Anne's POV

I woke up the next day to a smiling Stein. "Goodmorning darling." he said. I rose a brow and looked at him, "Darling?" I asked. He nodded and sat on the edge of the bed. "Do you not remember?" he asked. I shook my head. "Well this should help." he said and leaned forward. He kissed me and I froze for a second. He pulled back and looked at me. "Take one of those every few hours and you should remember just fine." he said and smirked. I looked at him and chuckled. "Smart ass." I said and stood. He looked at me and sighed.

"Yes I am a smart ass and now you need to get ready. You do have a big day today." he said. I looked at him and grew confused. "Big day? What is going on?" I asked. He stood and walked over to me as he wrapped his arms around my waist I saw the worry in his eyes. "Today you are being tried to see whether or not you should be banned from the DWMA as student and my weapon. Or they would kill you. Or if they see you not guilty then you can ressume classes and continue to be my partner on Monday." he said. I looked down a bit and nodded. "Oh...alright." I said.

He sighed and kissed my forehead lightly. "You will be fine. I will be there with you. All right?" he asked. I looked up and nodded with a small smile playing on my lips. "You can get ready now. I put your clothes that are now free of blood in the bathroom. You can shower and change. But be quick we have to be at the DWMA for your trial in an hour or so." he said. I nodded and he ruffled my hair before he left.

I heard him sigh a heavily worried sigh and walk down the halls. I heard his heavy shoes clap down the hall as he got into the living room. I sighed and looked down a bit. Why am I here? Am I not supposed to be in the dungeon at the DWMA? What did Stein do? What did I do? Why am I being tried again? I took a sigh and walked to the door. I had it half way open when I heard that voice.

You are here because Stein brought you here. You were in the dungeon before you went phsycotic. Stein as I said had brought you here. You fell into madneess and started to draw on the walls with your own blood. You are being tried because you consorted with a witch to find your precious meister remember? It mocked.I grimmaced at the sound of the voice. I walked to the bathroom to shower and closed and locked the door. 

What do you want again? I thought I had gotten rid of you. 

  You only pushed me aside for the time that Stein brought you back. And besides I'm not finished with you yet. 

 It chuckled after that. I shuddered a bit and sighed. 

Fine then at least leave me be for the trials. 

Ah no can do Anne. You see. I am apart of you and this part of you thinks it is about time for me to come out. How will that little Meister feel? What was her name again. Oh I remember Maka Albarn. It might break her warm little heart that she has if she sees you break down in front of the entire court. We would not want that now would we? Good. Now follow my lead and you will be just fine.

I sighed as I heard its words. I nodded and looked at the mirror. "Your wish is my command." I mumbled loud enough for myself to hear and not Stein. Good. For now you can call me...Hell. I nodded and stepped into the shower. I silently cried a bit as fear for what she might do to me. Or worse. What she might make me do to those that are not only my friends. But will be at the DWMA tonight for my court hearing.

-At the DWMA-

Stein and I walked into the DWMA. I got so many hateful glares. Some from students. Others from teachers. I sighed and Stein patted my shoulder and gave a small smile of reasurance. I smiled and nodded a bit as he opened the doors and we went to the Death Room. I sat down at a table with Stein to be tried. Lord Death was at the main chair and looked at me. Spirit was with him and as a bailiff.

Marie was behind a small typewriter taking down what was said at the trial. Sid was also a bailiff. Azusa was however the one that would be asking me the questions. I was asked to stand in the accused chair. I went and sat in it and Stein let go of my hand that was under the table as he let me leave. I sat in the chair and immediatly I was swamped with questions. Why did you consult with a witch? How long had you known the witch? Are you a witch?

"Lord Death she is badgering her!" Stein said. Death rose a hand to calm Stein. "Now Azusa. Calm down and let her speak..Mkay?" he asked. She pushed up her glasses and looked at me. "Now Anne. Are you a witch?" she asked. I shook my head. "I am not," I said. I looked up and my gaze met Stein's. He nodded and let me proceed. "I am not nor have I ever been a witch." I said. Azusa did not seem to be buying it. "Then why did you consult with one?" she asked. "Eruka and I have known each other for a while. She found me when I was little and hurt. But were kids then and she did not practice magic then I swear it on my life." I said.

She looked at me skeptacally. She nodded and as she began to pace I was able to get a good look of the audiance. Maka, Soul, Black*Star, Tsubaki, Kid, Liz, And Patty. Were there. Everyone I knew. Every friend I made. They were there to watch me either live and be banished forever. Be murdered the next day. Or to let live and be the student I was once conisdered. I looked back to Azusa.

"Can you answer the question or not Anne?" she asked. "Can you repeat the question?" I asked. She nodded. "Why did you consult with the witch?" she asked. I sighed and looked at Stein before her. "I consulted with Eruka because my meister had gone missing sometime in the night. I consulted with her because she is a witch and could have possibly known where Medusa's hideout was. Which whom of which I had assumed was the one whom had taken Stein." I said.

I covered my mouth and looked at Stein. He sighed and looked at Azusa. "Stein is this a correct acusation?" she asked. He nodded. "It is indeed." he said. I calmed down and relaxed a bit. "Are you the cute, quiet girl that everyone claims for you to be?" she asked. I rose a brow. "Cute girl?" I asked. She nodded. "I would like to have Maka Albarn to the stand." she said. Maka smiled and stood. Soul looked at her and smirked at me. I sighed and stood and my hand brushed Maka's as I was returning to my seat.

I sat down and looked at something that was in my hand. A peice of paper. I slipped it into Stein's pocket. "Stein go to the bathroom. in your pocket is a paper note that Maka slipped to me. I need you to read it." I siad. He stood and looked at me. He walked out without any questioning from Lord Death. I heard him in a soul message.

Dear Anne

We know you are not a witch. We are here in court today to make sure you get to go home. After all you did not get to come over for dinner yet. So today we plan to get our friend home and home she will stay. We love you Anne.

-Maka, Soul, Black*Star, Tsubaki, Liz, Kid, Patty.

I smiled as I heard the note. "Thank you guys." I mumbled and I sighed. Stein walked back in and put a hand on mine. I watched as all of them went through the stands. It was a long process but it ended soon. I sighed as we were aloud to stand. I looked down and closed my eyes. Stein grabbed my hand. "We have come to the conclusion that Weapon Anne Perry is....Not guilty." I smiled and let the tears fall. Stein hugged me and I felt everyone else go around us and do the same. I smiled and cried a bit. Stein calmed me down and I looked at them. "Thanks guys." I said. Maka came over and hugged me. "You're welcome. Besides what are freinds for?" she asked and we laughed. "Can we have dinner now? I am starving." I said.

Maka nodded and grabbed my hand. "We can go to my house and eat. But we do have another friend you need to meet." she said. "Who is that?" I asked. "His name Is Crona." she said. I nodded and smiled. "Alright." i siad and we went to her house. That name rings a bell but I cannot place it. Why does the name Crona sound so familiar? I brushed it off as a Daja vu moment and we walked inside to help Maka and Tsubaki. Stein sat with the rest of them as they talked. I heard something that made me blush. "Wow professor it seems that Anne has really brought the better out in you." I heard. "That is because she is the better in me." he replied. I ended up having to go outside while Tsubaki calmed me down. Who would have thought that a DWMA Professor and Meister would be all for a student and weapon of his? We did not.
