Oliver had walked into the Arrows so called hideout. He had heard about the two superheroes from the neighboring Central City who had gone missing and were being brought here. He wasn't having some criminal bring two innocent people to his city to hurt them, after all he's the mayor of Starling city during the day, Green Arrow by night.

"We got any leads on the missing couple" Oliver asks walking over to Felicity who's sitting at her computer. "Felicity I asked you if we have anything, any leads on the missing duo from Central City"

"Oh sorry Ollie, and no we don't might help if I have pictures of what they look like ya know, so maybe I can use facial recognition." Felicity says turning to face him.

"You know I hate when you call me 'Ollie' so stop, please" Oliver says.

"Please! You said please! Who are you and where is the real Oliver Queen?" Felicity says dramatic and sarcastically.

"I'm someone who has to get back to the office, the Central City cops are here" Oliver says heading out.

"Detective Joe West, this is Cisco Ramon, Dr. Caitlin Snow, and Harrison Wells they are from S.T.A.R. labs." Joe says introducing everyone, as well as shaking Detective Garcia's hand.

"Our mayor would like a word. He's in my sergeants office." Garcia says pointing to an office in the corner, making the detective and the the rest head towards that office.

"Welcome to Starling City, though I wish it was under better circumstances that we would have gotten to meet, in Oliver Queen, Mayor of Starling City. Now I can assure you our police department is doing everything in their power to find your friends." Oliver says.

"They aren't just our friends they are also Central City's top badass and baddest CSIs. And they are also the cutest couple ever!" Cisco says with a grin coming over his face.

"So how were they taken?" Oliver asks.

"If we got the whole thing right, Barry spent the night at Mays's apartment, left to go to the store. McDonald entered her house, and then Barry heard them in a conversation where she said 'how did you find me" Joe starts.

"And that's where my brilliant technology comes in. Anyone who has a connection to. Ok Barry he has super speed. He goes around saving people. We call him the flash. He even has a badass suit I made for him. Any way I installed an emergency alert on there phones so Barry used it and he signaled that there was trouble where he was, and that he need help. Only problem is we got there to late" Cisco rambles as he interrupts Joe

"Then being the dumbass he is he goes in to the apartment when he knows there's danger" Joe continues.

"In all honesty I would have done the same thing. Meet me out back around 5:00 pm, I need to show y'all something." Oliver says exiting the office.

Barry could hear Maya's screams. Maya screaming out in pain, as she was being beaten in the room next to the one Barry was being held in, and he couldn't do anything about it.
