" Stop!" I shouted " Mike how many times do I need to tell you that you should drive slowly" I added

We went to a road trip after eating, Mike asked for Nojh's permission

" Well, I just missed driving with you, I missed your presence" He said and winked

" If you're  going to drive carelessly again, Let me go down" I said

" Nope, I'll keep still" He said and drived slowly

"By the way where are we going?" I asked

" Uhhmm.. Let's go to the beach" He said

" Beach? What time is it? Its already 5:30 in the evening" I blurted

" let's just walk to the shore, I missed walking on a shore" He said

" You went to the Philippines, right? If I'm not mistaken there are lots of beautiful beaches there?" I said

" Yup there is, El Nido Palawan, Boracay, Panglao in Bohol, Bantayan in Cebu and there's more, Philippines is really a beautiful place" He explained

" And why you look like a kid who is excited to go to a beach then?"

" Because you are with me, Yes I did enjoyed beaches in the Philippines but it's more exciting going to a beach with you" He said

Why do I felt butterflies on my stomach?

Does he had something for me? But we are just friends and besides I am the only one who loves him.

I've  been on a one sided love for almost decades now

" Hey why are you so quiet?" I came back from my senses when Mike suddenly held my hands

" Wh..What?" I immediately pulled my hands back and stared at him

" No..None" I answered

" Are you thirsty?" He asked

" Nope, can you play music?"  I requested

" What song do you want me to play?" He mentioned

" Rewrite the stars" I answered

That song reminds me of Yugin, right after we sang that song it became my favorite, Yugin's voice is so angelic

He started playing the music

" Mike.. I have a question?" I asked, I need to break the silence and the awkward atmosphere

" Yes what's that?" He answered back

" What happened to you after leaving me?"

" Uhh.. I continued studying"

" Why did you leave without saying any words?"

" I was scared, My parents blocked my way, do you still remember the last dinner we had?" He asked

" Yes, That was the last time I saw you" I answered

" I was about to tell you everything that night, but I was forced not to"

" By whom?"

" My parents, they were waiting outside, I wanted to say everything but I don't want to hurt you"

" Do you think I was not hurt after you left me? After you said that you just need to pee, you left me on that restaurant, with just blink an eye you're gone"

" I..i'm sorry, I was about to go back inside but they pulled me out, I tried my best but I didn't win, I Lost" He said

I saw how sad he is through the side mirror, his facial expression changed from the jolly Mike earlier to a serious Mike

He stopped driving and walked out from the car

" Hey!" I said and followed him

He sat on the bench and wiped his eyes

Is he hurt? Is he crying?

I sat beside him

" Mike.. I'm sorry, I was not thinking" I apologized

This is the first time I saw him crying

" It's fine, thank you for asking, I've been suffering from this pain since I left you, and I don't have someone to talk with, I think I'm crying due to happiness, after so many years I never thought that the pain i'm feeling inside me will be released and I never thought that I will feel releaved" He said and hugged me

" It's fine now, you can cry on me, I will be here to help you" I said while rubbing his back

" Should we continue our short road trip then?"  I added

" Let's go" He said and pulled me up

Happiness is letting go of what you think your life is supposed to look like, and I think this is the best thing i've done for Mike, to help him remove the darkness on his life and make it colorful

We continued our road trip and stopped on a beach, The sky is almost dark, We walked on the shore when I heard a familiar voice

" No.. you bitch, Let's go there, Look the live band is playing"

" Later.. Or you go first"

" I wont go if you're not going with me"

" Shems, can you acommodate Sha and I'll follow after, go find us a seat"

And I'm right that's Yugin and Sha

I furrowed my eyes and saw Sha and that Shems walked out from Yugin's area

" Where do you want to sit?" Mike asked

" Oww.. can you go to that live band first, I'll just pee" I lied

" Ow..Okay"

After Mike walked straigth to the beach party, I immediately run towards Yugin's direction

"FUCK" He shouted after I touched his hands

"I'm sorry" I immediately apologized

"Wha..what are you doing here?" Yugin asked

" Well.. I think this will be my last day of being free, tomorrow we will start filming and we will be busy, I decided to enjoy this day" I said " How about you?"

" Same here, who are you with?" He asked

" Mike" I answered

I saw how his facial expression changed

" Ahh..Okay then, I'll go first" He said

I held his hands to stop him

" Wait, are you mad?" I asked

" No, why would I?"

I pulled him next to me and kissed him

" Wha—what are you doing" He said while trying to escape from my hug

" I missed you" I whispered

I can feel how he tried to calm himself and kissed me back

I wish falling in love has a traffic lights, so that I would know if I should GO for it, SLOW DOWN or JUST STOP.

I don't know what happened to me, the only thing I know is that I already love this person, I love him for what and who he is.
