Chappy 15
"Hmm...Nope. Not that."
"Not mine."
"Nope. Too baggy.
"Ugh, faded."
"Why did I...even buy this?!"
"This...what the fuck? I thought I threw you out! No!"
(Y/n) heaved out a resigned sigh and placed her hands on her hips as she looked at the clothes that were strewn all over her bedroom floor. All the while with no pants on, she had spent a good ten minutes looking for suitable sweats to wear but hadn't found one. Most were either dirty or just not fitting her taste at the moment. Normally, she would have slapped on some jeans and gone her way but she wasn't too big on the idea of having her jeans smell like ash, smoke, and other questionable smells.
Her (e/c) eyes scanned the nearly half-empty closet which was only filled with tops and sweaters sans pants. She threw her head back in a groan before going over to her laundry basket. She began digging out the clothes in it while searching for her choice of clothing.
"Ah hah!" she exclaimed triumphantly while pulling out a pair of black sweatpants. She brought it closer to her nose and took a deep whiff of it.
Satisfied that it somehow still had the smell of detergent on it and not sweat and dust, she shrugged and put in on before proceeding to return the fallen clothes back to their rightful places.
As she walked over to her bed, a small 'oh' escaped her lips and she made a detour to the bathroom. She stopped by her mirror to check her appearance. She stared at her reflection for a while, eyes looking herself up from her waist up and back down. She pursed her lips when her eyes fell on her loose hair and she figured that it would be better if it was tied instead. Making a quick dash back to her room to pick up a hairband and back, she fixed her hair in a ponytail. While doing so, her eyes caught on to an exposed patch of skin and they darted to that particular spot. Her loose top had risen up.
When she was done with her hair, (Y/n) let her hands fall back to her sides and the hem of the top fell back down, covering her skin. Furrowing her brows, she repeated the procedure while facing sideways too and noticed that her stomach would only be exposed whenever her hands are lifted up. Facing back the mirror, she contemplated on whether to change it or not but then brushed away the second thoughts with a dismissive shrug. It wasn't like she was going to be lifting her hands anywhere and certainly not around him...
Returning back to her room, she grabbed a jacket from her bed and pulled it on, grabbed her phone from her bedside table and exited her room. She went downstairs to the front door and put on her shoes.
"Oh, honey!" Nanami's voice resonated from the hallway as she emerged from the kitchen, still in her pajamas and purple sleeping gown while holding a steaming cup of coffee in one hand. "You didn't tell me you're going out!"
"Oh, yeah, must've forgotten," (Y/n) finished slipping on the last of her shoe and straightened up to face her aunt. "But I'm heading out now so..." she sent her a mock salute with the hand that was holding on to her phone. "Ciao."
"You don't have school today. I thought you were going to rest. Where are you going?" Nanami asked before taking a sip of her beverage.
"Uh..." (Y/n)'s flickered between Nanami and the wall next to her. "To school?"
Nanami raised a puzzled eyebrow at her words. "To school? What for?"
The girl sighed and walked closer to her aunt to take the cup from her. "I'm going to meet a friend."
"Oh come on (Y/n)," her aunt let her take the cup with a wink. "You don't have to be embarrassed. If you're going on a date with Shouto, you could always tell me."
Date...More like slaughter..."I'm not going out on a date," (Y/n) scoffed and took a quick sip of the hot coffee. Her face then twisted up in disgust before returning the cup back to its owner. "No sugar?"
"Or cream," Nanami chuckled while taking back the cup before taking a slow sip of her bitter drink. She let out an approving hum and took another long sip while looking down at her drink. "This is good coffee."
"It tastes like boiled water and dirt." (Y/n) retorted with a disgusted sound. "How do you even drink that stuff? Let alone tolerate it?"
The woman didn't respond to her question but only patted her head with her free hand. "Just say hi to him for me, okay," Nanami sent her a smile before turning to head to the living room. "Be back soon! And have fun! But not too much fun!"
"Again, it's not him who I'm meeting, aunt but yeah, sure!" (Y/n) rolled her eyes in amusement while shaking her head before turning back to exit from the door. She closed the door behind her and checked the time on her phone.
2:25pm
"Hmm," she shoved the phone in her jacket's pocket. "Not yet late..."
***
(Y/n) arrived at the school field only to find it empty with Katsuki nowhere to be seen. She looked around the plain, flat, grassy terrain and still nothing. All she could see was little bits of confetti on the ground, an aftermath litter from the festival the previous day, candy wrappers here, crushed soda bottles and empty food packets there, explosive ash blonde nowhere.
