STEAL MY CLOTHES
::  xxvii. | nine month anniversary

It finally reached the nine month mark in Sarah's and Alexa's relationship, it was now the month of July. Though, like most couples, they make like every month their anniversary when they start dating; Alexa and Sarah decided they wanted to celebrate when they were getting close to the one year mark and today was that day.

Sarah had woken up a tad earlier than her schedule to make her lovely girlfriend breakfast. Sarah didn't know how to cook for the life of her but just for Alexa . . she was willing to try.

After she took out pans and the toaster oven, she then took out the ingredients she needed. After having everything sat on the counter, she stared at them figuring out what to make because she was at lost of that too. After about five minutes, she decided on eggs and pancakes. It couldn't be that hard, right?

So she began, she cracked four eggs in a bowl and then stirred. After stirring, she turned the stove on and then poured the eggs in the pan. As the eggs cooked, she began to make the pancakes. Sarah thought about turning music on but she didn't want to wake up Alexa and spoil the surprise.

Twenty-five minutes later, Sarah finished preparing the plates, the kitchen was a tad a mess and she could hear Alexa walking around upstairs. So she quickly poured the coffee and then sat it on the tray. She picked up the tray and began her way back up to her room that she shared with Alexa.

She carefully walked to the room and as she walked in, Alexa was just walking out the bathroom that was in their room.

"Oh my god!" Alexa squealed, "What is this?" She met Sarah at their bed.

"My attempt at brunch. Sorry if it tastes like cow shit." Sarah sat the tray on the bed.

"I doubt it." Alexa picked up the fork and stabbed it in the eggs. She took a bite and then next were the pancakes. Alexa didn't want to be mean, so she smiled while chewing cow shit.

"So, it's good?" Sarah questioned with hope in her eyes.

Alexa nodded as picked up the coffee to wash it down. She had no intention of telling her how it really tasted because she's that nice of a person. After Alexa took another gulp of the coffee and wiped her mouth with a napkin, she looked Sarah dead in the eye,  "Are you cooking for dinner?"

Fear rose in Sarah's eyes. She already had a hard time with brunch and now Alexa wants dinner as well, "Do you want me to?"

"No!" Alexa exclaimed, "I'm in more of a mood for pizza." Her mood shifted just as fast, "Anyway, I got something for you." She got down on the floor to pull something from under the bed. She then stood up and handed Sarah the decorated box, "I love you very much and I hate seeing you sad, so."

Sarah smiled as she took the box and just as she was opening it, she closed it right back up. She realized what Alexa had just said and she couldn't believe it just went over her head like that, "Wait — you just said the L word."

Alexa shyly shrugged, "Yeah."

Sarah smiled cutely, "I love you too."

Alexa went in for a kiss then quickly pulled away, encouraging Sarah to open her gift. The blonde took the lid off and two concert tickets were revealed. They were for Clayton's concert in Arizona. Alexa knew Sarah hadn't seen him in a long while and she missed one of her bestest friends, so the euphoria star pulled a few strings.

Sarah was so happy, she hugged her girlfriend. Then Alexa asked about her gift and Sarah told her that she would be getting it later tonight. Two reasons — number one, she didn't have a gift yet and two, she wasn't sure of what to get her. Alexa is hard to shop for. So after about an hour she asked the two people who knew her a little bit better than she did to kind of help out.

The three young women decided the mall would be the best to meet. They all met in H&M near the entryway. Sarah waved to them as she was approaching the store.

"Thank you for coming on such short notice." She hugged the two.

"Anything for the girlfriend of our little brat." Barbie commented as she hugged Sarah back.

The three linked arms and walked into the store. This was one of Alexa's favorite stores in the mall so they thought this was perfect. But after an hour, there wasn't anything that they thought that Alexa would like. That's when the three regrouped at the entrance.

"Maybe something of sentimental value. Like make something." Sydney suggested after they regrouped.

"OR lingerie. Alexa's always looking for something new like that and it would be a plus for you. Victoria's Secret anyone?" Barbie wiggled her brows.

Sarah thought about it for a second then caved. The three headed to the that store and after some time, Sarah found something she thought would he perfect. So she paid for it, thanked the girls and was on her back home.

Alexa was getting ready for dinner which meant Sarah had enough time to do one more thing. She channeled her inner child and did some arts&crafts. She wanted to make a timeline of their relationship. She thought it would be cute.

A few more hours passed and the two were about to head out to some pizza parlor for dinner. Once they approached the door, Sarah slipped a paper out of her bag and held it out for Alexa to take.

"This is part one of your gifts." She filled her in.

Alexa gently took the paper and opened it up. A smiled crept across her lips as she read it. It was a timeline of their relationship from their first words (which was probably bitch) to their nice first words then their friendship, etc. She was in awe the whole time, she thought it was cute and adorable.

"Thank you." Alexa mumbled as she carefully folded it back up. Alexa slipped it into her purse then the two walked outside.

As Alexa locked the door, Sarah got in on the driver's side. They thought it would be appropriate if they drove themselves, it just made sense. Alexa got in on the passenger's side and once the door was shut, they began their way to the parlor.

It wasn't that even long of a drive. After another red light and about five more minutes, they drove into the parking lot. Sarah parked the car and then got out as did Alexa. They both intertwined their fingers as they began to walk into the parlor. Not many people were there, so it was quick for them to grab a table.

As time progressed, their drinks and pizza was brought to them and immediately started eating.

After two hours of just sitting there and talking, the two finally thought it was time to call it a night even though their night was far from over. Alexa mentioned on their way to the car that she couldn't wait for dessert. Sarah caught onto the double meaning but she knew which way it was leaning towards.

They both got into the car and Sarah drove them back to the house. In no less than twenty minutes, the car was parked in the driveway and their front door was shut closed as the two went in.

Alexa pushed Sarah up against the door and began to kiss her hungrily. Sarah kissed back, letting her bag fall to the floor but before it could go any further, Sarah wanted to give Alexa her next gift. Also, she thought it would be fitting for this moment.

"Wait, wait, wait —" Sarah pulled away, "Open that." She pointed to the bag on the table that was behind them.

Alexa glanced at the bag then back at her, "Can't that wait?"

"Trust me. It's something for the both of us." Sarah reasoned.

With a playful eye roll, Alexa made her way to the table and opened up the gift bag. Her mouth slightly opened as she pulled out the black lingerie. She was amused and lowkey thought Sarah didn't have it in her.

"Give me five minutes." The dark haired girl said before quickly making her way up the stairs and to the bedroom.

Sarah soon followed after her and closed the door behind after entering the bedroom as well. She went and sat on the bed and went on her phone as she waited for Alexa to change.

Five minutes had passed and Alexa walked out in all black. She approached Sarah and took the phone out her hands, tossing it behind her on the bed. The two began kissing as Alexa straddled her and Sarah wrapped an arm around her back.

Let's just say they got double of dessert.
