3rd PoV

Dust was silently staring at the TV. He was having the normal, everyday conflict with himself on whether he was gonna get up and help, therefore letting his productive side win, or just stay sitting, which lets his lazy/shy side win.

After a minute of this short inner turmoil, he let the shy side win the round. He now regained focus on the TV in front of him, which was at the moment showing an advertisement for something called a...

Huggy Wuvvy Tummy Bundle?

Anyways, during all of this, (Y/N) was cooking up the scrabbled eggs, putting the toast in the toaster and pouring some orange juice into two tall plastic cups. All the while, having Ayumu rubbing against her leg, pleading for her food.

"Ayumu!" (Y/N) whined quietly to the pesterous cat, her (f/c) *fur color* ears twitched in very slight annoyance, "I'll get your breakfast ready right after I finish making our guest theirs. OK?"

After making that statement clear to her cat, she continued with what she was doing. Which was setting the small, round, two person table with the plates and silverware. Then put the bowl of scrambled eggs along with a plate of toast in the middle of the table. Then after almost forgetting, she put the jug of orange juice along side the eggs.

Quickly taking out a can of cooked fish, (Y/N) put it in Ayumu's food bowl. Which soon after silenced her loud mewing, since she was happily wolfing down the fish.

Taking one more glance at the table, she went into the living room.

The TV was on some type of reality show. Though Dust didn't seem to excited about it.

(Y/N) called him from the doorway, "Dust, the food's done!"

After hearing those wonderful words, Dust jumped up from the couch, somewhat grateful to get away from the TV.

"Alright, (Y/N), I'm coming."

The two went to the table, both sitting opposite of each other. (Y/N) took some of the scrabbled eggs, then pasted the bowl to Dust. They both took a piece of toast, then started eating.

The horrible silence quickly settled between them.
