Tyler's POV

So Brendon and I were best buddies until freshman year of high school, then he turned for the worst. He started bullying people. You would think that's what we were doing before, but that was just us 'getting revenge' on people that bullied me in the past.

In freshman year, he would just walk up to people I didn't even know and just beat them up until they cried. He would also insult them, like people used to do with me. 

he called them the following, with a bunch more mixed in. 

He called them an asshole, piece of shit, gay, faggot, weak, and plenty of personalized names.

Like he called this kid Ryan Ross (that I swear he had a crush on) a stoner, and to be honest, he probably was, but that's not the point I'm getting at. Brendon was just being mean at this point, and I didn't want any of it.

He called Sara honey (just to get on her nerves I suppose) and all of the other names that I listed. 

She never fought back as Ryan did. She just took it. I never did anything to hurt her unless Brendon told me to. 

Back to The Present

The only reason I really ditched Brendon last week is because of this one kid. His name is Josh Dun, I think. 

He's really cute (I'm obviously not gay though. Totally straight. Idiot.) and I just want to prove to him I'm not as much as a dick as Brendon. 

He's actually really scared of me, and I just need to show him who I really am. I'm not who people make me out to be. I care about people, and he doesn't seem like he has a lot of friends. 

He also has REALLY cool hair. I would kill to be able to dye my hair but my mom's really overprotective. 

Anyways, I want to get to know him.
