color. Then I fuse with Yellow Pearl to make Green Pearl.

We got curious and wanted to see what worked happen if we all fused. So Green Pearl, in other words, me and Yellow Pearl, danced with Pink Pearl.
When we all opened out eyes, we were rather big. Also, we were Aqua Green.

"Woah..." we said.

-Third Person POV-

The pearls were still fused and walking around. They spent the rest of the day like that before returning to their Diamonds.

•Pink Diamond's Room•

"My Pearl, did you have fun?" Pink Diamond said. "Yes, My Diamond. I thank you for letting me do so." Pearl says back.
"You don't have to thank me, My Pearl. But, off to bed. It is late." Pink Diamond says. "Yes, My Diamond."

•Yellow Diamond's Room•

"Thank you for being back before curfew, Pearl. I hope you enjoyed your day off." Said Yellow Diamond. Yellow Pearl bowed and said, "I did, My Diamond. My thanks for the gracious offer."

"You're welcome. Now, bed time." Yellow Diamond said. "Right away, My Diamond."

•Blue Diamond's Room•

"Welcome back, My Pearl. I hope you had a good day." Blue Diamond said. "Yes, My Diamond. Thank you for allowing this." Blue Pearl said.

"You're welcome, My Pearl. But it's late, so it's bed time for us." Blue Diamond told her.
"Of course, My Diamond. I shall assist you in any way."
