Johnny Pov(Thinking back on the time Johnny and Emily first really,truly kiss and when they first protected each other)

Emily and I were walking together in the streets holding hands and laughing when we got closer to soc territory but not actual soc area. Everything was fine until Bob,Randy,Paul,David and Kyle stopped us. "What do you idiots want?" asked Emily smartly sounding a lot like Dallas."To rip you two to shreds"said Randy and Bob in unison. I caught a glimpse of his sharp rings. Emily was tough then but not as tough as now. Paul shoved Emily up against a fence and pulled out his switchblade. Bob came over with his sharp rings and his stupid,little drunk smirk on his face. He tried to tackle me and cut my face with his rings. I winced in pain and my face became bloody. Bob got off me and laughed. "Fuck you Bob!" I yelled at him slapping him in the face weakly. Clearly Emily saw me in pain and what had just happened. She kneed Paul and ran over to me. She put her hand on my face and like I suspected it was now blood-covered. Paul came up behind Emily without her noticing and I couldn't warn her in time and cut her arm and she fell to the ground.  She winced in pain but still managed to kick Paul in the shin. I kicked Paul into Randy and Bob and then punched them in the face and they all ran off. I helped up and she thanked me. Her arm was messed up and bloody. I tied my jean jacket after taking it off onto her arm to help stop the bleeding. We began to walk back to her house. It began to rain,harder and harder it came down as we walked back. We stopped for the cars to go by at one point. "You know what I wanna do?" I asked Emily and we both kissed in the rain. Sparks felt like they were flying and it was perfect and romantic well as romantic as my new face scar and the new scar for her arm. I laughed as we pulled away and ran together hand in hand through the rain until we got to her house. She went in after we kissed each other goodnight. Why couldn't I just wake up from this and have another moment with her and the rest of the gang too? I wanted to stay but I didn't know if I should...