She mindlessly walked around the field until she got to a place where there was no litter around. Looking around the place, she noticed three, no five bots working to clean up the field.
It was so quiet and empty, a contrast to the noisy and excitement-filled environment from the previous day. It was a good thing they even allowed her to pass through the gate considering everyone, including the teachers, were home.
Well, she got U.A. security to thank for, and her brain for remembering to carry her school ID in her jacket.
Already bored of walking around the field, she lifted her hands up in a stretch and looked heavenward at the blue, cloudless sky. She then let her hands fall back to her sides and she looked down at her feet. She frowned and kicked at a stray rock.
"If he stood me up, I'm shoving these rocks in his ass," she muttered under her breath, jamming her hand in her pocket with the intention of sending him an 'I'm going back home, asshole!!' text.
"You're late."
(Y/n) jumped up in surprise at the gruff voice, quickly turning around to meet Katsuki, who had appeared out of nowhere and was now walking towards her.
"Well, you didn't specify exactly what time in the afternoon," the girl shot back with narrowed eyes while taking out her hand from her pocket.
Katsuki scoffed and stopped and in front of her, his crimson-colored eyes boring into her. (Y/n)'s forehead creased and she leaned away instinctively from him, eyes wearily sizing him up.
"...What?" the female asked, his silence unnerving her as she was accustomed to an ever screaming Katsuki.
"Nothing," the male clicked his tongue and turned his head away, his usual frown deepening.
Her eyebrows furrowed further. Did she miss something?
Shaking off those intrusive but unimportant thoughts, she shrugged off her jacket and began tying it around her waist by its arms. "You know," she began, her voice capturing Katsuki's attention who turned to look at her. She finished and looked up at him with a cheeky grin. "I didn't know exactly what to wear since you also didn't specify whether this was a casual or formal occasion..." she tapped her chin while looking thoughtfully upwards. "I could've worn my evening gown...but then again, the rompers struck a nerve in me..."
"Haah?!" (Y/n) let out an amused snort. "What kind of shit is that demented brain of yours fucking thinking about?!"
"Come on, I'm just teasin'," she rolled her eyes. "Stop getting so worked up."
"Shut up," Katsuki sent her a dark glare shoved his hands in his pockets. "Let's just start what we came here for."
Katsuki noticed that she had coincidentally worn similar colors to his, not that she noticed or cared in the least. In his mind, he still couldn't believe that he was actually spending time, alone, with (Y/n). Before, he had tried to think up excuses to have her to himself even if it was just an hour but all of them were stupid, one being more unreasonable than the other.
Normally, he would've just left it as that and suppressed the feelings until they went away but it was so fucking hard especially with the fact that he saw her nearly every day. And every time he thought he had finally made progress on forgetting her, that little shit always had to go and do something so simple like smile at him and it was all back to square fucking one. He hated it. He hated being that 'one guy with the one-sided crush'. He also hated how it ate him up inside, knowing that he couldn't make his move on her, especially with Shouto around. For some fucking reason, that ice fucker had begun watching Katsuki like a hawk whenever she was around him and it was starting to piss him off.
If he and his dumb face didn't back off soon enough, Katsuki was going to start throwing hands.
But then, when he found out that, also for some fucking reason, her Quirk 'negated' his, he couldn't believe it. Normally, he would've gotten so angry at (Y/n), no, he was supposed to be angry at her then done extensive research on her Quirk and stayed the fuck away from her as possible while hissing at her whenever she came close but he didn't. In fact, after doing some brooding of his own, he had come to realize that it as a loophole, a chance given to him by the heavens themselves. A chance which he will use so much to his own advantage and get her to hang out with him in the pretense of 'physical research of why your Quirk beats mine'.
And when she said yes to his proposal, he couldn't believe his fucking luck...or ears at the time. He had expected her to shoot him down, telling him to grab a book or Google it but she didn't. And no words couldn't explain how elated he felt. Happiness coming from simple things that weren't 'winning' made him want to retch but not that time. He would've been perfectly fine shitting rainbows and all that stupid love stuff. Either way, he did count that as a 'win' so shut up.
And there she was, his slight victory, staring at him with those gorgeous (e/c) eyes that he loved when they were on him, and only him.
He really was a desperate, pathetic piece of shit, wasn't he?
"Are we uh...starting whatever we're starting soon or are you just going to stare at me?" the girl's voice took the male out of his train of thoughts and a red color stained his cheeks when he realized his mistake.
