Part 5

The last thing you remembered was Kirishima and Bakugou looking at you with worried eyes. The steady sound of a machine beeping slowly woke you from your unconscious state.

"I'm just glad you're both alright," a familiar voice said.

'Eijiro.'

"That was, honestly terrifying. I'm, I'm,"

"Just shut up with the mushy garbage, Kirishima." Another familiar voice growled.

'And Katsuki to.'

"Come on. We're all fine now." Bakugou said. You opened your eyes, squinting as a bright, white light blinded you. You were laying in a hospital bed, Kirishima and Bakugou laying in beds next to you. Bakugou had cooling packs over the burns on his body, while Kirishima had a cast over his arm that had been affected by Shigaraki's Quirk. Kirishima looked over at you, his eyes widening.

"Huh? Oh, [Y/N]! You're awake!" Kirishima said, relief shinning in his ruby red eyes. "How are you feeling? You kind of passed out on us earlier." Kirishima said. You nodded, sitting up in the bed. You groaned and held your head, your vision swimming a bit. You took a deep breath and looked at the two boys who had rescued you.

"Yeah. Sorry about that. When I let my powers take control, it takes a lot out of me and I end up passing out," you said. "W-what about you two? How are your burns, Bakugou? And your arm, Kirishima?" You asked, desperate to know that your friends were okay. Bakugou glanced at you.

"Calm down. We're alright. We're both fine," he said. He then scoffed. "Tch, You really think I'd be taken down by a week ass villain like that? I only have some small burns, they'll heal." Bakugou said. You sighed in relief, happy that Bakugou wasn't too injured. You looked to Kirishima. He smiled.

"Don't worry yourself too much. My arm's a little wounded, but the doctor said it'll heal up in a couple weeks or so," he said. "Plus, once we get back home, Recovery Girl can help with the healing process." He said. He looked down at his arm, smiling. "To be honest, I really don't mind having this cast. It just means that my friends can sign it." Kirishima said, smiling. Tears started coming to your eyes. Your friends risked their lives for you, and you couldn't do a damn thing. You felt so useless. You sniffed, trying to brush your tears away. Kirishima looked at you, worried.

"Huh, hey, [Y/N], don't cry," he said, trying to comfort you. Bakugou glanced at you. He knew what you were feeling. He went through the exact same thing when the League of Villains attacked the training camp and kidnapped both you and him. "What's wrong?" Kirishima asked, thinking that you had been hurt. You sniffed again.

"I-I feel useless." You said, still trying to brush your tears away. Kirishima's eyes widened.

"You feel useless? No, don't you ever say that!" Kirishima said. He sighed. "Ugh. I wish I wasn't hooked up to all this stuff otherwise I'd come give you a hug." Kirishima said, looking down at all the wires he was connected to. You continued to cry, Kirishima's kind words doing very little to comfort you. Bakugou sighed.

"Oh shut up, you're not useless," he said, looking at you. You froze, looking into Bakugou's red eyes. "You were tied to a chair with something you couldn't use your Quirk against. You were completely restrained. The hell did you plan to do when you couldn't move, huh?" Bakugou asked, looking at you. You sniffed and looked down at your hands. Kirishima looked at Bakugou.

"Bakugou. Well, I mean, he's right. You couldn't even move. And you said so yourself. Your Quirk doesn't work on Platinum, which is what they used to restrain you. Besides that awesome attack you did with the air, there was really nothing you could have done." Kirishima said. You sniffed and sighed, brushing some tears away.

"Maybe so. I still let my powers take control of me. I could have done more to try and control them." You said. Kirishima frowned.

"Screw that," he said, shocking you. "You managed to send us your location without being spotted by the villains. That takes a lot of guts, [Y/N]. So what if your powers took control. Bakugou was able to snap you out of it. When we get back from vacation, you can ask Mr. Aizawa to help you gain better control over them." He said. You sniffed and nodded. Kirishima had a point. It wasn't like your powers hadn't gotten out of control before. You had been working with Shinso and Aizawa. Maybe you'd have to double down on your training. Bakugou glanced at you.

"Don't cry so much," he said. You looked at him. He gave a you a flash of a smile. "You're not useless. You were scared and you couldn't do very much even if you wanted to. You used your Quirk in a way that gave us a chance to regroup. Like Weird Hair said, you managed to send us your location. That's all that matters." He said. Kirishima nodded.

"Uh, yeah. Like Bakugou said," he looked at you and smiled. "Don't worry so much, okay? You did amazing. You were so brave. And your Quirk is so powerful! Even tied up, you managed to make use of it! You're incredibly strong willed, [Y/N]," he smiled and clenched his good hand into a fist, raising it into the air. "And that along with a manly and strong spirit!" Kirishima said, making you smile slightly. "That's what's most important. The best trait of a selfless and strong hero." He said. Bakugou glanced at the red head.

"They get it, Kirishima." Bakugou said. Kirishima smiled and chuckled, rubbing the back of his head.

"Hehe, sorry. I don't want to overwhelm you. Honestly, I'm just glad those villains didn't hurt you." He said. You looked down at your hands.

