Weeks passed since Carmen and Celina started dating. Celina was cross-stitching when she felt arms wrap themselves around her lower waist. She stopped and put her stitching hoop down on the small table she had in her room, looking up at her love. "Carmen, what are you doing?" She asked, her jade green eyes meeting Carmen's blue-gray ones. "I missed you and well.. I wanted to see you." Celina blushed a little as she found her voice. "Remember the first time we held hands?" She asked, her voice soft and meek.

Carmen started laughing. "Of course, how can I forget? It was also the time when Belle teased the both of us for weeks afterwards." She said, holding her petal close.
(Flashback!)
It was a warm spring day, 11 year old Celina was walking across the halls of the academy before she felt her form a white flowy dress with light pink flats being picked up. "B-Black Sheep!" She said, stuttering the 10 year old Carmen's code name as the said girl started running. Once they arrived at their destination which was a small lake, Black sheep gently placed Lily down and sat down beside her. "Why were you running?" Asked Lily as Black sheep looked at her.

"Lils.. I was running away from Gray because he won't shut up about Bella and 'how she is so beautiful and how can she can rival all the jewels in the world!' Honestly, he needs to straight up tell her." Black sheep replied with a bad impression of Gray's voice, causing Lily to laugh. This shocked Black sheep and made her turn red in the face, just from hearing the girl's laughter. "That was horrible." Lily said, her smile never faltering. "Yeah, that was bad." Lily then felt a familiar finger moving towards her little finger.

"Can we.. hold hands?" Asked Black Sheep as Lily slowly nodded, Allowing their hands to intertwine together. They both walked back to the academy, still holding each other's hand much to the surprise of the Facility and Enchantress.

Celina started laughing, remembering that memory. "And when once Belle found out, she started singing that ridiculous song, so much so you did a mock proposal towards me just to get her to shut up!" She said, holding Carmen's hand. "Yeah.. when Shadow-San told me that when I got brainwashed by V.I.L.E, you looked so heartbroken and you kept blaming yourself for not being able to help me, he said he's never seen you that upset." Celina clutched her hand a little tighter. "Let's not talk about that." Carmen smirked a little and picked up Celina.

"Carm, what?!-" Celina was cut off as Carmen started running, passing by Zalgo's angels's rooms. Fortunately, they were with him in his kingdom so they didn't wake them up. Carmen stopped running once they got to a small river, surrounded by flowers. Celina looked down at the river, seeing a few silvery fish swimming. "How'd you find this place?" Carmen softly smiled at her flower. "Ivy found about this and told me incase I finally tell you how I felt, so I kept that in mind.." Said Carmen as she placed Celina on the ground. Celina kept looking at the fish as Carmen pulled out a small ring box behind her back.

Celina pointed to a small fish and turned towards Carmen to tell her something when she stopped, seeing the red ring box with a lily carved from gold in her hand. "Carmen.. what?" Celina was shocked as she stood up slowly. Carmen looked at the beauty before her, the very woman that she loved even when she was forced to steal for V.I.L.E. She sighed and nodded her head as music started playing. "The verses are yours until it is my turn." Explained Carmen as Celina giggled.

Then, Carmen's eyes glowed a green color as a psychopathic smile formed on her face. What Celina didn't know, was that when she was little, before she met Carmen, her voice was similar to Saira Bellum's brainwashing machines, meaning she could make them hypnotized whenever she sang or hummed. She was told from a young age not to sing unless it was needed, hence Saira's nickname for her: Little Siren. Carmen's eye color changed back to the same Blue-Gray as she blushed at the beauty before her, grabbed her hand and opened the box, revealing a very special ring she had someone craft, just for her.

Carmen sandiego: "Marry me, Juliet, You'll never have to be alone, I love you and that's all I really know, I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress~ It's a love story, baby just say.."

Celina: "Yes~"

Carmen looked up at the woman as Celina started crying. "YES! YES, I WILL!" She said, her green eyes meeting Carmen's as said woman slid the ring on her finger. "My flower, El amor de mi vida (the love of my life.), my precious jewel.." Carmen held her hand and kissed the top of it. "I promise to protect you and love you until the end of my days.. I love you!" She declared. The two of them shared a sweet yet very tender kiss that day. The two went back home to the mansion. "Mom, what's wrong?" Asked Celina as she looked at the crying Enchantress.

"My little girl's growing up so fast!" She said while Jeff patted her back while he was tearing up. "What's going on?" Jane was the first to step forward. "We followed you and Carmen to the river, and well.. We saw the proposal." Belle ran in, as her hair was a mess. "I'll plan the wedding, you two love birds don't worry about a thing!" She said as Carmen smirked. "Actually, I'm thinking about getting married on Valentine's Day." She said as Celina smiled. "I always wanted to be married to you since we were children and I loved you. And we happen to be soulmates." Celina said.

Carmen held her hips with her hand and looked at her doll. "I couldn't agree more." Then she stroked her face. "Where do you want the wedding to take place?" She asked her Fiancé as Celina looked up in thought. "I'm thinking Paris, France. Is that ok?" She asked as Carmen smiled. "Wonderful idea, love~" she said, kissing the woman's forehead. The Cps and Belle found it very cute, starting to cry. Celina started laughing. "Save the tears for the wedding!" She said, her laughter like bells. Carmen realized that this was the woman whom she wanted to be with for the rest of her life.
