The Malhotras arrived and were greeted by Murthys, Bose' and Desmukhs. It had been decided that Roka will be a private affair so only the family members were present there. Anjali's brother and his family were also there. As soon as Navya saw him he jumped on him.

Navya: Mamu! I missed you so much!

Mamu: I missed you too doll.

Lady:Sirf apne Mamu ko miss kia hame nahin?

Navya: Are nahin mami aapko to bahut miss kia aur aapke haat ke biryani ko bhi.

Voices: Aur hame?

Navya hugged the two persons.

Navya: Aapko bhi bhaiya bhabi. (She looked at a small girl standing there with an angry pout) Are meri princess gussa kyun hai? Maine to apne princess ko kitnaaaaa miss kia.

Girl: Par Nannu bua ne miss nahin kia. Wo to mujhse mili bhi nahin hai jabse main ayi hun.

Navya: Are ye kya baat hui. Chalo ham unse milte hain aur unhe dher saari punishment bhi denge ok.

Shubham: Mwn bhi aalunga.( Main bhi aunga).

Navya carried the girl and and Abhi carried Shubham and they went upstairs to meet Nandu. Here all greeted each other and talked for some time.

Deepak Shergill

Anjali's brother. Owner of Shergill enterprises. A very caring person. Loves all the kids like his own children. Loves Nandu the most.

Mahima Shergill

A sweet lady. Loves her family a lot. Loves to cook for all her children. Is a housewife.

Vishal Shergill

A handsome man and son of Deepak and Mahima. Loves his family and all his siblings a lot. Nandu is his princess. A small scratch on her and you will see his ruthless face. Ceo of Shergill enterprise.

They all were settled and pandit ji arrived.

Neyo: Anjali. Ab Nandu ko bula lein?

Anjali: Haan han. Saanchi jao Nandu ko bula lao. Navya aur Abhi bhi wahin hai.

Navya and Abhi came downstairs with the children. Manik looked at the stairs and his breath stuck. There came Nandu looking no less than a Rajwadi Rajkumari. How much Manik wanted to hug her now. She came down and hugged everyone. She touched the feet of the elders and took their blessings. When she came in front of Karan and Akshara she bent down but was stopped by Akshara who just hugged her.

Akshara: I missed you so much Nandini.

Nandu: I missed you too mam.

Akshara: Are kitni baar kaha haimujhe mam mat bulao. Aur ab to tum mujhe Bua hi bulao Manik ki tarah.

Nandu smiled but others were shocked. Adding more to their shock Akshit just jumped on her from behind.

Akshit: Di! I missed you!

Nandu: I missed you too Aksh.

Coming out of shock Cabir asked.

Cabir: Veera? Tu Bauaji aur unki family ko jaanti hai?

Nandu: Haan Veer bhai. Maine inhike hospital mein hi toh house surgeonship ki hai. Aur us dauran mein Mehra house mein hi rehti thi. Aur Aksh to mera student hai.

Dhruv: Student?

Akshit: Haan. Psycho main ye meri mentor. Main inke under Vaada hospital NYC mein kaam karta tha aur inhike saath rehta tha.

All: Oh.

Neyo: Thik hai phir. Samaye beeta jaa raha hai. Pandit ji bhi aa gaye hain. Puja shuru karte hain.

( Guys I am not a punjabi and not at all experienced. So I dont know anything about these rituals. Shadi ke time mein rituals likhdungi research karke. Bas abhi ke liye yeh roka and all akip kar rahi hun sorry. Hope you all dont have any problem.)

The puja and all the rituals got complete and pandit ji left taking dakshina.

Raj: Chalo bhai Viren. Aapki beti to ab hamari hui.

Viren: Haan haan to aapka beta bhi ab hamara hua.

Sharda: Kahatha na maine Shaila. Teri potiyan meri hogi. Ab teri dono potiyon ko main le gayi haan.

Shaila: Haan haan to tere donon poton ko bhi to main le gayi. Aur haan jyada zubaan chalayi na to tere poton ko ghar jamai bana lungi haan.

All laughed at their friendly bickering. Then they decide to have lunch.

Lunch setup

They all enjoyed the lunch with the usual leg-pullings of the couple of the day. Then the Malhotras decide to leave as the Engagement party was in Malhotras beach house. So they had to do a lot of preparations.
Manik came near Nandu with an excuse to talk to Shubham and Harsha who were standing near her and wishpered in her ear.

Manik: Be ready to be the official fiancee of Manik Malhotra, Ms Nandini Murthy. Kal ke baad you will be mine forever.

Nandu blushed to the deepest shade of red and Manik left with a blushy smile.
