"Oh my God! We...we made it!!" (Y/n) exclaimed in rapid short breaths, leaning her back on the wall beside the class door as she tried to catch her breath.

Katsuki was hunched over, hands on his knees as he too regained his breath from the hectic run they had done. He took in a deep breath and straightened up, still panting as he looked at the tired girl.

"Come on!!" he said, his hand going to slide open the door.

"No...wait..." she said between harsh pants and held up three of her fingers. "Just...just three more minutes..." She took in a gulp of air and clutched at her chest. "I think my lungs are bleeding...I'm having an asphyxiation," she began frantically fanning her face. "Call a doctor or a nurse...I think death has come back for me...Hurry!"

Katsuki rolled his eyes but listened to her nevertheless. After their pants died down, Katsuki slid open the door and on cue, everyone in class turned their heads to look at them.

(Y/n) gulped upon noticing that homeroom had already began and Aizawa was giving them a hard stare.

"Bakugou, (L/n), how nice of you to finally show up to class," he said, his sarcastic, monotonous voice reflecting the opposite of his words.

The two quickly walked to their seats, Katsuki scowling deeply at the attention that was on them while (Y/n)'s face burned red from embarrassment and the running they had done.

Jeez...can they stop staring?! (Y/n) frowned bitterly as she took out her books and placed them on her desk.

"(L/n)."

Said girl jumped in her seat from surprise and turned her attention to the pro-hero standing at the front.

"Uh....yeah?" she asked, nervously picking at her nails at the thought of the punishment he'd give them for being late.

However, what he said next almost made her fall out of her seat.

"Don't make that face when you're in the wrong. Appearing late in Bakugou's shirt doesn't speak well of your character at the moment."

H-how did he?!....

The girl froze, her jaw nearly dropping to the ground as her (e/c) eyes widened like saucers. Her mind went completely blank and she felt like she wanted to swan dive from the class' window. And her classmates' scrutinizing stares did nothing to help with that.

"Ohh~" Kaminari was the first to speak up, a sly smirk on his lips as he leaned towards the stupefied girl, "I didn't know you were that type to flaunt your night activities~How bold~"

(Y/n) turned to give him a horrified look. "No!! I just wore it because mine was dirty!!"

"Not because Bakugou tore it to shreds?" Mina winked at her.

"Or because you couldn't find it in the morning?" Tsuyu asked bluntly.

Fuck!! Why didn't I wear my jacket?!

"No! That's not-"

"Ahh damn that Bakugou!!" Mineta interjected, sending Katsuki an envious look, "Why does he get the pretty ones even when he has the personality of a garbage truck?"

Katsuki shot out of his seat to glare at the sulking short boy, his face too flushed red. "You wanna say that again to my face, ballbrains?!"

He then turned his anger towards the rest of the class, "If you fucking side characters don't back off from (Y/n), you're the ones I'll be tearing to shreds!!"

"So basically you're admitting to tearing her shirt apart," Toru said cheekily, earning a growl from the seething ash-blond.

"No!! Nothing like that happened!! We just overslept and- why am I explaining myself to you guys?!!!" (Y/n) ran her hand through her hair in frustration, her whole face as red as a beet root. She was starting to regret why she didn't go home earlier the previous night. She'd have avoided this whole inconvenience for both her and Katsuki's sake.

"Maybe because you're doing the dirty with-"

"Silence!" Aizawa ordered loudly. "They've had enough. Bakugou sit down. We're continuing the lesson."

(Y/n) sighed in relief and wrapped her arms around herself, grateful that they had stopped talking about it.

Could this day get any worse? This is so embarrassing!

The girl could still feel multiple eyes burning holes on the back of her head and she sank lower in her seat.

They all think that something happened between us. Everyone...even...fuck...even Shouto...he probably thinks I'm fooling around with Katsuki...and there I was telling him to give us one month...he must think the worst of me now...Oh, fuck...why am I such a fuck up?!

The female whined inaudibly, her facial features twisting into a grimace as she sank even lower in her chair.

This is totally not my day...

***

Lunchtime finally arrived and everyone was streaming out of class to head to the cafeteria.

(Y/n) was desperate to get out of class and just breathe. She hoped that no one would bring up the topic of her choice of clothing, embarrassing her even more.