"Shut the fuck up!" he snapped to hide his fluster as he quickly went into an attacking stance.
(Y/n) lightly frowned and copied his actions unsurely.
"Now, what we're gonna do is that I'm going to come up to you like I did at the festival and you're gonna do whatever the fuck it is you did, okay?" Katsuki explained, his voice low yet authoritative.
(Y/n) paused for a moment to take in his instructions before a confused look crossed her face. "Wait, what?"
Katsuki had neither heard nor seen her confusion because not a second later, he bolted towards (Y/n), his right hand swinging back, palm glowing hot orange with smoke and mini-explosions sparking off of it.
Her eyes widened in shock and her breath stuck in her throat. Oh, so that's what they were doing. And oh shit, she is so not ready to block off that attack. Maybe attending the session was a mistake.
"Wait!! Wait!!!" she cried out while protectively crossing her arms over her head.
Katsuki immediately halted, a confused expression on his face before it morphed into one of rage. "What the fuck is it now?!"
(Y/n) peeked through a space between her arms and when she saw that he had stopped, she slowly placed her arms down and sighed in relief. She placed a hand on her arm and sent the boy a weak glare. "I...I-I wasn't prepared."
Katsuki's face went blank.
His forehead then furrowed. "Are you an idiot?"
(Y/n) made a face. "What does-how does that make me an idi-" she cut herself off and ran a hand down her face. "You know what?" she then threw her arm in the air in exasperation and let it fall back down. "I don't even know what I'm doing here anymore."
"Haah?!"
We're not even on the same page, let alone library...(Y/n) shoulders sagged in resignation and she sighed. "What I mean is, by doing all..." she gestured to his whole form. "...this, I'm not prepa-oh forget it," she smacked her forehead and groaned. It was like everything she had planned to say had just vanished. "I don't even know what I'm saying," she muttered to herself before turning back to Katsuki, who was looking at her like she was crazy. "Look-um...what I'm saying is," she began making wild gestures with her hands. "I'm not sure whether uh...this whole...whatever we're doing...thing is going to work this time and-" she cut herself off with a sigh and sent the boy a wilted look. "Do you understand me?" she closed her eyes and began rubbing her temples. "It's like..." she tilted her head back. "My brain just suddenly short-circuited and shit. Kaminari'd and...stuff. Ugh..."
Katsuki squinted. What in the goddamn fuck?
When (Y/n) finally recovered from her brief brain outage, she blew out her cheeks and smacked her hands to her cheeks. She then flashed the unsettled boy a grin. "So! What is it you were asking?"
"You've got some weird shit going on in your head," The ash blonde deadpanned, resulting in (Y/n) sending him an unamused look.
"Ha ha, very funny," she rolled her eyes. She didn't need him, she already figured out what he was asking. "Anyway, I was saying that during the fight, I was going in blind and-"
"What?!"
"-And!" she shot him a quick glower for interrupting. "I was testing out my luck on whether it would work or not. Before then, I had just accidentally come across it but I've never really tried it on you since, ya know, we've never gone against each other before. So what I'm saying is," she began wringing her fingers. "It may or may not work again. Because statistics, adrenaline," she pointed up at the sky. "Weather."
With rage-filled eyes and throbbing veins popping out from his neck, Katsuki stomped over to (Y/n) and grabbed her by the arms, shaking her a bit. "So what you're fucking saying is that you tried something that could've been dangerous just because you hoped it would work?!!"
(Y/n)'s eyebrows furrowed. "Did I say that?" she then released an unattractive snort. "Oh yeah, I did. My bad."
The ash-blond growled in anger and his grip on her arms tightened, making the girl wince and begin to try and pry his hands off her.
"Look, you can't get angry at me," she placed her hands on his chest to increase the distance between them, which was getting uncomfortably smaller. "What did you expect? For me to just come up to you and be like 'Hey Katsuki! I just read that my Quirk might be able to stop yours. Wanna try it out, ol' buddy, ol' pal?'. You'd incinerate me without a second thought for even thinking that my Quirk is better than yours."
Katsuki's scowl deepened at the truth behind her hands, making her smile up at him smugly.
Clicking his tongue, he roughly let go of her arms and crossed his arms over his chest. "Fucking fine. What is it you read?"
"Huh?" she sent him a puzzled look, haven't had caught what he said because she was too busy rubbing her sore arms and subtly increasing the distance between them.
"Are you deaf?!! I asked you to tell me what you fucking read!!"
