~THIRD PERSON~

It was a normal day in Voltron high school except it wasn't a day like every other. Katie Holt or as her closest friends call her "Pidge" was constantly getting swarmed by groups of people that she didn't even know at lunch, that was until she spotted her close friends Lance, Allura, Hunk, and Shiro. "If you all dont mind I'm going to go with my friends, um BYE." Pidge yelled as she ran off to her friends.

As Pidge sat down at her and her friends table she saw this one guy who was sitting in a corner of the lunch room by himself in a red jacket. "You checking out that emo kid, huh Katie." Lance said in a teasing manner. All of a sudden the mysterious boy turned around and made eye contact with Pidge.

His violet eyes staring right into her hazel ones, suddenly Pidge was brought back to reality when she noticed she was staring for to long. "By the way if I were you I would stop staring, also are you checking out emo over there?" Lance said when he saw Pidge was back into reality. "W-what I totally was not checking him out." Pidge said but sorta yelled causing some people to look over. "Just letting you know that's Keith the emo and loner of the school, hes been going to this school for as long as we have, I can believe you haven't noticed him." Lance replied to Pidge.

"Whatever I'm just going to eat my peanut butter cookies." Pidge replied while stuffing her face with cookies that Hunk gave her. "Alright just don't say I didn't try to warn you about emo over there." Lance replied to Pidge. "Just let me eat." Sighed Pidge.

~Time Skip to after lunch~

As soon as lunch was over Pidge waved goodbye to her friends and went toward her next class, which was science with Mr. Iverson. Once Pidge entered her classroom she saw that one boy from before. Their eyes met again like before but this time Pidge felt her heart beating ten times faster. Keith just thought he was have an heart attack when their eyes locked.

Their moment was interrupted when Mr. Iverson decided to speak. "Katie why dont you take a seat and stop checking Kogane out." Said Mr. Iverson from his seat in the front of the classroom. "Y-yes sir." Pidge said as she rushed towards her seat.

As time went by Mr. Iverson decided to assign a partner project, and let's say Keith and Pidge were partnered up together. "So um where do you want to meet at for the project?" Pidge asked as she walked up to Keith who was sitting alone in the back of the classroom, while Pidge heard little whispers on why she would agree to work with him.

"We could meet up at your house if you'd like, and I don't think your "fans" or whatever they are like me." Keith replied as he looked at some of Pidge's "fans" who were giving him death glares. "Sorry about them, but here I'll text you my address, so how does 5 pm sound?" Pidge asked as she handed Keith a piece of paper with her number on it. "Sounds great to me." Keith replied. "Alright, I'll see you then." Pidge replied as she went back towards her seat.

~Time Skip

Pidge was pacing all around her house as she realized it was almost time for Keith to come over for the project, and of course, she was nervous because she never had a boy come over. Suddenly she stopped dead in her tracks once she heard the doorbell ring. "PIDGE, SOME EMO DUDE IS ASKING FOR YOU!" Matt shouted while opening the door for Keith to walk in.

Pidge rushed to where Keith was, grabbing his hand and pulling him upstairs to her room. As soon as Pidge and Keith reached her room, she let out a sigh of relief. "Sorry about my brother, he can be nosy sometimes." Pidge said while rubbing her neck and sitting down at her desk that was inside her room

~Time skip to a month

"Okay I do not have a crush on Keith, so stop bothering me Lance." Pidge said since Lance kept on questioning her about Keith since she has been hanging out a lot more with Keith since last month when they were paired up for the project.

"Look I just want to know, is it that hard to admit you have a crush on him." Lance replied while shrugging his shoulders. "You know what, I'm done, I'm going to go sit with Keith." Pidge replied in a annoyed tone, while also getting her lunch and walking towards Keith. She could her the murmuring around her about her heading towards him. She didn't care though, during their time of getting to know one another she grew to like Keith, scratch that she loved him.

Once Pidge reached Keith's table in the corner of the lunch room, she sat down right next to him, He however didn't notice Pidge sitting next to him from Panic! At The Disco blasting on his earbuds. "Hellooooo, earth to emo?" Pidge said as she waved her hand in his face. "Huh, Pidge what are you doing here?" Keith replied as he removed his earbuds while looking around at all the people staring at them.

"Lance was being annoying, so I wanted to sit with you." Pidge replied while sighing but cleared her voice at the end. "Here follow me, I don't like the looks your "followers" are giving me." Keith said while making quotation marks at the followers part. Keith grabbed Pidge's hand as he rushed off outside side by a big oak tree. "So what did Lance say that made you annoyed to the point you sat with me, you know I'm just going to ruin your reputation since I'm a "loner" according to everyone in the school." Keith said while getting a bit sad since people didn't like him hanging out with Pidge.

"It's just that Lance said stuff, that is kinda true but I didn't want to admit." Pidge replied but murmured the last part so Keith wouldn't hear, even though he did hear her. "C'mon you can tell me." Keith replied in a soft soothing tone. "He kept on teasing me about my crush on this on guy." Pidge replied while looking away to hide her blushing face.

With those word Keith though his heart crushed, since he also grew to love Pidge. "Well uh, I think you shouldn't deny your crush, maybe you should just uh confess." Keith suggested even though it would break his own hear, he would do anything as long as she's happy, even if it means he wouldn't.

"But what if he doesn't feel the same way I do?" Pidge questioned in a worried tone. "Pidge anyone would be lucky to have a smart, amazing, cute, adorable girl like you, and if he doesn't feel the same way, then he's missing out on something special." Keith replied while bending down to her level and stroking her cheek and slowly leaning into her face.

"K-keith, I like y-you." Pidge stuttered out while also leaning in while her and his eyes slowly closed, and the remaining gap between them closed. As soon as their lips touched it was like a million fireworks went off at the same exact time, it's like they were made like a puzzle piece and fit perfectly together. Slowly as Keith pulled away from her she was a blushing mess, but so was he.

"What about your popular reputation?" Keith questioned. "I'd ruin it if it meant I get to be with you." Pidge replied softly. Keith just smiled at her as they both leaned in again. As they pulled apart for the second time they smiled softly at each other. "Sincd that just happened, Pidge will you I don't know, like to consider being my girlfriend?" Keith replied while rubbing his neck, obviously because he was nervous. Pidge giggled softly and replied with a yes.

The two, now dating couple walked into the lunch room hand in hand, not caring who was watching or if they judged them, just as long as they were happy together.

Extra:

"AH HA, I TOLD YOU HUNK, SHE DOES LIKE HIM!!!!!!!" Lance shouted from across the lunch room as Hunk sighed and handed him a $20 bill.
