Georgia had a stressed out look on his face, desperately wanting the war to stop, at least in his state. He tried to convince anyone in charge to stop and to maybe even join the union. Nothing worked though, he stressed for days and was unable to care for the twins. He could hear Kentucky and the kids voices downstairs, they seemed like they where playing. He smiled slightly, just happy that the rest of his family seemed happy.

Kentucky was stressing on the inside about what to do. He knew his options where to either stay at his home in Georgia and face the war, or to leave for a safer place in Kentucky. He knew his best option was to leave, if he stayed he would be putting himself and the kids at risk, he didn't want them hurt. He knew he would be leaving Georgia alone, but he would tell him were they where. He knew he would have to tell the family about his plan that day.

Kentucky watched as DC showed I.D.C his rock collection. He smiled because the kids where having fun, he didn't want the kids to be stressed to soon. He knew leaving was the best option, but dreaded when he would have to leave. For now he just watched the kids have fun.

"This is boring." I.D.C said, not interested in DC's rocks at all. He seemed to make up stories to go along with each one.

"Hold on one second." DC responded, staring at the collection like he was looking for something. After a couple seconds he picked up a rock and handed it to I.D.C.

She grabbed the heart shaped stone and inspected it. She looked up at her twin brother and smiled.

"Can I keep it?" She asked.

"Of course you can it's for you!" DC responded, beaming.

Kentucky watched the twins, loving every second of it. He decided to tell everyone about his plan now. He went upstairs to go get Geo, bringing him downstairs.

"What is it?" Geo said, sitting down.

"I need to tell you something." He said, swallowing the lump in his throat.

"Me and the twins are going to leave." He admitted, telling his family about his plan in a somber tone.

"Why didn't you tell us." Geo asked, looking at the kids who seemed about as confused as he was.

"To be honest, I don't know." Kentucky admitted.

"We're going to be leaving tonight." Kentucky continued, tears threatening to fall.

They sat there in silence, not knowing what to say. After a few minutes Geo got up to hug the twins.

"Will you be ok?" DC asked, concerned, tears falling out of his eyes. I.D.C cried into Georgia's side.

"I'll be fine, i promise." He responded, assuring the two kids.

"Bye I love you!" The two said in sync.

"Bye, I love you too." Georgia said, forcing a smile on his face. The three stayed there for another few minutes as the kids refused to let go. When they eventually did Georgia went to his boyfriend, hugging him.

"I'll tell you where we are when get there." Kentucky told Geo.

"That's good at least." He responded. A few tears falling out of their eyes.

"Bye, I love you, I'll always love you." Kentucky said.

"I love you too." Geo said, kissing Kentucky gently on the lips.

After a few minutes the three got a few belonging and headed out the door, Kentucky trying his best to comfort the kids. They waived goodbye to Georgia, as they left. Kentucky knew this was for the best, he knew everything would be good and Geo could come to the new home in Kentucky. Georgia will be fine. He hoped.

Geo was in pain, it felt like his chest was burning, he tried his best not cry. He still clung onto hope that the letter Kentucky promised to send would come. It had been so long though that he knew it probably wasn't coming. He could hear a loud noise coming from downstairs, he went to investigate it, seeing another person in his house. He couldn't make out the person's face. He decided to call out to them.

"Who are you?" He called out, his voice laced with concern. He knew it was probably a mistake to call out to the man.

"You know who I am." Ohio's voice responded, looking over at Georgia. Geo breathed a sigh of relief. Maybe he can help me. He thought.

"Oh thank god you're here can you help me? I've been tryi-" Georgia tried to say something, but could feel himself be pushed up against a wall, Ohio's hands wrapped around his throat.

"Why would help a dirty slave state like you?" Ohio asked, staring into Geo's eyes, anger in his.

Georgia tried to scream, to thrash around, but each movement increased the Midwest state's vice like grip on his neck. He silently choked out tears, a mix of the situation and the agonizing burning pain in his chest.

"If you think crying will make me let go you couldn't be further from the truth." Ohio told Georgia as he searched for something in his pocket.

He pulled out a box of matches, letting go of Geo to open them. Geo tried to escape, but was immediately stopped by Ohio kicking him to the ground. Ohio pressed down hard into Georgia's back. Georgia could hear the sound of match being broken off and ignited, he closed his eyes and cried.

"L-look I've b-b-been tr-trying to g-get-" Georgia's stuttered sentence was stopped as he screamed in pain. He could feel the flame on his neck, he cried even more from the pain. Ohio was completely silent, he just looked at the Southern state with anger in his eyes.

Georgia continued to cry and thrash around, trying to escape, but it was no use. He sobbed and screamed loudly. Ohio was getting enjoyment from Georgia's pain, he was more than happy to torture a traitorous slave state.

Ohio stopped as he could feel Georgia go limp. He stared at Geo's passed out body, smiling to himself.

Kentucky was in his knew house, wondering why his boyfriend wasn't there yet.

"I just hope Georgia's ok." He muttered worriedly to himself.
