[ — SONG YUQI ]

AFTER CLASSES ENDED, I went to a nearby grocery shop with Lucas. Hindi siya nagbibiro sa sinabi niya kahapon. Iniwan niya na ang kaniyang saklay dahil medyo nakakalakad na raw siya ngayon.

"Kaya mo ba talaga? Gusto mo kumuha ako ng push cart tapos sakay ka doon." sabi ko sa kaniya pero pinisil niya lang ang pisngi ko.

"Joker ka pala." sabi niya at kinuha sa akin ang grocery basket. That wasn't a joke?

Umikot na kami at kumuha ng kung ano-anong snacks. We were like kids inside the store. An old-aged woman scolded us for being noisy. I said sorry while Lucas on the other side just laughed it off.

"Close ka pala kay Yugyeom?" tanong ni Lucas habang namimili ng drink sa beverage area. Tumango naman ako at kumuha ng chocolate milk. "Yup! I met him from a close friend. He's an amazing dancer." sabi ko at ngumiti. Yugyeom graduated from Radcliffe and he was once part of a dance team. Isa si Yugyeom sa pinakakilalang member ng grupong iyon.

"The whole team idolizes Yugyeom a lot." sabi ni Lucas. "Magpapakilala ako sa big bro mo kapag nagkita kami." dagdag niya at kumindat. Tumawa ako at nagpatuloy kami sa pag-iikot.

"Nakuha mo na ba lahat ng gusto mo?" tanong ni Lucas sa akin. "Just this chocolate drink" I answered and smiled. "Ikaw ba?"

Umiling si Lucas. "Yung gusto ko hindi ko pa nakukuha."

"Then get it now." I said, chuckling lightly right after.

Lucas gave me an intent gaze. "Can I?"

It went quiet for moment. We were only looking at each other's eyes. I suddenly had a weird feeling on my chest. What is this?

Sasagot na sana ako nang may tumawag sa pangalan ni Lucas.

"Lucas!" a girl that looked like the same age as us ran to where we were. I was surprised when she suddenly gave Lucas a hug. "I missed you." she said, happiness is written all over her face.

I felt awkward. The two of them looked great together. Mukha akong thirdwheel dito.

I didn't know Lucas has a girlfriend.
