This is an AU of my Penny x Male Reader series. You can also call it Route 2. This will end like Volume 3 and continue like Volume 4 and the future Volumes of RWBY. But I am still continuing the Penny series. This is just a twist to it. And within this AU, your mom never made "The Blue Fairy." So yeah, let's just get it started.

Prologue: A New Beginning.

(Back at Beacon, it is now night.)

(Name): Good luck out there Penny.

Penny: *smiles* Thanks (Name)

You gave a kiss on the cheek then made your way back to your seat.

Professor Port: Next we have Pyrrha Nikos from Beacon versing Penny Polendina from Atlas.

The two of them stepped into the middle of the arena then the middle rose up.

(Name): *makes it back to seat and cheers* GO PENNY!!! (you do not know that Pyrrha's semblance is Polarity)

(on the arena)

Penny: I hope whoever wins, there will be no hard feelings.

Pyrrha: Yeah. Me too.

Penny: So let's have a sensational battle.

Pyrrha: Okay.

The battle starts. Penny brings out her 10 swords from her back and starts swinging at Pyrrha. Pyrrha dodges them by using her shield and spear. They each got hits on each other. Penny turned the swords into guns and start shooting at Pyrrha, she again dodged with her shield. Penny turned them back into swords. Pyrrha then started seeing thousands of swords when there was still only ten. This caused Pyrrha to freak out and use her semblance. One of the strings that the swords were attached to wrapped around Penny's arm and two others wrapped around her waist. In a split second Penny's arm was broken off and she was in half. Everyone in the arena had a look of terror when they saw the broken girl's body. The middle of the arena came down and you used your speed semblance to get to Penny.

(Name): *picks up the top part of Penny and in tears* Penny, Penny. Speak to me.

Penny: *turns her head to you, struggles to put her attached hand on you cheek and gives a small smile* I see you

(Name): *smiles with tears still in eyes* I see you.

Penny's eyes then go black.

(25 minutes later)

You, Ciel, RIFL, and KISS are running to get on an airship. You having one of Penny's swords in your hand. Rachel took a look at Penny's motherboard, and it was completely destroyed. So even if she was to be rebuilt, she would not have been the same at all. Then out of nowhere, Wes, Emerald, Neo, and Blake popped up in front of you all. Emerald having a missing arm and passed out. You took one look at your brother and became furious.

Wes: I know you must be mad, but let me explain.

(Name): Then please, do so.

He then went on explaining how he found Neo after the house fire and the two of them grew up on the streets like brother and sister, after a few years, Cinder found them and took them in. Cinder became like both a mom and a sister to Wes. Turns out that was also how Emerald and Mercury felt about her. They went along blindly with her evil plan, not knowing what will lay ahead. But after all has happened, they decided to run away, from her, Roman, and the White Fang.

(Name): *calmed down* Alright.

Rachel: *looks at Emerald* I think I might have an arm she can use.

Wes: Really?

Rachel: Yeah.

Wes: Then lead the way.

Rachel lead the way with Wes carrying Emerald and Neo behind her. You looked back to the others, but Black was already gone. Most likely to find her team.

(Name): All of you, head to the airship.

Luke: But.

(Name): No buts. I don't want to lose anymore friends. And if we all survive, we can stay in touch through our scrolls.

8 of them nodded and ran to the airship. The one that didn't left was Ciel.

(Name): Go one Ciel.

Ciel: No.I lost a few friends today. Not going to let another one die. You can't make me (Name). *tears up a little* You just can't accept me to leave. I will not stand back and worry about more friends dying. Especially a friend that was the boyfriend to one of my now dead friend's.

(Name): *sighs* fine.

You grabbed Ciel's hand and used your speed to catch up with the others. Once at the dorm room, Rachel pulled something out from underneath her bed. It was a case and init was a robotic arm. (the same one that Emerald has in the Penny insert series) When it was attached to Emerald, a bright light flooded Beacon. At first, known of you knew what happened, but the next day, Qrow told all of you what happened and the story of the Silver Eye Warriors. After all of this, you needed a break. You decided to stay at a nice Hotel located in the country.

Months go by and it is now Winter.

You walk outside of the hotel and into the snowy outdoors. Your trench coat and backpack on. You looked in front of you to your left to see your cousin Rachel, brother Wes, his girlfriend Emerald, his "sister" Neo, and one of your bestfriends, Ciel. All of them also have backpacks. Well Rachel also has a suitcase.

Ciel: *gives you a kind warm smile* Ready, leader?

(Name): *smiles back* Ready as I will ever be.

It is now time for a do over on an adventure started months ago back at Beacon. A new chapter. A New Beginning.
