"Sam! Look out!" Alex calls out to her friend as a car screeches to a halt before them.

Alex shut her eyes and then opens them again quickly, hoping that it was all a dream. But it wasn't.

"Sam!" Alex runs over to her friend that lay unconscious on the ground. "Sam wake up!" The girl's eyes begin to water as she holds her friend to her chest.

The driver gets out of the car and immediately dials the emergency number.

Flashing lights and sirens soon fill the surrounding area. Paramedics gently place Sam into the back of an ambulance.