She stood up from her chair and frowned at the long, hanging shirt. She tried to fold it but it kept on unfolding itself, agitating the girl even more.

A jacket was tossed onto her desk and she knitted her eyebrows at it. She looked back at the person who had thrown it and arched an eyebrow at him.

"Wear it."

(Y/n) sighed and picked the jacket up before placing it on his desk. "No thanks. I've already suggested enough by simply wearing your shirt."

Katsuki clicked his tongue, crimson-colored eyes glowering at the jacket before going back to her. "I'm telling you to fucking wear it!! It's not my fucking fault you decided to wear my shirt so excuse me if I'm fucking trying to cover your shit up!!"

Oh hell nah.

(Y/n) scoffed, already getting angry by his tone. "Not your fault?!! If you had woken up today morning when I tried to wake you up millions of times maybe we wouldn't be in this mess!!"

"Wake me up?!! If you had fucking gone home like I told you to, maybe your shitty self wouldn't have blamed me all this!!!"

He's right but, no way I'm letting this prick know that.

"I'm blaming you?!!!" (Y/n) pointed at herself before pointing at him. "You're the one who's blaming me!!!"

The remaining students in class kept silent, watching them bicker like eager spectators. Izuku, who was standing near the two, nervously rose his hands up to try and pacify them.

"Uh...guys. I'm s-sure there's um, a pretty c-calm and uh...reasonable way t-to-"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!!" both screamed at the poor boy, making him cower in fear and slowly back away.

(Y/n) groaned while rolling her eyes and turned back to Katsuki. She grabbed his jacket and wore it, eyes still glaring at him.

She then rose her hands to her sides after she was done putting it on. "Happy now?!!!"

"Fucking ecstatic!!!"

"I'm already hungry!! So I'm going to fucking eat!!!!"

"Me too!!!"

"Fine!!!"

"Fine!!!"

Both teenagers scoffed at each other and turned to stomp towards the door, anger written on their faces despite the fact that they were heading to the cafeteria together.

The students they had left behind in class exchanged wondered looks from what they had witnessed.

"Are they uh..." Ojiro broke the silence. "Are they okay?"

"I have no idea," Tokoyami responded. "Those two make a loud duo. It's annoying."

"Yeah...scary loud duo," Uraraka laughed nervously while comfortingly rubbing Izuku's back.

***

Katsuki and (Y/n) sat at their usual table, their feud already forgotten as they conversed normally with their friends. Well, (Y/n) was. Katsuki was just silent. Luckily for them, no one attempted to bring the morning's matter up since they'd rather live to see the next day.

(Y/n)'s phone rang in her pocket and she fished it out.

Incoming call: Granny

She cursed under her breath.

"I have to pick this," she muttered loudly, eyes still glued onto the screen as she stood up from her chair.

As she walked out of the cafeteria, she swiped her finger across the screen and brought the phone to her ear.

"Hello?"

"Oh thank God you're okay!" Nanami gushed in relief. "You know I was wondering about something..."

(Y/n) tugged at her collar. Here it comes. "About what?"

"About..." Nanami trailed off before begin to scream into her ear. "Why on earth didn't you text or call to tell me that you were staying over at that boy's place?!! I called Mitsuki and she said that she wasn't at home and her own son wasn't answering any of her damn calls! I was up all night waiting for you!! Thinking that maybe something happened to you on the way home!! Do you know how worried I was?! Huh?! Do you?!"

(Y/n) grimaced, looking around the hallway to see if anyone had heard her aunt's enraged screaming. On seeing that she was alone, she sighed and leaned her shoulder on a wall.

"I'm sorry aunt," she rubbed her eye with the heel of her hand. "Things just caught up on me and I fell asleep there," she placed a hand on her forehead. "Sorry I made you worry."

"Yeah, you should be sorry," Nanami scoffed in disapproval. "Only God knows what you and that boy were doing the whole night that made you forget to even text or even answer calls for chrissakes."

(Y/n)'s face turned darker shades of red at her aunt's outrageous claims. "A-aunt!! Nothing happened between us!!! I just slept over!!"

"Oh really?"

"Yeah!" her eyes frantically moved left and right. "Why would I lie?!"

