Recap:

Mr. Kim: Good! Now I'll get going. Your mom must be waiting for me. Bye, everyone! I'll see you all in the evening.

He got up and hurriedly went out. Once he was out Jungkook turned to me.

Jungkook: Are you crazy?! Don't ever try to argue with him!

Y/N: But I was just—

Jungkook: Or he'll punish you. And his punishments are crazy.

Y/N: Huh?

RM: He doesn't like getting disrespected. Arguing with him means disrespect. So I would suggest you not do it again.

Suga: Yeah, whatever you heard about him from DK is probably right. So be smart and stay away from dad as much as possible.

Y/N: Ok.

I can't stay here anymore. My heart felt so heavy. I was hurt, angry, scared and lost. They keep talking about killing me like I mean nothing to them. 

They are monsters.

I need to get away from them. 

I glanced at them for the last time before running to my room. Once I reached my room, I slammed my door shut, and started pacing back and forth.

What was I thinking? I thought they loved me. I thought I was their family. But I was so wrong. I'm nothing to them. They can kill me at any time. 

I need to be careful around them. I'm glad I told them about the flip-flop phone and DK's plan. Hopefully, it makes them trust me enough to not kill me for now. 

Damn! I don't wanna die young!

I need to get out of here. I need a plan. First, I need to find Kai and then I need to run away from here with mom. But how do I find Kai?

A sudden knock on my door made me flinch. I stood still worried. Who is knocking on my door and why? 

Y/N: Yes?

??: Princess, It's me, Jin. 

A gentle voice came from another side. 

My heartbeat quickened. His duality really scares me. One moment he is an all-loving caring big brother and in the next moment, he talks about killing me. 

Y/N: ...

I stood still as I stared at the closed door with fear. 

Y/N: Um... why are you here?

Jin: You forgot this card on the table. 

Y/N: I don't want it. 

Jin: Y/N, open the door. 

He said softly. 

Y/N: So you can kill me?! Hell no! 

Silence. I didn't hear anything from another side. After a few seconds, I quietly walk to the door and put my ear on it to listen. But I heard nothing. I let out a loud breath.

Thank god, He's gone. 

Jin: I'm sorry. 

My muscles tense hearing his voice. I thought he went away. He opens the door revealing himself, causing me to take several steps back. 

Jin: I'm sorry, Y/N. 

I stayed quiet and kept looking at him carefully. Waiting for him to take out his weapon to kill me. 

Jin: I really am.

He said entering the room.

"I can't believe I used to call you "my saviour." But you are just a two-faced monster who acts all caring one second and the next second stabs a knife in a heart. I can't trust you. I can never trust you! "

That's what I wanted to say but I knew it was not a wise choice. 

Y/N: L-Leave.

He looked hurt by my word. But instead of leaving, he took a few steps toward me, but when he saw me take big several steps back, he stopped. 

Jin: Please don't be scared. I'm not here to hurt you. I'm just here to give you this. 

He showed me a credit card and put it on my dresser. He turned to leave but stops in his track and turns to look at me. 

Jin:  In our industry, there are many spies, who want to destroy us. We have to be careful of everyone if we want to survive... 

Where is this going?

Jin: You looked suspicious yesterday. We knew something was up with you but when we found you with undercover cops —our enemy— we couldn't believe our eyes. We felt betrayed. We assumed you were working with them to take us down. That's why we acted the way we did...  We are sorry.

He looks at me with hopeful desperate eyes. 

It made my blood boil. Does he want to justify his action with this dumb explanation?!

Jin: It was a genuine misunderstanding. I hope you understand. We were just trying to protect this family.

Y/N: Protect this family.

I rolled my eyes and scoffed before looking back at him in the eyes. 

Y/N: I guess I'm not your family then because you seemed eager to kill me earlier. 

Jin: Y/N, it's not true. You are family too—

Y/N: You know I could never hurt you guys let alone think about killing you, no matter what you do. Because I love you all. But it seemed like you guys have no problem killing me. 

By the end, my voice shook a little. It always happens when I'm really upset and on verge of crying. But I'm not going to cry because they don't deserve my tears. 

Out of the blue, Jimin and Jungkook appear in the doorway. 

Jungkook: We love you too, Y/N. 

He announced as he enters my room. 

Jin and I both looked at them with sudden shock. 

Jin: What are you doing here?!

Jimin: Sorry about eavesdropping. We just wanted to check if she was alright. 

Jin looked at them with annoyance. 

Jin: I told you to wait downstairs! 

They ignored Jin and walked toward me. 

Y/N: Just stay there!

They stopped in their tracks. Hurt was visible on their faces. 

Jimin: Y/N, we could never kill you. You are our sister. We love you. We were just pretending earlier to get the truth out of you. 

I looked at him like I don't believe him. 

Jin: He's telling the truth, Y/N. 

Yeah right! 

Y/N: So were you also acting when you said you haven't kidnapped Kai? 

