Janica and Aaron arrived at camp after being gone for an hour."JANICA!" Lavender screamed and ran towards Janica, ready to give her a hug. Janica bit her lip and finally put out her hands for Lavender to stop. "What's wrong?" She asked. Janica could feel tears welling in her eyes. She didn't know how to tell her little sister that she was going to die. Tears welled up in her eyes. "I... I... I'm sorry" Janica said with her voice breaking. She speed walked away from the two. Lavender caught a glance of Janica's injury. Lavender chased after Janica. Janica held her elbows in her hands as tears streamed down her eyes. She was broken down. She could feel a physical pain over her heart, her lips quivered. "How did this happen?" Lavender questioned. Janica kept walking. "Janica!" She yelled. Janica sped up. "Go away" she said. "JANIC-!" Lavender screamed when Janica cut her off, "I SAID GO AWAY!!" Janica screamed. " YOU NEED TO ACCEPT IT!! I'LL BE CRAZY TOMORROW!!" Janica screamed. Her eyes were now bloodshot. She wiped away her tears. "That's not important now. We have to free Seth and Aaron's mom. He needs them" she explains. Aaron's body shook. Tears streamed down his face. He remembered the sound of the door breaking down. The sound of Seth calling for help. The sounds of pain and agony from his mother. "Help me! Please! Aaron don't go!! Help me!!!" Aaron remembered his brother's cries. "There's a C.D.C camp at the end of this woods. If we can get there and find a way to sneak in, we can save Aaron's family" Janica explained. Lavender looked as if she had been pondering this for a while and an idea sparked in her head. "How about we turn ourselves in? Then we can pass off as prisoners!" Lavender exclaimed. Aaron's eyes widened at this statement. "Are you nuts?!" He yelled, "we could be killed! What would they do with Janica?!" Aaron yelled. "You got a better idea?" Janica asked as she bandaged her wound. "As long as I keep it covered, we should be okay" Janica explained, "I have until noon tomorrow" she concluded. "Then it's settled!" Lavender said happily. Aaron smiled at her enthusiasm. "Let's get some rest" Aaron said as he sat with the others. Lavender had heated a soup can over a fire while Aaron and Janica were gone. They were all satisfied with the meal and laid down for a nights rest. Janica stared up at the sky and listened to the fire crackle. "I wonder if Seth and Aaron's mom are even alive" Janica thought "I always thought that transforming would be painful" Janica thought, "thankfully it's peaceful. Mom always looked as if she was being attacked when she got Raxious" Janica remembered. Lavender and her had lost their mother to Raxious. When their father left to find a cure, he had never come back. Janica turned towards Lavender. Her beautiful blonde hair sprawled across the dirt and grass. Her kind face was at full rest. Janica touched the girls hand and whispered, "I love you. I'll protect you for as long as I can". With that, Janica fell into a deep sleep
