17 weeks roll around and Tom and I are cuddling after a long day of work for him. He's finishing up a movie and has interviews and promo events that are happening after the baby is due.

I have my legs over Toms and my head resting on his chest. My bulging stomach protectively covered by Toms hand. Tessa has her head on Toms lap.

"How was work?" I ask softly. We use this cuddle time as a unwinding time.

"Long. We worked on only two scenes and one stunt." He sighs wiping his face, moving his hand off my stomach for a few seconds.

At that time the baby decides to kick. I gasp happily and just look at Tom with a shining face.

"What?" He asks confused, his face scrunching up adorably.

"The baby kicked." I squeal.

"Of course raindrop kicks when I move my hand." He laughs. I grab his hand and place it on my stomach to get him to feel it.

"Come on baby. Can you kick one time for your daddy?" I coo to my stomach.

Tom blushes a bit at me calling him daddy. I guess it hasn't sunk in that he's actually going to be a father.

I move his hand a bit and put a bit of pressure and a sharp kick hits the center of his hand. Tom gasps and his face brightens up, all traces of the tired day he had disappear.

"I felt it. Oh my gosh. There's actually, 100% a baby." Tom says in disbelief. The pregnancy finally sinking in all the way.

"Yes Tom. We have a baby." I laugh.

"I felt that baby. Our baby. Our perfect creation just kicked and I felt it." He laughs rubbing away his tears of happiness.

"Tom are you ok?" I ask genuinely thinking he's gone crazy.

"It just became so real. I mean I knew we were having a baby... but that just made me realize that WE are having a BABY."

"Tom we've discussed this like 20 times. We are having a baby."

"I just FELT this child that is going to be a mix of you and me. That you are making as we speak. And it's just incredible." His voice slowly getting back to the soft tone we were talking in earlier.

"You are allowed to take some credit. You helped." I joke, sticking my tongue out.

"You deserve all the credit."
