This takes place after Made of Honor, but before Reunited

After Steven and Connie reconciled, the two of them introduced Bull to Steven's other friends and family. Bull got to meet Steven's father Greg. He was surprised to find out Steven's father was the same rock star that Bull grew up listening to. He was considering using one of Greg's songs in a future episode of Quentin Miller. Bull also met Garnet, (along with Ruby and Sapphire) Amethyst, Pearl, and Peridot. But every vacation has to come to an end at some point. And Bull's vacation was no exception. Bull said his goodbyes to Steven and his friends, and went back to Hollywood.

The cast and crew were getting ready to film the rest of season two to Quentin Miller, and Bull was ready. For the next few weeks, he filmed the next few episodes for the show. On one particular day, he was wearing his Film Noir detective clothes and had finished filming a final scene for a certain episode with Mary Elizabeth Winstead guest starring. Suddenly, one of the show's directors, Lucas Yuzna said, "Hey Bull, ya got a call from a guy named Greg Universe. He says his son Steven wants ta talk ta ya." Bull walked to Lucas and said, "oh I know who you're talking about. He's that rockstar whose songs we were gonna use. I befriended his son." Lucas nodded and said, "oh yeah, your lawyer had to talk to that Marty guy to use Mr. Universe's songs. Sheesh, what a putz that Marty guy was."

"Hey Greg, what's the good word?" Bull asked as he took the phone from Lucas. "A lot actually," said Greg, "but enough about me, Steven wants to talk to you." Bull waited and then Steven said on the phone, "Hey Bull. How are things going for you?" Bull smiled and said, "things are good. Just filming an episode for season two. We finished filming a particular episode with Mary Elizabeth Winstead. What have you been up to?" He eyed Mary and gave her a respectful nod. Mary smiled at Bull. "A lot actually," said Steven, "you remember Ruby and Sapphire?"

"Yeah, they're the literal halves of Garnet, right?" Bull asked, recalling everything. "Exactly. They become Garnet when they fuse." Steven said on the phone. "They're cute together," said Bull. "Well, several things happened, and now Ruby and Sapphire are going to get married!" Steven excitedly said on the phone. "Hey, that's great!" Bull said happily. "We were wondering if you'd like to come to the wedding?" Steven asked on the phone. Bull was surprised and asked, "Really? When's the wedding?"

"Three days from now." Steven said. "Let me talk to one of the producers," said Bull. He eyed one of the show's producers, James McAvoy, and asked, "hey James, a friend of mine is doing a wedding in three days. I was wondering if I could go to that  wedding." James shrugged and said in his naturally thick Scottish accent, "aye, I don't see any reason why not. I'll let you attend that wedding. But be back in a week. Oh, and tell the newlyweds I send my congratulations." Bull smiled and said, "Yeah, I'll be there Steven."

"Thanks Bull, I knew I could count on you." Steven said on the phone. "Alright, see you soon," said Bull as he hung up, giving the phone back to Lucas. Bull then went home and packed up for Beach City. He packed his street clothes, and a tuxedo that he wore for special occasions. This tuxedo had a blue tuxedo coat, a white collared shirt, black bowtie, black trousers, and black dress shoes and socks, these clothes specifically made for his build and stature. The next day, Bull drove back to Beach City. Meanwhile, Steven and the Crystal Gems were making arrangements for Ruby and Sapphire's wedding. Just a day ago, they had reunited with their old friend Bismuth. Suddenly, the door was knocked. "I wonder who that could be?" Steven asked as he walked to the front door. He opened the door, and saw that it was Bull outside! "Hey Steven," said Bull as he smiled at the young man. "Bull! You made it!" Steven said as he jumped up and hugged Bull. He hugged back and said, "course I did. Mind if I come in?"

"Sure you can," said Steven as he let Bull go. Bull went in and said, "hey everyone!" He shut the door behind him as everyone said hello back to Bull. "Oh, Bismuth this is my new friend Bull Dane," said Steven, "Bull, this is an old friend of The Gems, Bismuth." Bull smiled and said, "hello, nice to meet you." He shook her hand. "Nice to meet you as well big guy," said Bismuth, "I'll be Ruby and Sapphire's maid of honor." Bull nodded and said, "nice. Hey Steven, the owner of that Airbnb is back, and I can't seem to find any hotels... I was wondering if you and the Gems would be willing to let me crash here?" Steven and Pearl looked at each other, and Pearl said, "Well, I don't see any reason why not. You can stay as our guest, Bull." The dog sighed in relief, "thank you. Really helps. I'll sleep on the couch." He then carefully placed his bags near the couch and sat down next to Peridot. "Hey Mini-Me," said Bull as he gave Peri a high five. "Hello taller counterpart," said Peridot as she smiled, "it gives me pleasure to know you are here. If only Lapis were here."

"Well I hope I get to meet her someday," said Bull. Ruby and Sapphire walked to Bull, smiling. "Oh hey Ruby. Hey Sapphire," said Bull, "I talked to James McAvoy yesterday regarding your wedding, and he sends his congratulations to you two." Sapphire nodded and said, "we appreciate his kind words." Ruby rubbed her arm a little and said, "Mr. Dane, Saphy will be dressing in the role of groom, and I'll be dressed as the bride. It's normally traditional for someone to walk the bride down the aisle. Would you be willing to walk me down the aisle?" Bull was at first surprised, but then he smiled and said, "I would be honored to walk you down the aisle, Ruby." She beamed with happiness as Bull shook her hand as an indication that he promised to live by his word.
