Five Years Later

Taehyung stared at his reflection anxiously and deeply inhaled, trying to calm himself down.

"Calm your tits down, Tae. You don't want to look sweaty and haggard in front of your future husband, do you?" Jin said and massaged the younger's shoulders.

You've heard that right, future husband.

Taehyung never thought they'll end up together. Five years ago, the now black-haired male wasted a bucket of tears because of Jeongguk. He thought that maybe he didn't predicted the future after all and that it was just a coincidence. He thought that Jeongguk will end up marrying Jiyeon instead of him. But no, it's him.

Although, the dream wasn't accurate, some parts did happened. Like when Jeongguk witnessed Jiyeon and Jisung making out and when Jeongguk confessed his love to the elder.

"I can't believe it... You're actually getting married. I'm so happy for you, Taebear." Jimin said, wiping his genuine tears.

"H-hey! No crying in front of me! I don't wanna cry yet. My makeup will be ruined." Taehyung said and hugged his best friend tightly.

Jimin's hair was now black like Taehyung's.

"Keila, baby, stop running or else you won't have energy to throw flowers later. Come here." Areum said with a soft smile.

Keila obliged and went towards the girl who immediately retouched the younger's make up.

"Taetae! You look so good." The little girl who's now ten years old said with a cute grin.

"Oh, thank you Keibear, you look so pretty in that purple dress!" Taehyung said with a smile.

"Jimin, why the fuck are you still crying? Have mercy on your makeup." Jiyeon said and handed the boy a tissue to wipe his tears.

Sok Jiyeon realised that she's being immature and a bitch after a year of Taehyung and Jeongguk's relationship. She apologized for her bad behavior towards them (the group of friends and other people that she fought.) and promised to be nicer and a better version of herself. And she did, she changed for good and is now their friend.

"Well duh, I've been best friends with Taehyung since diapers and now he's married. What if Taehyung won't have time for me when he's married with Jeongguk anymore?" Jimin pouted.

Taehyung laughed, "Of course not, Chim. I'll always have time for all of you." He said.

"Taehyungie, why are you sweating so much?" Jin asked, wiping the aforementioned male's sweat off.

"I'm so nervous, Hyung. What if this goes wrong? Wait-- what if this is still a dream?" Taehyung said and pinched his arm, "OH F--REAKING SHI--Z, DEFINITELY NOT A DREAM." Taehyung said and blowed his stinging arm. Unable to spit profanities since there's small flower girls in the room.

"Why'd you pinch it so hard, you dummy?" Jin clicked his tongue.

Taehyung laughed at his stupidity and let out a relieved sigh.

"I can't believe that I'm getting married."

"Yoongi Hyung! Where the heck is my tie?" Jeonggum said, frantically roaming his eyes around the hotel room.

"Jeongguk! Are you blind? You're holding your tie right now!" Hoseok laughed while pointing at the younger's hands.

"Oh..." Jeongguk muttered and chuckled at himself.

"Calm down, bro. He'll say yes and this will turn out as planned." Minjae said, patting the boy's shoulder.

Jeongguk exhaled deeply and nodded his head.

"Soobin, who's your partner again?" Minjae asked the eleven year old boy.

"Your sister, Hyung. Why?" The boy asked, tying his shoelace. Minjae laughed, "Nothing, please hold her hand when you're going to walk in the aisle, okay? So she won't be nervous." Minjae said and the boy nodded, "Keila has a crush on him, I'm so excited to see her and Areum." Minjae whispered in Jeongguk's ear.

Jeongguk laughed and Minjae left to check up on his princesses.

"So? When are we going to marry?" Yoongi winked at his lover. Hoseok blushed, "Ask Jimin." He said. The three of them is in a poly relationship for four and a half years now.

Jeongguk dusted the non-existent dust on his black tuxedo and inhaled deeply, excited to see Taehyung in a white tuxedo and a veil covering his face. But what he's most excited for is their exchanging of rings, vows, 'I do's, and kissing Taehyung as his newlywed husband.

Jeongguk can feel his heart beating rapidly as he looked at the time. They need to make their to the venue right now.

I can't believe that this is real. I'm really getting married.

The priest walked down the aisle first, followed by the excited yet nervous Jeongguk with Taehyung's and his own mother.

"I'm so happy, for the both of you." Taehyung's mother said and offered him a smile. Jeongguk smiled back and nodded his head.

Oh fuck, I'm so nervous-- wait I'm in a church, I'm not supposed to cuss... Shit-- No stop!

Jeongguk blinked, internally scolding himself.

The people who are invited, smiled at him while some clapped their hands after seeing him. He looked so ethereal walking down the aisle.

The raven head escorted both of the women to their respective seats before taking his place.

The instrumental of the song "Euphoria" can be heard in the background (You can listen to Euphoria on repeat while listening to this for more feels.)

The bridesmaids and their groomsmen walked down the aisle, the girls walked on the left side. There are six pairs of them and followed by Namjoon and Jin, Jimin, Hoseok and Yoongi, and the maid of honor (Areum) and the best man (Minjae).