"Because it's you."

"What?!"

"Anyway, what did you wear to school?" Nanami changed the subject, greatly amused by her defensiveness.

(Y/n) bit her lower lip guiltily and glanced down at her attire. "Uh...I wore yesterday's clothes?"

"Was that a question?" the woman asked skeptically.

"Was what a question?" (Y/n) echoed dumbly.

Nanami released a resigned sigh. "Away from that, I'm glad you're okay. Don't do that again, y'hear?"

"Okay. I won't."

"Good. I have to get to work now. Bye."

"Bye," (Y/n) responded and pulled the phone away to hung up. She blew out her cheeks, internally glad to have sorted that out and placed the phone back into her pocket.

She pushed off from the wall and swiveled around to head back to the cafeteria only to bump into a hard chest. She stumbled back in surprise and was about to apologize but froze upon looking up at the person.

"Shouto!" she gasped in shock, her wide eyes staring up at him.

Seriously?!! Could this day get any worse?!!

"Sorry about that," he said, heterochromatic eyes softening a bit while looking back at her.

"What are you..." (Y/n) began, her reeling mind trying to form coherent speech. She briefly looked to the side and back to him. "What are you doing here?"

The dual-haired boy furrowed his eyebrows. "I go to school here."

(Y/n) tittered sheepishly and scratched the back of her neck. "Oh yeah! Hahaha, stupid question. Sorry about that."

Shouto nodded silently and his eyes slowly trailed down her appearance, taking in the big shirt she wore underneath an equally big jacket. His aloof expression hid whatever emotions he was feeling from the girl but that only made her uneasy.

"Nothing happened," she blurted out, face slightly pleading with him to believe her.

Shouto's eyes snapped up to meet hers and he sighed. "I know. You don't have to explain yourself to me."

(Y/n) gave him a brief puzzled look before quickly replacing it with a small smile.

A few awkward seconds of silent staring passed and (Y/n) couldn't take it anymore.

She cleared her voice and nervously tugged the end of her skirt. "Uh I...have to go..." she jerked her head towards the direction of the cafeteria. "I left my...uh goldfish back in the cafeteria...and I have to go...go get it...right now. So uh...yeah..."

"You have a pet fish? In school?" the boy questioned, eyebrows creased in puzzlement.

Oh Shouto, bless your obliviousness. (Y/n) nervously smiled, her shoulders slumping in relief.

"Yeahhhhh...his name is uh..." the girl's eyes darted behind his shoulder and landed on a green sign before going back to him. "Exito...the eel..."

"Eel? Didn't you say it was-"

"It's a paradox," (Y/n) cut him off, earning an understanding nod from him.

(Y/n) walked around him and held her hands behind her back as she began walking backward, Shouto following her every move. "I really have to go...he gets lonely without me..."

"Okay."

She snapped her fingers and gave him double finger guns, lips pulled back to a forced smile. "See ya on the flip side."

Shouto nodded and the girl immediately turned around and speed walked away from him, grimacing at the awkwardness of it all.

***

(Y/n) plopped down in her seat and threw her head back in a loud exaggerated sigh, grateful for having reached back 'safely' without any more unwanted encounters.

"Whoa," Kirishima chuckled. "You seem to be having a bad day."

"Ugh, tell me about it," she murmured while rubbing her temples.

"Well, you're just in time!" Mina mused. "Kaminari was telling us about the upcoming festival."

The subject sparked her interest and she looked at the girl. "The one happening this weekend?"

"It was moved to the next weekend but yeah, that one," Sero said, earning a silent 'oh' and a nod from the girl.

"We're still going together, right (Y/n)?" Kirishima winked at her, making all the others turn to look at her in surprise, even Katsuki.

"Yeah, of course," (Y/n) smiled, mentally slapping herself for having had completely forgotten about it.

"You guys already made plans about it? No fair!" Kaminari pouted, earning a laugh from the (h/c)-haired female.

"To be honest, I also forgot about it myself."

"Aww (Y/n)," Kirishima began, hand on his chest as he feigned hurt. "I'm offended that you forgot about our date."

The rest of the table laughed along with (Y/n) but was cut off by the loud sound of a chair scraping against the ground. (Y/n) looked to her side to see Katsuki standing up, a shadow cast over his eyes as he emitted a dark aura.

