So today the girls gang have gone for shopping. Offcourse clothes for roka and engagement.
Currently all were in the exclusive collection area of Mukalya Fashion House. Aliya and Mukti had ordered that area to be closed for outsiders when they were there. They had appointed employees to show them around and help them select their outfits. All were busy when Aliya spoke,

Aliya: Guys you all continue with your shopping and Shanaya, Lauren and Payal will show you around for jwelleries and all. Nandu you come with me. Neyo Maa ne kuch sets choose kiya hai tumhare liye as Roka ki outfit ladkewalon ki taraf se gift hoti hai. So she has asked that you should see them and choose one for yourself.

Nandu: Ok

And they went from there to a private area where there were a few cabins and at the end of the passage there was a door on which it was written-'ALIYA SAXENA VEDANT, CO-CEO and Chief Designer'. They entered into Aliya's cabin and saw Aliya's PA Soumya already there with four lehenga sets with jwellery for Nandu to choose.

They both went through all the pieces and chose Nandu's lehenga and all jwellery and Nandu went to try them and give instructions for fittings.
When Nandu had gone for trial Aliya was sitting in her cabin looking at some pending work when a phone rang. Aliya looked around hearing a different ringtone and found that it was Nandu's phone. She looked at the caller ID to see Manik and smirked. She picked it up

Manik: Hello Nandini kahan ho tum?

Aliya: Hello to you too Manik.

Manik: Aliya? Tum? Par ye to Nandini ka number haina?

Aliya: Offcourse ye Nandu ka hi number hai. Wo kya haina Nandu dress try karne gayi hai.

Manik: Try karne gayi hai matlab? Tum logon ki shopping khatam nahin hui kya abhi tak?

Aliya: Kyun? Tumhe use date pe leke jana hai?

Manik: Alu.

Aliya: Haan han bolo bolo?

Manik: Aisa kuch nahin hai Alu wo to bas Mom ne kaha hai.... tu use phone dena.

Aliya: Are bolana wo trial room mein hai.

Manik: Oh

Just then Nandu entered the cabin saying,

Nandu: Aliya the dresses are just perfect.

Manik who heard it had a wide smile coming up on his face.

Manik: Lo aagayi ab de use phone.

Aliya: Thik hai de rahin hoon. (Forwarding the phone to Nandu) Lo tumhare sawariya ji bade betaab ho rahe hain tumse baat karne ke lie.

Nandu blushed hearing her words and took the phone.

Nandu: Hello

Manik: Hello Nandu. Tumhari shopping ho gayi kya?

Nandu: Haan bas hogayi. Kyun?

Manik: Wo actually Mom ne aaj hum dono ko jake ring select karne ko kaha hai. To tum abhi free ho?

Nandu: Haan.

Manik: Ok then tum wahin ruko main aata hun tumhe pick karne.

Nandu: Ok.

And she cut the call.

Aliya: Kya bola?

Nandu: Wo aa raha hai mujhe pick karne. Wo ring select karne jaana hai.

Aliya: Ok. Tab tak chalon ham baakiyon ko dekhte hain unka khatam hua ki nahin.

They went back to where others had almost selected their outfits and jwellery. After some time a guard came in to inform that Manik was waiting outside for Nandini. She bid bye to others and proceeded towards the VIP parking to see Manik leaning on the car door checking something on his phone. Nandu just couldnt stop ogling at how hot he looked in the formals.

Manik feeling an intense gaze on him looked up to see Nandu and seeing her lost he smirked.

Manik: Like what you see?

Nandu came out of her trance hearing this and looked here and there blushing. Trying to hide her blush which had already been noticed by Manik who just smirked more, she said

Nandu: Umm....ummm...chalein?

Manik: Ya sure.

He opened the passenger seat's door for Nandu and then sat on the driver's seat and drove towards the jwellery store.

In the car..

Nandu was looking outside avoiding eyecontact with Manik because of what happened just now. Seeing this Manik decided to start the convo

Manik: Waise Nandini, tumne bataya nahin ki jo tumne dekha wo tumhe kaisa laga?

Nandu:( blushing) Maine kya dekha?

Manik: Are tumhe yaad nahin? Ruko batata hun.( he leaned towards her ear and wishpered making goosebumps arise in Nandu) Tum apni hone wale fiancee ko ghur rahi thi.

Nandu blushed like hell hearing this. Manik saw this and smiled at how beautiful she looked when she blushed.

Nandu: Ma...main ghu...ghur nah..nahin rahi thi.

Manik: Acha thik hai par ye to bata do ki main tumhe kaisa lagta hun?

Nandu: Tum..tum ache lagte ho.

Manik: Sirf acha? ( pouting) Aur koi taarif nahin karogi?

Nandu: ( smiling at his pouting face) Ummm...you are veryyyyy cute.( she pinched his cheek giggling while he made a bad face)

Manik: Yaar Nandu, dont call me cute.

Nandu: Kyun? Ab itne cute ho to main kyun na bulaun tumhe cute?

Manik: Kyunki I am a boy Nandu. Call me hot, handsome, sexy but not cute.

Nandu: Haww. Kisne kaha boys cute nahin ho sakte? Tum ho na itne cute.