The female's gowns are colored purple because that's Taehyung's favorite color while the males wore black tuxedos.

The ring bearer walked down the aisle next, both hands holding a pillow with their rings above it.

The flower girls followed, throwing pretty different kinds of petals gently as to not hit any guests.

Keila grinned when Soobin held her waist as she threw petals, slightly blushing.

After the aisle is decorated with flowers the guest excitedly waited for Taehyung.

The large wooden door of the church slowly opened revealing Taehyung who's wearing a white tuxedo, a bouquet of nicely arranged flowers and a white translucent veil.

The seven males (BTS) teared up while Taehyung slowly walked towards Jeongguk who bit his lips, trying to contain his tear.

Taehyung grinned, happy tears falling softly down his face. His heart beating rapidly, out of breath after seeing his soon to be husband.

Jin's wiped his tears and looked at the male proudly.

Taehyung was escorted by Jeongguk as they make their way in front of the officiant.

"Hi, love. You look so beautiful." Jeongguk said with a smile, wiping the elder's tears gently.

"H-hi, Ggu. You look so good as always." Taehyung sniffled and tightened his linked arms with Jeongguk.

"To all present I say: We are gathered here, not to witness the beginning of what will be, but rather what already is! We do not create this marriage, because marriage is created in the hearts of two loving people. We can and do, however, gather to celebrate with Jeon Jeongguk and Kim Taehyung the wondrous and joyful occurrence that has already taken place in their lives, and the commitment they make today." The priest said.

Taehyung and Jeongguk smiled at each other, eyes holding so much love and admiration.

"Love should have no other desire but to fulfill itself. But if your love and needs must have desires, let these be your desires: To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night. To know the pain of too much tenderness. To be wounded by your own understanding of love and the compassion that love brings. To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving; To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ecstasy; To return home at eventide with gratitude and loving embrace; Then to sleep with a vision of the beloved in your heart and a song of love in your dreams.

Jeongguk and Taehyung, remember to treat yourselves and each other with respect, and remind yourselves often of what brought you together. Take responsibility for making the other feel safe, and give the highest priority to the tenderness, gentleness and kindness that your connection deserves. When frustration, difficulty and fear assail your relationship, as they threaten all relationships at some time or another, remember to focus on what is right between you, and not just the part that seems wrong. In this way, you can survive the times when clouds drift across the face of the sun in your lives, remembering that, just because you may lose sight of it for a moment, that does not mean the sun has gone away, forever. If each of you takes responsibility for the quality of your life together and compassion for the needs of the other, your life together will be marked by abundance and delight.

May you always need one another; not to fill an emptiness, but to help each other know your fullness. May you want one another; not out of lack, but to feel the warmth of their touch. May you embrace one another; not to encircle one another, but to give comfort. May you succeed in all important ways with each other, and not fail in the little graces. May you have happiness, and may you find it in making one another happy. May you have love, and always find love, in the pursuit of loving one another." The priest said.

After that, the officiant gave them the cue to share each other's vow starting with Jeongguk.

"Hi, love... You look so beautiful in white. I'm so happy to have you in my life. You're the best thing that happened to me. I've never thought that I'll fall in love with my best friend until the time that my heart beats faster whenever you're around and whenever you do silly and small random act. Although I've done a lot of hurtful things towards you in the past, you're still there to love me and stay with me as always. I promise to always be there for you, to shelter and hold your love as the most precious gift in my life. I will be truthful and honor you, as I embrace as the most important part of my life. I will care for you always and stand by you in times of sorrow and joy, forever nurturing the love I feel for you.I give you this ring, a symbol of my love, as I give to you, all that I am, and accept from you, all that you are." Jeongguk said sincerely before putting a silver ring on Taehyung's ring finger.

Taehyung smiled before saying his vow, "I don't know if this is still a dream or not. If this is a dream then I'll never want to wake up ever again. I love you with all my heart. I love more than anything in this world. Your mere smile can light up my mood whenever I experience a stressful day. Although sometimes you still trick me to believe men's have periods, I still love you. I Kim Taehyung, take you Jeon Jeongguk to be my husband, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our union and love you more each day than I did the day before. I will trust you and respect you, laugh with you and cry with you, loving you faithfully through good times and bad, regardless of the obstacles we may face together. I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live. This ring is a token of my love. I marry you with this ring, with all that I have and all that I am."
Taehyung said, putting a ring on Jeongguk's finger.

"I hereby pronounce you husband and husband. You may kiss your groom." The officiant announced earning numerous of excited screams from the guest.

Taehyung and Jeongguk sealed their lips together.

"THAT'S MY SHIP RIGHT THERE!" Jimin yelled while tears streamed down his cheeks. They laughed and shushed the male.

"I love you, Jeon Jeongguk."

"I love you, Jeon Taehyung."

They won each other's heart and last name step by step. Hardships and conflicts are common but they know everything will be alright as long as they're inside each other's warm embrace.

The next step is to build a family and live a life that feels like a dream, a fantasy, fairy tale that Taehyung and Jeongguk made.

This is reality and they're each other's fantasy. Step by step, they'll live their life happily.
