"So you are illegal aliens that have been living on our land for a while," one officer questioned. Pearl got up furiously. 

"We have been here longer than this country was here," Pearl snapped. The officers didn't look pleased.

"So what your telling me is that you are illegal and immortal beings that have been here longer than this country has," An officer repeated. I sweat nervously as the officers stared us down. 

"Yes, we are completely immortal,"  She lied.  The officers had an evil gleam in their eyes. 

"Are you guys even aware of what you have been hiding from our government for this long period of time. You must be illegal if you have been storing a power that could have saved the lives of many of our soldiers. I guess you could consider yourself to be very selfish," Levi's dad responded. 

"You don't have a clue on how selfish you are. If you were to send the gems to war you could kill many of a different countries population. Plus, you don't even get the principle of the crystal gems. The crystal gems were formed to protect Earth and it's inhabitants from other selfish gems who wanted to kill the planet. So, why would they want to harm the people they spent millennia to save," Connie claimed.

"You think we are selfish it is them who are selfish. Where were they when world war 2 was fought? They could have saved many innocent lives," Levi's dad responded.

"We are not Gods we are gems," Amethyst shouted. 

"We are still not convinced so we are going to take you to our scientist base to do experiments on you," Levi's dad said slyly. The gems formed their weapons and guarded Connie and me. 

"You said that you would go without a struggle," an officer shouted. Then one officer fire towards Garnet and it reflected off her gauntlet and landed in the chest of Levi's dad. Then I ran forward to Levi's dad and I healed his wound instantly.

"Why did you save me? You fool you and your family could be free and this is what you choose. You really are a lunatic," He shouted as I was shot by a taser gun. Suddenly pink clouds surrounded my body.
