1. Please be literate. Good grammar, 3+ lines and no two word sentences like 'she smiled' or 'he sighed'. Really, it's that simple

2. Keep things PG. Please. These are teenagers we're talking about. Kissing is fine but anything more than that is a big ol' no go.

3. Be nice to each other. You can totally make a character that's the spawn of Moffat but the moment I see you bullying someone else, you're outta here.

4. Be open to constructive criticism. If I tell you that you need to change something, please change it. I get that superheroes can be ridiculously powerful but please remember these guys are still starting out. Let them be awful at things.

5. Diversity. It's not just a buzz word. Please be creative with powers as well as personalities. Also, don't flood me with girls. We need some guys in the mix too.

6. You can have up to 3 characters. Just please try to make them unique from one another

7. If you're gonna make your OC related to someone, give me a good reason for it. If it's essential to their character, I may allow it. If the relation can be scrapped, then scrap it.