(Y/n) furrowed her eyebrows at his sudden change of mood. "Uh Katsuki, what's wro-"

"Don't fucking follow me," he hissed in a low, threatening voice before turning away from them to head to the exit.

The girl looked back to her classmates, all wearing a similar confused look to hers.

"What's up with him?" Kirishima asked, pointing at Katsuki's retreating back.

"Don't know," the girl shrugged, clueless as to what could've made him angry and tell her to not follow him.

***

The last bell of the day chimed and everyone started preparing themselves to go home. (Y/n) packed her books in her bag, soundlessly humming a song.

Someone roughly grabbed her arm and turned her around, nearly making her trip on her feet.

When she finally regained her balance, she looked up to glare at Katsuki.

"What the fuck is your problem?!!"

"We need to talk."

(Y/n) blinked at his command, not even having time to respond when Katsuki already began pulling her out of class.

"Where are we going?" the girl asked the ash-blond, puzzled as to why he was taking her up the stairs.

"Shut up!"

She sighed and remained silent, letting him pull her towards wherever he was pulling her. Something told her that he wanted to talk about why he looked like he wanted to commit murder ever since he left the cafeteria.

But does he really have to take me all this way just to talk? (Y/n) gave the back of his head a curious look, praying internally that she's not the one he's going to murder.

Or maybe he's actually angry with me because of that time I-wait no...he doesn't know about that...uh oh...what if someone told him...well shit...is it too late to write a will?...

When they reached the roof, he violently kicked the door opened and pulled (Y/n) inside, proceeding to push her against the wall.

The girl gasped out in shock but before she could question Katsuki over his rough antics, he beat her to it.

"You've got some fucking nerve, don't you?!!"

"Huh? Wha-"

"Don't play stupid with me dammit!!" he yelled, angered even more by her confused look. "You know what the fuck I'm talking about!!!!"

(Y/n) furrowed her eyebrows at him. "What are you talking about?! What have I done?!"

"You're going on a fucking date with that fucking assclown!!! And you didn't even have the fucking guts to tell me about it in the first place!!" he responded, a visible vein protruding on his forehead from his rage.

Oh that's why. I thought it was something else. (Y/n) sighed and placed her hand on her forehead. "I told you, I forgot about it, okay? I didn't keep it from you on purpose."

"Oh yeah?!! When did he ask you out, huh?!!"

(Y/n) placed her hand down and pursed her lips as she tried to recall the date. "That day when uh...no the next day after I burnt my clothes off. Yeah, that day."

His eyes blew wide open in rage, hands balling up into fists. "So is this some kind of payback?!! To go on a fucking date with him just because I told all that shit about your fucking self?!!!"

"No!! It wasn't payback!! And it's not a date!! We're just hanging out as friends!!!"

"Bullshit!!"

"Why are you so angry about this?!!" (Y/n) prodded defensively. "I don't get why are you're blowing things out of proportion!! What's so bad about going with Eijiro to the festival?!!"

"Everything!!!" he snapped, roughly pushing her shoulders back against the wall. "Everything's fucking wrong you shithead!!!"

"Why?!!" (Y/n) asked, wincing at the pain that spread through her back.

The girl gasped when Katsuki grabbed her wrists and pinned them over her head, his body caging her to the wall.

"BECAUSE YOU'RE FUCKING MINE!!!"

(Y/n)'s breath hitched at his words, eyes widening in shock. He was acting dangerous. She needed to get out. Get out fast.

She began squirming in his grip and moved her face to the side to face away from him. With an annoyed growl, Katsuki's shifted her wrists together to hold them in one hand while the other grabbed her face, his rough fingers squishing her cheeks between them. He roughly turned her terrified face to meet his deranged own and moved even closer to crowd her into the wall.

He wasn't going to let anyone take her away from him. Not after what he went through to take her away from the candy cane reject. He'd annihilate anyone who dared tried to. Heck, he'd eviscerate anyone dumb enough to even think about it.

"Now listen to me, you piece of shit!" he hissed to her face with enough venom to wilt her spirit. "I own you dammit!! No one has the fucking right to take you out except me!! And if anyone dares to cross me, I'll add bodies to my fucking kill list!!" his grip on her cheeks tightened, making her wince. "Got it!!!"

