"Who are you?" He growled. Darci stumbled back, but answered a brave as she could. His eyes made it hard to stay strong.

"I-I am Darci."

"Great. Now get out."

Darci looked to the ground and gave a small whimper for an answer. "I don't know how.."

Deersoul looked at her, eyes shining with wisdom and power. "We will help you. Follow me." The creature padded along the path, with her brother and Darci in tow. They were all silent.
