Then the conversation stopped when we heard snickering in the background. 

"So new kid what type of meth or steroids are you on to be able to do that," Levi snickered. 

"Leave him alone it is none of your business," Luke snarled. Connie and Luke were now standing in front of me.

"I know you aren't a normal kid so tell me what gave you that power. If you are truly an alien then I will do you a favor and inform my father about your existence. My father works as a scientist for the government and he'll perform many experiments on you," he pestered. 

"Why should I tell you where I got my power," I replied. Connie and Luke glared at Levi with an angered expression.

"I will report you to the office for having a weapon on school grounds. If they don't find your shield or some type of drug in your locker then I will have to inform my father with further proof," he sneered.

"Where is your proof?" Luke questioned.

"I have enough proof for my father," he sneered. Then he walked to the office joyfully. The bell rang and I walked to computer science. I sweat in fear as the hour went by very slowly. About 30 minutes into the hour the teacher got a phone call.

"Mhm! I will send him to the office right away! Steven Universe you need to go to the office," he informed. I got up not realizing that this would be one of my biggest mistakes yet. I quickly ran to the bathroom across the hall and hid in the stall. I quickly reached for my phone and texted Connie about the situation. She responded to my text almost instantly.

"Steven I just got out of the class I was in. I will meet you where you are. Please don't move I see cop cars," she informed. She showed up quickly and we hid in one of the empty classrooms. I quickly texted Amethyst as we hid in the room. Then there was a quiet knocking outside our door.
