In Pink Diamond's throne room, hundreds of bubbles with Rose Quartz gemstones float in its atmosphere, undisturbed and hibernating. During their escape, Greg and Steven rush right into room. The mechanical door shuts with a boom as soon they enter.

Steven and Greg look around, noticing the bubbles. "Who bubbled all these Gems?" They step up to a column to get a better look. "Wow. It's kinda like a birthday party in here." Steven feels tears slipping from his eyes even though he isn't sad at the moment. It can only mean one thing.

"Oh no! We gotta hide!"
"Huh?" Steven drags Greg behind the column as a giant cloaked figure enters the room. "Pearl, close the door." The figure steps into the room, making her way towards the end to kneel before her deceased loved one.

The figure takes off her cloak to reveal her face as tears slip out of her eyes just the same as Steven's. Blue Diamond looks up at the ceiling as the giant door opens once more. Yellow Diamond stands at the doorway, rolling her eyes. "Please tell me you're joking."

She joins Blue Diamond inside as her Pearl closes the door. "You only just left and you're already back?" Blue Diamond wipes her tears. "Yellow! Wh-what are you doing here?"
"I'm here to bring you back to reality, Blue."
"But I'm fine. Just leave me alone."

"It's been thousands of years, Blue, and still you can't bring yourself to destroy these Gems? She was shattered by a Rose Quartz! The entire Cut of Gems deserves the same fate!"
"But they were hers!"

As the Diamonds argue, Steven brings Greg back to the small door they came from. Steven bangs his fist on the panel, desperate to get it open. "They should be wiped out of existence not kept safe in bubbles!"
"Yellow, she made them. This is all we have left if her. These Gems, this place, the Earth."

Steven brings Greg back to column as he contemplates on the situation before him. "I thought we agreed we need to put that planet and this whole debacle behind us!" Blue Diamond turns away from her. "Why can't you just let me grieve?"

Greg pats Steven's shoulder to let him know about the giant door on the other side of the room. "YOU CAN'T KEEP COMING HERE FOREVER!"
"WHY NOT?!" Yellow Diamond sighs as she pinches her nose, gritting her teeth. She's getting really tired of putting up with her debate.

Yellow Diamond knows she can't just simply persuade her to stop. There has to be another way to get Blue Diamond back. Wait! There is one. All it takes to talk from one Diamond to another is to play a tune. "Pearl, do something. Sing for her. Make her feel better."

Yellow's Pearl jumps with a smile, excited to help her out. "Yes, my Diamond!" She clears her throat to get the other Pearl's attention. Once she gets the hint, the two start to sing a few notes to help Yellow Diamond get her song together.

Steven and Greg transition from one column to another as the song plays out before them. They watch to make sure neither of the Diamonds could see them. They would stick around to listen, but they really need to get out of there.

They travel down a flight stairs as Yellow Diamond shouts in her tune. "YES! Of course we still love her and we're always thinking of her. But now there's nothing we can do so tell me what's the use of feeling? What's the use of feeling? What's the use of feeling blue?"

The door isn't that far now. Steven and Greg keep rushing from column to column as the Pearl's sing with Yellow Diamond atop her glove. Blue Diamond glares down at the ground, wondering why exactly she's still mourning over a loss that had occurred thousands of years ago.

"Won't it be grand to get rid of it all?" The Pearl's join in with her tune.
"Rid of it all."
"Let's make a plan and attack. Stop looking and stop looking back. Oh! Yes of course we still love her and we're always thinking of her. Don't you know I miss her too?!"

Yellow Diamond pauses for a second to remember Pink Diamond. "But tell me, what's the use of feeling? What's the use of feeling? What's the use of feeling?! Hm hm hm. Hm hm hm. Hm hm hm. Steven peeks his head out of the last column right next to his door.

He faces the door as it opens. "Now's our chance!" Steven grabs Greg's hand, noticing Pearl at the doorway. He dashes towards the door...only to run right into Holly Blue and stare directly at her face. Her jaw drops. "WH-WHAT THE-!" The Diamonds immediately turn their heads to see everyone at the doorway.