(Y/n) grimaced. "Okay! Okay! Calm your nuts for a second then," she ignored the death glare Katsuki sent her and cast her gaze to the follow she tried to remember the article's words. "It read um...that since my Quirk," she looked up lock gazes back with him. "You know lava and stuff, is an incredibly dense material so it doesn't contain much oxygen even though it has a high temperature. Your Quirk, on the other hand, uses nitroglycerin that is present in your sweat to set off explosions," she held up a finger. "Buuut since for some kind of long chemical reason that I don't feel like explaining at the moment, it also depends on oxygen that is highly flammable, because duh, Chemistry. Anyway, the lava, when mixed with the explosive material somehow contains it, therefore eluding the blast which," she held out her arms, palms up and shrugged. "Sorta makes it useless against mine. Also when I cool it down to form solid rock, the rock takes the hit while I go untouched," she then began stroking her imaginary beard. "Now that I think about it, it kinda makes sense as to why nations experiment on throwing explosives into volcanoes when expecting something different than what really happens. Which is kinda disappointing, but also fascinating in some way."
When she was done, (Y/n) looked back at Katsuki to see if he got all that she had said, only to find him staring at her with an unreadable expression on. She frowned and placed her hands on her hips. "Don't tell me all that entered in one ear and got out of the other because I am not repeating what I just said!"
"Hah?!" His face twisted up in anger as his cheeks traitorously turned pink. His pathetic ass had been caught yet again. "Do I look fucking dumb to you?! Of course, I understood what you fucking said!!"
"Oh?" she rose a challenging brow and crossed her arms over her chest, hip jutted out. "What did you understand then?"
The boy stubbornly looked away from her but extended his middle finger towards her. "A lot of stupid stuff that I don't give shit about!" he then looked back at her. "Now are we starting or what?!"
(Y/n) tensed, her eyes flickering from side to side before settling back on him. "Wait? Now? Already?"
"Yes now! Now shut up and get ready to stop me," Katsuki responded as he took a few steps in front of the girl, getting into a fighting stance.
"Ready?"
(Y/n) sighed and took a half-hearted battle stance. Somehow, her bed sounded really nice at the moment.
"Okay, ready," the girl nodded as she flexed her fingers, preparing herself to cool down her body temperature. Lava started bubbling from her left hand as she focused her energy on cooling it down. Her eyes went back to Katsuki whose hands had started to glow as wisps of smoke escaped from his clawed palms. She could feel the molten lava begin to solidify over her hand as she prepared to counter his attack.
A slightly loud explosion went off from up ahead as Katsuki propelled himself towards her in breakneck speed. (Y/n)'s jaw tightened. This was gonna end so disastrously for her if it didn't work.
Her eyes stayed glued to the approaching boy and she lowered her body slightly in preparation to receive the attack and force behind it. When he was finally close to her, the ash-blond shot his hand out at the girl, ready to detonate, while the other hand clutched his outstretched arm. (Y/n) squeezed her eyes shut and swung her fist forward.
Well, at least she'd be wearing something black when she died.
The minute her hand collided with his, a loud explosion went off, the components of solidified magma coercing with the blast with so much force that blew chunks of debris from the ground. It was similar to the blast back when they fought but with lesser intensity.
Due to the force and also since she wasn't fully balanced as her eyes were closed, the girl stumbled back before falling to the ground. As soon as all the dust and smoke cleared, the girl's eyes fluttered open. She instantly sat up, her hands going up to feel her body as her eyes widened in joy.
"I'm okay! I'm fine," she let out an airy laugh.
"Of course we're fine, you moron."
(Y/n)'s smile immediately fell as she looked up to scowl at Katsuki, who was scowling back at her with more intensity.
"I was talking about myself..." she muttered dryly as she got up to her feet.
"So your fucking Quirk negates mine? Perfect! Just what I needed!" Katsuki grumbled as he kicked a stone hard with his foot.
(Y/n) scoffed and crossed her arms over her chest. "You would've just left it to be a figment of your imagination then if you're so mad about it," (Y/n) murmured, her eyes hard on the ash-blond.
"Wanna say that to my fucking face?!" Katsuki instantly got up in her face, nostrils flared and tone menacing.
Unfazed by his imminent threat, (Y/n) faced him head-on, eyes widened and expression daring.
"If you're so mad about it," she repeated, her words slow and pronounced. "Then maybe you should've just left it to be a figment of your imagination. How's that?"
Katsuki was about to go apeshit.