(Y/n) stared at him in astonishment, her mind was still reeling from what he had said, replaying his possessive words like an old, broken record. Her cheeks hurt from how he dug his blunt nails into them and she just knew that they were going to leave crescent shaped marks all over her skin. Her vision became blurry as tears brimmed in her eyes from the pain and fear.

She let out a whimper and squeezed her eyes shut.

She couldn't understand a lot of things.

Since when did she lose the right to go out with other guys? Wasn't she single now? Wasn't she allowed to do what she wanted? Since when did Katsuki become so possessive? Since when did she become...property? A thing to own?

The fact that he had oh so-bluntly confessed that he only saw her as property struck her heart like a spear.

She opened her eyes and began squirming around again as small, pathetic protesting whines came out of her throat. Katsuki let her face go but he didn't step back or release her arms.

She heaved out a shaky but relieved sigh and pressed her tongue on the inside of her cheeks to relieve some of the pain. She sent him a harsh glare.

"Let me go..." she choked out weakly.

"Back down," he growled, his insane, red eyes warning her to comply.

(Y/n) gritted her teeth defiantly and tugged her wrists from his grip, not managing to free them. However, that didn't wane her spirit.

Her (e/c) eyes lit up with determination. "Let me...go, dammit."

Fed up that she wouldn't let him dominate and pushed to his limit by her stubborn persistence, Katsuki released a loud roar and let go of her hands. He then slammed his hands on his wall, so very close to (Y/n)'s head enough to make her scream when he set off small explosions that crumbled the surface of the wall. (Y/n) flinched and tightly screwed her eyes shut, her body shrinking back in fear of being hurt. Plumes of smoke and ash surrounded them and small rocks fell to the ground as he pressed his fingers against the slightly destroyed wall, caging her in between his arms.

"Fucking back down, (Y/n)!" he commanded, his jaw taut with the stark effort not to scream it to her face. He was the one on top. He was the one who fucking called the shots. And if she had a fucking problem, then she'd just have to fucking deal with it.

(Y/n), still shaky and terrorized from what had just happened, managed to open her eyes and stare back at him with the same defiant resolve, only that the fire had dimmed a bit but not completely extinguished.

"N-no," she said with a small voice. She drew in a sharp breath and swallowed, her hands balling into fists. "I won't."

Katsuki gnashed his teeth together. Smoke began rising from the hands that were on either side of her head.

"(Y/n)..." he warned violently.

"Do I look like some kind of property?" Katsuki's eyes widened and he tensed. (Y/n) narrowed her eyes at him. It took a lot in her to not cry. "Is that what I am to you? Just a thing? Are you really going to force me to back down and obey you? Really?"

Katsuki hesitated. Her tone sounded disappointed. Disgusted even.

The full weight of his words and actions finally hit him, snapping him out of his blind jealousy fit and whatever madness that had overcome him.

(Y/n) gave him a scornful once over and gave a disgusted sound, take his momentary shock to shove him away from her. Sniffling, she stomped out of the door, angrily swiping at a stray tear that had trailed down her cheek.

Katsuki stared at the spot she was previously standing on, eyes wide in regret. He then let out an angry shout while gritting his teeth, hands tugging at his hair while he cursed under his breath.

He had royally screwed up.

***

Hours later after roaming the town to clear her head, (Y/n) returned home, mood still dampened from what had happened earlier.

"I'm home," she announced dully, slipping off her shoes before trudging towards the stairs.

"Oh, honey! You're late! And word about your costume just arrived!! Here it is!" Nanami beamed from the kitchen while holding up a letter. She proudly held it up for display as the girl passed by her. "They say that it will be ready in about two weeks since they need to twink some things and-"

"Thanks," the girl cut her off, taking the letter from her hands before proceeding to go to her room.

Nanami frowned at her distant character and looked over her shoulder at her passing figure, expecting her to be at least excited about the news of her costume.

"Honey, are you okay?"

"I'm fine. Just having a bad day," (Y/n) responded without looking at her, increasing her pace so that she'd avoid any more of Nanami's questions.

