In 3012, animal hybrids rule the earth. The humans have become tiny and don't live in peace with them, so they are put in pet shops for animal hybrids to adopt. Even though they don't treat humans as equals, they still give them things to survive. There are tiny shops and tiny buses on top of regular buses. The humans live in fear of the Neko tribe in particular. They are the ones that treat the humans like mice and that has earned them a reputation among all humans, but not all Nekos are like this....