With lip curled back and teeth bared, he emitted a low, growl from the back of this throat. A warning. A warning flashing red, telling her to back off.
But she didn't. She stared back at him with the same defiance she showed him during their fight. Her eyes were narrowed, lips pressed together in a thin line as she dared him to do anything that would trigger her. Anything that would make her bitchslap him to high heaven.
And he once wondered why he was even drawn to her in the first place.
"Tch, fine. Whatever, fucking idiot," he backed off and even added a weak insult to at least retain his bruised ego. And let it be noted, that he never backs off from a challenge. Ever. But this was one of the many ways that just goes to show how he was weak for her. And he hated it.
Feeling triumphant, (Y/n)'s mouth twitched but she prevented the smug smile threatening to show on her face. Instead, she put on a serious look and cleared her throat to dispel the awkward air.
'Look, if you're worried I might use it against you then you don't have to. Here I am, offering to go more rounds with you, train or whatever, so that at least you can know more about it. And who knows?" she shrugged. "We might be able to combine both our powers one day."
Katsuki scoffed in derision, pride still wounded. "That's not even possible, dumbass. Combining powers? That's a load of bullshit."
(Y/n) frowned. "No, it's not," she then sighed when she realized that she had to explain her theory practically. She went to stand beside Kastuki, his eyes following her carefully. "Look at this way, see, let's say," she gestured between them. "We're standing side to side like this, okay? If the lack of oxygen works against your explosions, there's gotta be a way somehow that if we stand at about a minimum of two inches from each other, your nitroglycerin might actually utilize the minimum oxygen to set off a much more powerful explosion than usual. Mine doesn't go so far so I'll just set off a little bit of mine, which means you'll do most of the work. That's only to provide the oxygen it needs and nothing more. Also, if we look at some of the interesting facts..."
As (Y/n) rambled on, Katsuki, once again, found his eyes lingering on her face, her words sounding as vague and drowned out as if he was immersed in water. She was standing so close to him he could almost catch a whiff of her shampoo and the perfume she used. While she was explaining, he was busy focusing on the little details like how her eyebrows furrowed whenever she thought hard and how her eyes couldn't focus on one place whenever she was explaining something. Overall, when she got serious, he found her...what was it? Cute? No, nice looking sounded better and had a less chance to make him slam his head in between elevator doors.
(Y/n), however, noticed him staring once again and interpreted it as complete and total ignorance on his part, therefore she stopped short of her explanation and her expression dulled. "Are you even listening to me?!"
"Shut up," he turned his face away from her to hide his insufferable red cheeks. "You keep spouting all that smart stuff from your dumb mouth. S'fucking bothering my fucking brain."
The girl squinted. "Wha-?" she then shook her head and raised in her chin in contempt. "I'm gonna take that as an 'I'm smarter than I look' which by the way, if you should know, I'm a lot of things than I look."
Katsuki smirked at the self-set trap she had just fallen in and turned to rake his eyes over her. "So you're dirtier than you look?"
(Y/n)'s face went blank.
"...Shame on you. That was intentional."
Katsuki's smirk widened at her sulking face and (Y/n) flipped him off at.
"Whatever, if you want, we can just try it," she lifted her shoulder in a half shrug. "But if you don't, we can just go back to trying to kill each other, specifically me."
Katsuki shoved his hands in his pockets and looked forward. "I'll do it."
Her eyebrows rose in slight surprise. "Really? Well," she shuffled closer to his side, arms almost touching. "It's just a theory but um..." she muttered a 'how do I do this' before lifting up her right arm in the air. "Just lift your left arm like mine," when he did, his arm was touching (Y/n)'s but she gently pushed his away with her other hand. "Put a little bit of distance between them but not too much. Again, it's just a hunch but it won't hurt to try, okay?"
"Just shut up and do it already. My hand is getting tired."
(Y/n)'s forehead creased when she felt Katsuki's presence behind her and she looked over her shoulder only to be met with Katsuki's face inches away from hers. He had managed to slip unnoticed one step behind her when she was busy explaining and the moment, he was looming over, staring blatantly down at her. His then snaked his left arm around her waist, his right still lifted beside (Y/n)'s as he pressed the girl's back to his front.
(Y/n) let out a gasp, jumping at the brazen action as her face erupted in a blush at the close contact. She tried to lean her face away from him as she struggled to move away from his hold.
"Katsuki! What-what are you-?!"
"Just shut the fuck up and face in front."
"Hey! Let g-!"
"Shut up!"