In the confines of her room, (Y/n) threw her bag down and plopped down on the bed to begin reading her letter. They had described how they were going to make it, the materials used, how long it was going to take and also a small confirmation drawing of how her costume would look like.

She sighed while placing the letter on her side table. Guess she was just going to stick to her P.E uniform for the time being.

Recalling her miserable day, her mood worsened even further. Rolling her eyes, she rose to her feet and began undressing, deciding it was better to take a shower first so that she can properly think.

***

A series of knocks sounded from the front door and Nanami hurried to get it. She swung it open and immediately furrowed her eyebrows at the visitor.

"Isn't this a surprise! The boy who my baby girl spent the night with...standing right outside my door. How...nice..."

Katsuki frowned at her sarcastic words, already registering that Nanami wasn't too fond of him for some reason or the other. Not that it bothered him. He was here for another reason.

"I came to talk to her," he said, making the woman thin her lips into a straight line.

"Not only did you sleep with her but you also made her come back home in a bad mood," she added, inwardly amused by Katsuki's reddening face.

"I didn't sleep with her," he choked out, hands balling into fists in his pockets as he desperately tried not to lash out (Y/n)'s aunt.

"Oh, I didn't say how..." she falsely smiled at him, tilting her head to the right.

Katsuki scoffed and briefly looked away. "Just let me talk to her. I can fix it."

Nanami sighed and stepped aside. "Sure, why not."

When the ash-blond was about to get in, Nanami quickly blocked his path, surprising him.

"I'm well aware of how protective (Y/n) is about you so I'm gonna take this opportunity to tell you this because she's not here to defend you," she spoke in hushed tones, leaning nearer to the boy in a threatening fashion, "If my (Y/n) comes home again looking like that, I'm going to make sure you never have kids with her or anyone for that matter. So don't make me regret letting her continue being friends with the guy who broke her relationship with a genuinely nice boy. Am I clear?"

Katsuki narrowed his eyes at her, slightly intimidated by her hostile, venomous threat since he couldn't do anything about it.

"Crystal," he spat, gritting his teeth in anger for being so easily intimidated.

"Good," Nanami broke into a sweet smile and straightened up before stepping aside for him to pass. "Come on in! I made cookies! You can take some if you like."

"I'm not hungry," Katsuki muttered while kicking off his shoes.

"Ahh~Too bad," the older woman pouted, feigning disappointment, "I was just about to go in there and poison some of them."

The ash-blond frowned deeply when he heard her chuckle and quickly made his way towards (Y/n)'s room.

When he arrived, he stood in front of it, his hand hovering over it as he tried to think up what he'd say.

"Fuck it!" he cursed before finally knocking on her door.

"Yeah?" (Y/n) shouted from inside, making his breath hitch and palms grow sweaty.

"It's me you idiot!"

(Y/n), who was drying her hair with a towel, froze at the voice. She looked at the unlocked door, afraid that he might barge in.

Despite that, something inside her involuntarily fluttered at the thought of him coming to apologize but she was still angry at him.

"Go away! I don't wanna see you!"

A throbbing vein on Katsuki's temple twitched. "Open this fucking door right now!!!"

"No!!!"

"I said open up!!!"

"No!! Go away!!"

Strangled sounds emitted from his throat as he took his hands out from his pockets to run them through his spiky hair.

He then exhaled and let his hands drop from his hair, a small blush appearing on his cheeks.

"I didn't fucking mean it...okay?" he said in a lower tone, angry gaze burning the ground for having to down his pride yet again for her.

(Y/n) squinted her eyes at the door in bewilderment, arms crossed over her chest. "What do you mean by you didn't mean it?! You want to tell me that you didn't mean to push me against the wall?! That you didn't mean to grab my face, which still hurts by the way!!! That you didn't mean to shout at me?! That you didn't mean to place a forceful claim on me?! Is that what you're saying?!!"

"Arghh!!!!! Can't you fucking see that I'm trying to make things right?!!!"

"Then try harder!!"

Katsuki groaned and fell silent, his shoulders slumping at the difficulty of having to apologize. He had done it before but no one said each time was easier than the next.

(Y/n) noticed his sudden silence and for a fleeting moment, she was scared that he had left. She uncrossed her arms and tiptoed towards the door, listening in for his presence. A silent relieved sigh escaped her when she heard him heavily breathing.

