×Sunghoon's pov×

Sunghoon shut the door and walked around to the driver's side. He slid behind the wheel, the scent of leather and old cologne filling his nostrils.

He didn't need to look at Heeseung to know he was staring at him, the weight of his gaze a pleasant pressure on Sunghoon's back.

Sunghoon sighed, pulling out of the driveway. The morning sun cast a golden glow over the city, and the air buzzed with the energy of another day beginning.

He drove silently, the only sounds the hum of the engine and the gentle rhythm of Heeseung's breathing.

"This is it."

Sunghoon said, turning off the engine, as he stopped outside the club. He turned towards Heeseung, his eyes lingering on the way the morning light danced on Heeseung's cheekbones.

Heeseung looked up at him, his face serious, and for a moment, Sunghoon felt a rush of something he couldn't quite name.

"Thank you, Sunghoon."

Heeseung said, leaning forward, his hand reaching out to touch Sunghoon's arm.

"For everything."

His touch, warm and surprisingly light, sent a shiver down Sunghoon's spine. He nodded, his throat suddenly dry.

"No problem."

He managed to say, his voice barely a whisper. Heeseung smiled, a slow, enigmatic smile that seemed to hold a secret.

"Go home safely please."

He said, unbuckling his seatbelt. He got out of the car, and Sunghoon watched him walk towards the club, his long legs moving with a confidence that both intrigued and intimidated Sunghoon.

He hesitated for a moment, a sense of unease settling over him, but then he started the car again and drove away.

The drive back was quiet, Sunghoon's mind replaying the encounter. Heeseung, with his dark, captivating eyes and a smile that hinted at a depth Sunghoon couldn't quite grasp, had left a mark. He couldn't explain it, but he felt a strange, undeniable pull towards the enigmatic stranger.

He parked his car in the garage and let himself into his apartment. He felt a pang of loneliness, the silence echoing in the empty space.

He was used to the quiet, but today, it felt different. He wanted the familiar warmth of his friends, their laughter and shared jokes.

He picked up his phone, his fingers hovering over the contact list before landing on Jake's name.

"Hey Jake, I'm kinda bored... maybe Jungwon and you could come over?"

He really hoped at least one of them would agree. Jake's voice, bright and cheerful, responded,

"Sure, Sunghoon! I was just about to call you. Jungwon is here, and we were wondering if you wanted to hang out."

Sunghoon smiled, a wave of relief washing over him. He knew he could always rely on his friends.

The hours flew by. They ordered pizza, laughed at each other's jokes, and reminisced about their shared memories.

It was a simple evening, but it felt perfect, a soothing balm for Sunghoon's restless thoughts.

As the night deepened, they moved to the living room, settling down on the floor with blankets and pillows, ready to watch a movie.

Sunghoon had chosen a classic comedy, hoping to lighten the mood. They were halfway through the movie when Sunghoon, finally feeling comfortable enough to share, decided to tell them about Heeseung. He was Jake's cousin after all.

"You know, I actually met someone last night, at the club."

He started, watching their reactions closely. Jake, engrossed in the movie, barely reacted. Jungwon, however, looked up with a raised eyebrow, a playful smirk on his lips.

"Oh yeah? Who's the lucky person?"

Sunghoon hesitated for a moment, his heart pounding in his chest. He took a deep breath and said,

"It was... Heeseung hyung."

The room fell silent. Jake's head shot up, his eyes wide with surprise, scaring Sunghoon a bit.

"Heeseung hyung? Like, Heeseung?"

Jake said, his voice tinged with incredulity. Sunghoon nodded slowly, feeling a growing unease.

"Like, Heeseung hyung, my cousin?"

Jake continued, his tone now laced with confusion. What couldn't he understand exactly?

"You met him at the club?"

Jungwon, who had been watching the exchange with amusement, leaned forward, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper.

"Wait, you went to the club?"

Sunghoon, his cheeks burning with embarrassment, mumbled a weak, firm 'Uh huh.'

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

He mumbled, feeling the heat rising in his cheeks. Jake was looking at him, as if Sunghoon's question was weird.

"You're Sunghoon! The Sunghoon who thinks nightclubs are for the uncultured and prefers a quiet night with a good book! You went to a club?!"

Well he was technically correct. Jungwon, unable to contain his laughter, chimed in.

"And you met Heeseung hyung? At a club? Hyung, what is going on?"

Sunghoon stared at them, feeling a mixture of confusion and awkwardness. He couldn't explain the sudden, inexplicable attraction he felt towards Heeseung, nor the way his usual aversion to clubs seemed to disappear in the face of a chance encounter. He shrugged, unsure of what to say.

"Just... don't tell Sunoo or Riki."

He muttered, his voice barely audible. Jake and Jungwon looked at each other, their eyes filled with a mixture of amusement and understanding.

"We won't."

Jake said, his smile a little mischievous. And Sunghoon knew exactly what was about to happen.

"But, maybe you should tell us... What exactly happened?"

Sunghoon sighed, a smile playing on his lips. The night was taking an unexpected turn, but he couldn't help but feel a surge of warmth.

He knew, in that moment, that this unexpected encounter with Heeseung was just the beginning of something new, something exciting, and something he was a little bit afraid of, but also undeniably intrigued by.

He took a deep breath and started to tell them about the night. He described the pulsing music, the flashing lights, and thr way he bumped into Heeseung. How he looked, what caught his eye, anything about Heeseung.

He told them about the conversation they had shared, the way Heeseung's eyes had seemed to see through him, and the unsettling feeling of vulnerability that he had felt in his presence.

As he spoke, he could feel the warmth of the room, the glow of the television screen, and the familiar comfort of his friends' presence.

He realized that he was holding back, not revealing everything, such as the way Sunghoon felt when he first saw him, when Heeseung hugged him, when he almost kissed him, when he held his hand, when he saw him shirtless.

But he was also discovering that he was no longer afraid to share this new, confusing attraction with them.

Jake and Jungwon listened intently, their expressions a mixture of curiosity and amusement.