Katsuki's authoritative order and the warning squeeze his hand gave her side, made the girl snap her mouth shut. Her face was still red, confusion and escape alerts triggered in her mind. Just what the fuck did he think he was doing?!
"Stop overreacting, you moron," his voice came from behind her, leveled, deep and vibrating through his chest to her back. "If I stood behind you, then you won't take all the recoil when both powers combine. I still have to hold on to you because you're weak as shit and you'll probably fall on your ass. So get that in your stupid brain before you start making assumptions that don't make any fucking sense. Got that?"
(Y/n)'s jaw fell wide open.
Realization dawned on her face when she replayed his words in her mind. Heat crept up her ears and neck when she finally understood the reason to what he was doing.
Suddenly, she felt stupid.
But did he really have to be that close?
"Ready?"
Katsuki's voice broke out of her thoughts and she pushed back her embarrassment for a moment to focus on the task at hand. She nodded stiffly, her breath hitching as she felt his thumb slowly brush over the exposed skin of her stomach.
Another thing to regret. Just perfect.
She took in a sharp breath as she focused a tiny bit of her power to her palm. Beside her, she could feel the static energy shooting up his arm, before both Quirks were released at the same time. Lava shot out of her palm, mixing with the explosion to result into a loud blast. Since their arms were raised up, it almost looked like a mini volcano erupting, with all the tiny heated up stones, ash and dust thrown into the air as the force swept back through the field, bending the nearby trees with the large gust of wind.
The force pushed back the girl into the boy's chest and his arm tightened around her to pull her closer for balance. (Y/n) covered her eyes from the dust, but her mouth was wide open in a smile, a joyous laugh erupting from her chest.
As soon as the dust cleared, she punched the air with her fist.
"Yes! Oh my God! That was so awesome! Did you see that! Did you see that Katsu-" she gushed as she turned her head to look at him but cut herself off when she realized that his face was inches from her.
The girl jumped out of his hold, her mind clicking on the position they were in. She pushed the stray locks out her face as she tried to play it off. "Uh...that was good," she cleared her throat and awkwardly crossed her arms over her chest. "Good-good job."
Katsuki gave her a weird look before he shook it off and walked towards her. "Okay, let's do it agai-"
"No!" (Y/n) yelled, her arms shooting up in front of her to stop him from getting closer.
Katsuki froze in his tracks, his eyebrows furrowed at her. At first, he thought that he had hurt her in some way but the thought faded once he took in her red face. What the-
"If you don't want me to come closer then, how do you expect us to do it again?" he inquired, his eyes carefully watching for her reaction to the cornering question.
"Uh...well in a real fight, we wouldn't have time to...get close so...we have to try and work with some more distance between us," the girl frantically explained, hoping the male wouldn't realize that she actually didn't want him close.
Oh.
Katsuki scowled, already figured out why she was acting that way. That fact itself bothered him to no ends but he chose to not let it show. Instead, he shoved his hands in his pockets and cast his fiery gaze to the side. "Fine then. Have it your fucking way. Where should I stand?"
The girl pointed at the spot where he was standing. "There's fine."
"Here?" Katsuki narrowed his eyes at her. This fucking girl...
(Y/n) eagerly nodded, satisfied with the distance as she went back to stand beside him but thirty centimeters away from him. Ignoring his glare, she lifted her hand up, slightly angled to his direction as he did the same so that both powers would meet in the middle.
"Okay?
"...Okay."
***
"I can't-I can't! No more Katsuki!"
"Shut up and get up! One more round!"
"No! I can't feel my legs!...I'm so tired!"
"I swear if you don't get up, I'm gonna haul your ass up and beat it up!"
(Y/n) glared at the male towering from the ground, his face seething.
"Actually that choice sounds really great, to be honest," the girl retorted back with a sly smirk before her face contorted into a frown. "I'm tired! Give me a break!"
"We've only been at it for three hours!" he spat.
"Oh! You don't say!" (Y/n) shot back sarcastically, earning a growl from Katsuki.
"Why you...." Katsuki groaned before he threw his hands in the air in vexation. "Fine, if you get up, I promise to feed you."
Her eyes momentarily lit up in excitement but then she immediately narrowed them. "Today's special and all its kinks?"
"Yeah sure fine! Whatever the fuck that is!" Katsuki huffed impatiently and stretched his hand out for her to take, his face turned away from her.
(Y/n) pursed her lips in thought as she stared at his palm. The corners of her lips then quirked up into a smile as she placed her hand in his.
Who would ever turn down the offer of free food?