(Y/n) leaned her shoulder against the door so that she can hear whatever he wanted to say next clearly.

Katsuki pinched the bridge of his nose, his eyes closing tightly to prepare himself for what he was about to say. He then dropped his hand and opened his eyes, ready to apologize.

"You're important to me you piece of shit."

(Y/n) knitted her eyebrows at his colorful choice of words, even though her heart melted completely.

Should I be offended or touched?.....

Katsuki took in a deep breath, understanding his words weren't enough to make her open the door.

"Look, I-I'm...fuck-I'm fucking sorry, okay?! You're not some kind of property or shit! I was just fucking pissed off that you accepted to go with weird hair and not fucking tell me!"

(Y/n) remained silent, prompting him to continue.

"I'm a fuck up, okay?! I didn't know how to act about it and in the end, I screwed everything up! I was so sca-I don't want you to fucking leave me!! Fuck it!! You're my fucking best friend, dammit!!"

(Y/n) leaned her head against the door and set her lips in a grim line. It wasn't enough. He had just displayed an extremely violent and possessive side that she had never seen before and she'd be lying if she said that for the first time since becoming friends with him, she actually felt unsafe around him.

"You didn't have to be jealous," she said, eyes falling on the ground when she remembered how he darn near destroyed the wall in a fit of rage. The explosion was so loud next to her ears, any louder and they'd have popped. "And I shouldn't forgive you for what you did."

Katsuki heart spiked up, registering the fact that she was right behind the door from how close her voice sounded. Registering her words, he hung his head and glared at the floorboards. Her words sounded flat, yet heavy at the same time. He had really gone too far this time.

"...I know," he said, clenching his fists tight.

"And I have full permission to go with whoever I like."

"Fuck...I know!"

"And that you deserve a restraining order for what you did."

Katsuki let out a deep, guttural growl as he glared at the wooden door that separated them. His pride stung to admit it but fuck it if he wouldn't admit that her ignoring him for the better part of the day stung even more

"Fuck-yes, I do, okay?!" he furiously scratched his head and turned his glare to the side. "I was an asshole and I deserved it!"

(Y/n) sighed before pursing her lips. He sounded remorseful, well as remorseful as he made it sound since he never showed any kind of remorse. Her brain advised her to let him be, have him jump hoops until he earned her forgiveness but her heart yearned to just open the door and tell him that it was going to be okay.

She bit the inside of her cheek and briefly closed her eyes. Exhaling, she opened her eyes and lightly smiled.

"But..." she began. "You also know that I'm not going anywhere, right?"

Katsuki's angry face softened and his shoulders sagged. "...Yeah, I know."

The sound of the door swinging open made him look up, crimson-colored eyes meeting with (e/c) ones.

"I forgive you," (Y/n) smiled at him. She then added. "Reluctantly."

"Tch," Katsuki scowled and looked away from her. "Fine. I'll take it."

"That and I got it on tape."

"WHAT?!!!"

"Just kidding," she giggled, greatly humored by Katsuki's changing expressions.

The ash-blond let out a low growl but instantly relaxed and looked up at the girl. "So are...we okay now?"

"Yeah," (Y/n) nodded. "Only if you promise not to blow off on me like that again. I'm still contemplating on whether I should call the police or not."

"I said I'm sorry, di-umph!"

The boy was cut off when (Y/n) lunged herself at him, arms going around his neck in a death hug. Katsuki took two steps back to regain his balance, his face completely red at the action.

(Y/n) snuggled her face against the crook of his neck, her heart doing laps at her bold move.

"You're important to me too," she breathed out blissfully, giggling inwardly when she felt Katsuki tense up.

She then let go of him and took some steps back to give him space, enjoying immensely how she had taken him off guard.

Katsuki came out of his dazed look and looked away, his face still heated up. "Don't suddenly do stuff like that dumbass!

"We've hugged before," (Y/n) shrugged. "What's the problem now?"

"Shut up!!" the boy yelled before turning to stomp away from her. "I'm going home!!"

(Y/n) felt disappointed that he was already leaving but sucked it nevertheless and waved at him.

"Okay then! Bye!! Try some cookies on your way out!"

"FUCK NO!!!"