Manik: Nandu( glaring at her)

Nandu: Hmph(making an angry pout) Monster.

Manik: Monster?

Nandu: Haan haan monster.

Manik: Acha to main monster? Sab mujhe ab monster bulaen?

Nandu: Are sab nahin. Sirf main. Tum sirf mere ho.Mere cute monster.

Manik: Ok sirf tumhara hi hoon main ab to.

And Nandu realised what she said and blushed. She looked at Manik to see his reactions but only saw a serene smile on his face and she too smiled.

Nandu: Manik. Ek baat puchun?

Manik: Hmm.

Nandu: Tumne mujhe select kyun kiya?

Manik: Huh?

Nandu: Matlab tumne mujhse shadi ke liye haan kyun kaha? Aisa kya dekha tumne mujhmen? I mean meine tumhe har baar itna insult kiya. Tumpe trust karne se inkaar kiya. Phir bhi tumne mujhe chance diya? Kyun?

Manik had by now stopped the car and turned towards Nandu to see her looking at him with an expectant look. He sighed and said.

Manik: Sunna chahti ho ki maine tumme kya dekha?( Nandu nodded) Main tumme ek beautiful girl dekha. Iss duniya ki sabse sundar ladki. Bahar se bhi aur dil se bhi. Nandu tumne har baar meri insult nahin ki. Tumne to sirf mujhe aina dikhaya. Tumne hamesha mujhse sach kaha aur jo main hun wo mujhe muh par bataya naki mere piche jo ki shayad iss duniya mein bahut hi kam log honge jo kar payenge. Aur sabse important baat kya hai pata hai? Tum iss duniya ki sabse strong ladki ho. Main ye to nahin jaanta ki tumhara past kya hai, tumhara gham kya hai. Par jis tarah tum usse sabse chupake ek strong aur happy face sabke saamne rakhti ho na waisa koi nahin kar sakta. Main bhi nahin. Maine tumhare aankhon mein uss dard ko dekha hai Nandu. Yeh to nahin jaanta ki wo kis baat ka dard hai. Par yeh jaroor jaanta hun ki jitna dard hai na woh kisiko bhi weak bana sakta hai. Par tum weak nahin ho Nandu. Tum strong ho. Sabse strong. Aur yahi mujhe tumhari or khinchta hai.

Nandu was just looking at him as to how much he understood her. Unknown to her some tears fell from her eyes which were wiped by Manik who now cupped her face and looking straight into her eyes said,

Manik: Aur maine tumhe kahan chance diya Nandu? Infact, tumne mujhe chance diya. Tumne kaha tha ki tum kisi pe trust nahin kar sakti par tumne mujhe wo chance diya tumhara trust jeetne ka. Bolo kyun diya mujhe chance?

Nandu: (smiling) Issi wajah se.

Manik: huh?

Nandu: Is wajah se ki tum mujhe itna jyada samajh lete ho. Mere kahe bina hi meri aankhein padh lete ho. Yahi to mujhe chahiye Manik. Pata hai Manik, main na kisiko apni feelings bata hi nahi pati. Bhai, Bhaiyu, Navu aur Abhi ko chhod kar aisa koi nahin tha jo mujhe samajh sake. Par jitna tum mujhe samajhte ho na utna shayad aaj tak mujhe kisine nahin samjha. Mujhe yahi chahiye Manik. Yahi tassali ki koi hai jo meri ankahi baatein sun sakta hai. Jisse main kuch expect kar sakti hun. To bolo, agar mujhe aisa koi mila hai to main use ek chance kaise na doon? (She looked down) Aur main to tadap rahi hoon Manik kisipe trust karne ke liye. Koi aisa jo sirf mera ho. Sirf mera.

Her last words came out as a wishper as more tears fell down her eyes. Manik's heart broke to see her crying as it was the first time he was seeing her like this. He quickly wiped her tears and took her in a hug. Both felt some unknown feeling in each others arms. It was there first hug and both could feel the spark between them. He broke the hug and cupped her face,

Manik: I promise Nandu. I am always there for you. (With a mischeivous smile) Aur abhi to tumne itne shaan se elaan kiya ki mai sirf tumhara hun to fir darr kis baat ki?

Nandu blushed hearing this seeing which Manik sighed with relief seeing her back to normal.

Manik: Chalo chalo. Sharmana band karo aur chalo rings select karne. Warna fir dukan band ho jayega aur Mom mera band baja degi.

Nandu: Haan to tumne gadi rok rakhi hai. Main kya karoon.

Manik: ( sarcastically) How intelligent Nandu! Jara bahar dekho. Ham jwellery shop ke parking lot mein hi hai.

Nandu looked around and realise that they were already there. In order to escape from further teasing she quickly got out the car and started walking towards the gate. Seeing this Manik too got out hurriedly locked the car and ran behind.

Manik: Are are Nandu. Ruko to sahi. Are ..

Thay went inside and selected the rings.

Then Manik dropped Nandu at Murthy Mansion and went back home.
Both the souls were at peace today. Eager to start their journey together. To know each other and trust each other. And unknown to themselves, they were longing to love each other.