Jimin: No. And why do you keep bringing Kai into every convesation? We were telling the truth. We have not kidnapped him. 

Jimin answered in annoyance. 

Y/N: How do I know if you are not lying right now?

Jimin glared at me for calling him a liar. 

Jin: I guess you don't believe us but that's the truth, princess. 

He then looked at two maknaes. 

Jin: Let's go guys. She needs space. 

With that, he exited my room. 

Jimin: I'm not lying!

With that, he also marched out of my room.  Once he was out, I sat on my bed. Face covered with hands. I was getting worried for Kai. 

Jungkook: It's not us, Y/N. Trust me.

He said calmly. 

Y/N: Then where is he? Why did he disappear after talking to me?!

I was about to have a breakdown when I realize Jungkook can help me find him. So I went and grabbed his hands. 

Y/N: Please help me find him. I'll promise I won't talk to him ever again. Just help me find him this once. 

Jungkook: Y/N, you know what dad said. 

Y/N: If anything happened to him because of me then I won't be able to survive...

I looked at him with desperation because he was my last source. 

Y/N: Please...

His eyes soften. 

Jungkook: I wish I could help you but I can't go against dad. I'm sorry. 

All my hope shattered. I left his hands and stared at him with disappointment. 

Y/N: Fine! Just go!

Jungkook: Y/N, don't be like that.

Y/N: Go!

I screamed. 

Jungkook: Y/N, don't scream at me like that.

He warned me with an authoritative tone. 

Y/N: Or what? Are you gonna kill me for "disrespecting" you?!

He looked offended by my words. 

Jungkook: What?! No! I would never! And You know that! Then why would you say something like that?

I knew he wouldn't kill me maybe that's why I was getting so comfortable expressing my emotion in front of him. But I still should be careful because you never know. 

Y/N: Just leave me alone. I really need some time to myself. 

I said calmly and went to my separate washroom. After a few seconds, I heard footsteps going outside and then heard the click of a door shutting. 

In evening

The rest of the hours I spend brainstorming a list of who could have kidnapped Kai. And I have reached some conclusions. 

1. BTS: There is a 10% chance that it was done by BTS or dad. Even though I do trust Jungkook, I still have small suspicion about them. Because at the end of the day I still don't know them. 

But if it's not them then—

2. Gangs: 50% chance that it's Gangs who are keeping their eyes on me and they somehow found Kai or his uncle snooping around.

Now the question is how do I find those gangs?

3. My stalker: 40% chance that it is BamBam. Even though Kai did say BamBam has disappeared and my brothers are behind it but we don't know that for sure. It might be BamBam if he's crazy like those psycho stalkers from movies. 

I guess I can start looking for BamBam first. Since Mr. Kim got restraining orders against him, it means he and BTS must know BamBam's contact info. Maybe I could start from there. 

I stood up with ambition and went to Jungkook's room. I knock on his door and Jungkook immediately opened it. He looked surprised to see me here. 

Jungkook: Do you need something?

Y/N: May I come in?

Jungkook: Of course!

Y/N: Um... I need BamBam's contact information. 

Jungkook's eye narrowed at me. 

Jungkook: Why do you want his contact information?

Y/N: If I tell you the reasons then you won't help me. 

He crossed his arms. 

Jungkook: Well I can't help you if you don't tell me the reason. 

I rolled my eyes. 

Y/N: Okay! So I think BamBam is behind Kai's disappearance. 

Jungkook: What?!

He looked taken aback by my discovery. 

Y/N: So now will you give me his info?

He waited a few seconds before answering me. 

Jungkook: Well it's not him.

Y/N: How do you know? 

Jungkook shrugged and answered. 

Jungkook: He didn't seem like that type. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't have the resources to kidnap someone. 

I walked up to him and looked him in eyes. 

Y/N: I'm gonna ask you one last time because in this house I only trust you. Did you guys kidnap Kai? Please tell me the truth. 

His demeanour changed to gentle. 

Jungkook: It's not us. We have nothing to do with his kidnapping. 

I kept looking at him with skepticism so he grabbed my hand to reassure me. 

JK: You can trust me. I will never break your trust, Y/N.

I smiled and nodded. 

Y/N: So can you give me BamBam's info?

He frowned and went back to crossing his arms over his chest. 

JK: I told you it's not him.

Y/N: But you don't know that for sure!

I argued.

JK: Well, I think you should stay away from this matter because if dad finds out that you are still looking for ways to help Kai, then he will be angry at you. And I don't want that. 

He turned me around, put his hands on my shoulders and he started pushing me toward the exit. 

JK: So please forget about Kai and move on with your life. 

I freed myself from him and look back at him. 

Y/N: His life is in danger and you want me to move on with my life?! 

He shrugged and replied in an unbothered tone. 

JK: As long as you are safe I don't care. Now go and do your homework, and let me do mine.  

Y/N: Fine!

I left his room to go to mine.