Holly Blue grits her teeth before she speaks through them. "What are you doing here?!" The Gems' eyes widen as they stare at Steven and Greg. The Diamonds gape at the sight ahead of them. Steven and Greg have been caught and they couldn't be in anymore trouble right now than they could possibly concieve.

Steven grips Greg's arms and he dashes for the door. They need to escape and they need to get out of there immediately. Steven bumps into Holly Blue on the way out, causing her to grunt. She growls. "You two are coming with me!" She pulls out an electrical whip and she lashes it out at them.

Pearl summons her spear and she slices right through the whip. Holly Blue widens her eyes to the point in which they couldn't be anymore. The mission has been thrown and Pearl just confirmed to everyone what's really going on.

"A REBEL?!" Yellow Diamond growls as she steps over towards Pearl as she runs away. Blue Diamond gathers all of her energy to shout at her Agate. "Holly Blue, shatter that Pearl! DO NOT LET HER GET AWAY!" Holly Blue grimaces as she dashes off to chase Pearl down the hallway.

Ruby grabs Sapphire's hand before they also make their getaway. "We need to call the Amethyst Guards! Blue, do something! Be the leader you once were!" Blue Diamond screams out for them and all at once, within seconds, the Amethysts gather inside the room.

They gasp at the sight of Yellow Diamond standing beside their Diamond. "We have traitorous rebels inside the facility! Find them and break them!" She slams her fist down into the palm of the other hand. The Amethysts exchange grimaces for they know exactly who she's talking about.

Ignoring orders from Holly Blue is one thing but when it comes to a Diamond, especially THEIR Diamond, no one can refuse. They nod to one another. They know what they must do. They stampede out to hunt down the Gems.

Meanwhile, Holly Blue hyperventilates in the tension. She can't believe that this is really happening. Never has there ever been such an emergency of this kind of magnitude. The stakes are high and Holly Blue knows that all too well.

She's been trained for situations like this. But was she trained for big calamities or small predicaments? The facility blares out an alarm. Steven and Greg cover their ears as they make it into the lobby. Two Amethyst Guards stand at the doorway as they rush right past it without warning.

Steven points at the Roaming Eye just ahead. "THERE!" Pearl pops her head out of the small hatch and she motions them in. Amethyst stands in the center of the room, folding her arms. "Welp, the Diamonds will be after us now. It'll be just like old times, right, P!" Pearl grits her teeth as she stares out into the lobby.

They don't have much time left. "Where's Garnet?!" Holly Blue races down the hall, filled with adrenaline. She just saw two Diamonds. Not one, but two. Seeing Yellow Diamond made her feel...strong and energetic.
She smiles for she is determined to please them both.

This is her chance! Her chance to prove to the Diamonds that she can be of much greater use. Not only that, but she can also get this place back in Homeworld's name. The place, even though it's remote, can finally be remembered once more just like it was during the era of Pink Diamond.

It can all come back again! She reaches the lobby, noticing Ruby and Sapphire entering the Roaming Eye. She doesn't bother scolding the Amethysts like she usually does. There's no time for that right now! She rushes down the staircase as the hatch closes. No!

The engine of The Roaming Eye roars as it starts up the contraption. If that thing escapes with them on it, there's no telling what's going to happen next. And because Holly Blue no longer has her clarity with her, she can't get anymore information on the future.

She looks around in a frenzy until she eyes a panel not far ahead. If she reaches it, she can close the gate and she can stop the rebels. She will be a hero and a role model to Homeworld. She will finally be respected and appreciated among all Gems. All she has to do is press her hand against the panel.

She darts towards it as The Roaming Eye hovers off the ground. The Gems inside the Roaming Eye grimace as they spot Holly Blue head for the controls of their final obstacle. "We need to turn on the gravity engine! It's  the only chance we got that's left!"

Steven slams a hand onto the panel with a grunt. At the same time, Holly Blue slams her own hand on her panel. She watches the gate close with a smug grin attached to her face. Yes! Those traitors won't be able to get away now!

"Brace yourselves!" Steven and Greg embrace each other as the ship flies right out of the zoo from a space just big enough for the ship to pass through. The Gems got away just in time. The Roaming Eye flies through space as it makes its way towards Earth.