"Shigaraki wanted to turn me into a Nomu," you said, clenching the blankets tightly. Bakugou and Kirishima's eyes widened. "They wanted to turn me into a monster," you rose your hand. A tiny tornado of air formed in the palm of your hand. "With this power, a Nomu like that would be unstoppable." You said. Bakugou sighed.

"He's not going to get the chance to turn you into a Nomu," Bakugou said, making you look at him. He looked at you. "Cause I'm not letting anyone take you away from us, ever again." He said. Kirishima smiled and nodded.

"Yeah! Same here!" He said. "We'd gladly protect you again if the villains tried to take you." He said. There was a knock on the door. Kirishima looked to it. "Huh? Oh, come in!" He called. A nurse peaked her head through the door, smiling.

"Bakugou, Kirishima, [Y/N], there's someone who'd like to see you." She said. She opened the door wider, letting in two familiar green and half and half males. Midoriya walked in.

"Kaachan, guys." Midoriya said, walking in. You froze. How did you know of this was the real Midoriya? Well, he did call Bakugou Kaachan instead of Bakugou this time. Midoriya smiled and sighed in relief. "You're all okay, I'm so glad." He said. Bakugou glared at Midoriya and Todoroki.

"Hah?! Who the hell let this idiot in?" Bakugou asked. You chuckled lightly at Bakugou, your previous emotions forgotten about. You looked at Midoriya and Todoroki.

"What are you two doing here?" You asked. Todoroki looked at you.

"We were so worried once we heard what had happened." He looked at you. "That must have been terrifying. Are you alright?" He asked. You smiled and nodded.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Thanks for asking." You said. Todoroki nodded. Midoriya frowned.

"You guys all went through so much. I'm so sorry I wasn't there." Midoriya said. Bakugou growled.

"Shut up, Deku!" He growled. You smiled slightly.

"Hey, don't worry about it, Midoriya." You said. You then froze. "Uh, you're actually Midoriya, right?" You asked. Midoriya looked at you and tilted his head.

"Huh? What do you mean?" He asked. Kirishima looked at him.

"Uh, I think one of the villains somehow disguised themselves as you. I guess that's how we ended up in this situation in the first place." Kirishima said, looking down at his cast. "You, I mean, they told us that there was a secret oasis at the end of the beach. Turns out it was just a villain ambush." He said. Todoroki hummed, pressing a finger to his chin in thought.

"Hmm. I know that two of the villains have Quirks like that." He said. Midoriya frowned.

"I'm, I'm so sorry you guys. Even if it wasn't me, I still feel so awful." He said. You relaxed slightly. This was the real Midoriya. Always feeling sorry for something that didn't even involve him. You smiled at him.

"You can't blame yourself at all for that, Midoriya." You said. Kirishima nodded.

"Yeah, what [Y/N] said. Besides, all that matters is that we're all fine now and [Y/N] is back safe and sound." He said. Bakugou hummed.

"I guess this means that Aizawa is going to be keeping a closer eye on the class y until the Gala." He said. Midoriya nodded.

"Yeah. We all need to stay at the resort from now on until the Gala." He said. He then smiled. "That's okay though. There's still tons of fun things we could do there anyways." He said. Todoroki looked at you.

"Speaking of, we were told to come here to collect [Y/N]. Aizawa wants them to room with Midoriya and I until the Gala while you two are recovering." Todoroki said. Your heart sunk. That meant you wouldn't be able to see Bakugou and Kirishima until the weekend, when the Gala took place. Kirishima nodded.

"That's a great idea. I didn't even think about that until now," he said. He looked at you. "You should go with Todoroki and Midoriya then, [Y/N]." He said. You frowned.

"But, I don't want to leave you guys." You said. Kirishima gave you a sympathetic smile.

"Aw, don't look so sad, [Y/N]. We'll see you at the Gala, okay?" He said. Tears came to your eyes again. You didn't mean to be so emotional, but after what you just experienced, you figured the tears were justified.

"Y-you promise?" You asked, brushing some of your tears away. Kirishima brushed some tears away as well. Bakugou sighed.

"We promise. Now stop crying. You to, Kirishima." He said. Kirishima chuckled slightly and sniffed. "I'm gonna be stuck here with you for two days, Weird Hair, and I don't want to put up with your stupid emotions." He said. Kirishima chuckled and sniffed again, brushing some tears away.

"I-I'm not crying. I'm happy!" He said, smiling. He looked at Midoriya and Todoroki. "You guys take care of [Y/N] us." Kirishima said. Midoriya nodded.

"Alright." He said. Bakugou scoffed.

"Tch, acting like we're goddamn dying or something." He grumbled. Midoriya nodded.

"We'll have lots of fun. You guys focus on recovering. You to, Kaachan. Don't strain yourself. Make sure to get lots of rest,"

"Don't tell me what to do, damn Deku!" Bakugou shouted, cutting Midoriya off. Midoriya chuckled.

"Alright well, we should be going," he said. He looked at you. "We'll grab your discharge papers and your clothes then we can go back to the resort." He said. You nodded.

"Alright." You said. A few moments later, and after changing, you turned to your friends. "See you both at the Gala, Eijiro, Katsuki." You said. Both males looked shocked at the fact that you had called them by their first names. Neither of them seemed to mind. Kirishima smiled and Bakugou smirked.

"Bye. See you then, roomie."
