Barry arrives at the building. He is unsure of where Iris and Maya are until he hears her scream.

The sound of someone who is in pain.

He runs try to find where they are. When he ends up finding them, he is shocked by the amount of blood that has been shed.
"Hey Iris, everything is going to be all right ok. But I need you to listen to me Iris, I'm a meta, when I was struck by lightning, it changed me" Barry says.
"What do you mean" Iris asks tears running down her face.
"I'll explain later, right now we need to get Maya back to S.T.A.R labs." Barry says
"Wait you know her? You sent her to save me instead of coming to save me yourself didn't you?" Iris yells questioning Barry
"No, shes a meta too, I'll explain more, but we need to get to S.T.A.R Labs ok" Barry responds
"I'll be back" Barry says as he carries Iris quickly stopping at S.T.A.R Labs, and in a flash he's back at the building, picking up Maya carefully as not to hurt her, speeding off, out of the building.

"Barry" Maya stutters barley being able to speak.
"We need to take her to a hospital" Iris yells
"She's a meta we can't!" Caitlin yells
"Hey, what happened?" Joe manages to say calmly having just arrived at the lab.
"She saved me dad, now we need to do that for her" Iris pleads. 
"Well she hasn't attacked anyone, anything so if we bring her to the hospital, the only thing they can legally do is put her in the Meta Database the CCPD is starting to form" Joe states
"So let's go" Iris says
"I'll bring her" Barry says picking Maya up. When he does she locks her arms around Barry's neck.
"Hey, I've got you" Barry whispers.
"I love you" Maya whispers back.

Sorry for the short chapter I felt this cliff hanger was necessary though 😂
